Juan from Resc-U Locksmith saved the day! Upon arriving at my residence in La Quinta, I discovered I forgot an important key to a closet door. After attempting and failing to pick the lock myself, I called an expert. Juan called me very quickly and arrived within one hour. He was very professional, polite, and efficient. He had some awesome lock opening skills and had the door unlocked within a couple of minutes. In regards to the price, it was affordable and worth every penny to gain access. They are fantastic. A thief stole my work bag, wallet, & car key (last spare) last night on the 1st 15 minutes of my night shift. I was able to call Resc-U Locksmith as soon as I got off work & they sent out a technician (Ms. Belle) right away. The Technician was quick and knowledgeable of the job & made the whole process look easy. They provided me 2 spare keys, 1 with a fob and 1 w/out & the tech even erased the memory to the old key, just in case. I am one satisfied customer. Give them a call first, you won't regret it. Thank you Resc-U Locksmith!! read more

5* that should be 10*. Had Max out one year ago to re-key all locks after a construction project. Professional, timely and reasonable. Happy. Had a small job today with a finicky lock. Found Resc-U on Yelp and requested a quote. Received a friendly phone call shortly after and then another call from Max. He arrived within an hour and took care of it easily. Cost again was reasonable. Could not be happier. No need to look any further for your locksmith needs than Resc-U. read more

So... it's Friday night... we're glamping in Palm Desert... getting ready to hitch up our Airstream and head back home to Long Beach when SNAP... the key to our tow hitch breaks off and half is stuck in they keyhole Annndddd no, we didn't bring the spare key with us... if we had... this amazing review wouldn't be possible. So we figure after retrieving the broken half of the key from inside of the keyhole we could take the two pieces to Home Depot and have them make a new key for us. Wrong. The people at Home Depot said that was a no go. Instead, they suggested we buy a new tow hitch lock and a tool to grind the old lock off of the tow hitch. So, we did buy the grinding tool but decided to call a locksmith too. Here's where the good part of the story commences. We called Resc-U Locksmith and spoke with the rep that advised us they could be at our trailer within 15 minutes. As promised, Juan made it to our campsite and proceeded to attempt to pick the lock. After we advised him we were pressed for time and looking for the fastest solution he proceeded to drill the lock out. Juan was prompt, professional and a delight to deal with. If you've ever been in a situation where you're locked out of anything you know you're in a panic ... feeling vulnerable and trying to figure things out. It was amazing to be able to believe the wonderful reviews I'd already read and see them follow through exactly as I hoped. Blessings to everyone at rescue locksmith. read more

I couldn't resist reaching out to tell everyone about Resc-U Locksmith! I tried a couple other "locksmiths" with a few starter projects, but soon discovered their work was more like a handyman than an actual Locksmith. These handymen simply lacked the knowledge that a GREAT "Locksmith" should have. When I called Saige, I was simply overwhelmed with their quick response and availability! I called Resc-ULocksmith on Friday, around 7:00PM, in the hopes of finding ANYONE who would respond to my work request. Saige responded in less than 10 minutes AND offered to do my 16 lockset and Deadbolt install and re-key project!!! She even offered to come out to my home at 11:00PM THAT SAME NIGHT to do my project!!! WOW.....I was pleasantly shocked and surprised as to her professionalism and responsiveness....5+ out 5 Stars! When see arrived at my door, I must admit, I was expecting a sweaty, dirty, smelly workman, but much to my delight, Saige is a beautifully fit young woman, polite, professional and respectful. Saige attacked my project and got it finished quickly and RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! ALL I CAN SAY IS ...WOW...Impressive work Saige!!! Your business will go viral in no time, just don't forget us little guys when you make your first million!!! :-) read more

I used this company after calling several other locksmiths. Of course all the other companies stated to be careful of the "other guys" making me feel like they were the only ones who could properly re-program my key fob on my sons 2015 Nissan Altima. Well, I went with the "other guys" and these guys did a great job. They arrived on time, and was able to re-program and provide us with a brand new key fob.
