Our first experience with Saige was stellar! She was communicative, prompt and the price quoted is exactly what was charged. The second time we decided to use them Saige was on vacation so we got another tech. He let us know he would be late from the original scheduled time (twice) when he finally arrived, he was working with our property manager and only reserved a small window for our installation, which was super frustrating cause he was over 1.5 behind when he said he would initially come. Then the price charged was over what we were quoted ($100+ over). Finally...he didn't finish th job. Our property manager, an older woman isn't that tech savvy and struggled navigating our password vault app. He said he had to leave even though the job was incomplete, but didn't offer any discount or recourse for the tardiness or incomplete order. So... it's Friday night... we're glamping in Palm Desert... getting ready to hitch up our Airstream and head back home to Long Beach when SNAP... the key to our tow hitch breaks off and half is stuck in they keyhole Annndddd no, we didn't bring the spare key with us... if we had... this amazing review wouldn't be possible. So we figure after retrieving the broken half of the key from inside of the keyhole we could take the two pieces to Home Depot and have them make a new key for us. Wrong. The people at Home Depot said that was a no go. Instead, they suggested we buy a new tow hitch lock and a tool to grind the old lock off of the tow hitch. So, we did buy the grinding tool but decided to call a locksmith too. Here's where the good part of the story commences. We called Resc-U Locksmith and spoke with the rep that advised us they could be at our trailer within 15 minutes. As promised, Juan made it to our campsite and proceeded to attempt to pick the lock. After we advised him we were pressed for time and looking for the fastest solution he proceeded to drill the lock out. Juan was prompt, professional and a delight to deal with.
