I would 100% recommend! They were fast and extremely helpful. We were locked out of the house. The technician got responded to the call in about 25 minutes and had us in the house in less than 5. There was a larger issue of a broken front door lock. He offered to take a look and repair it since he was already there! He fixed that for us as well! The price was better than 3 other locksmiths! Do not wait!!! Call them! read more

I can't say enough about this company and their representative Saige. She was prompt and professional, and let me know when she'd arrive. She was on time and installed my new Schelge wifi compatible combo lock for my condo, with no problems. She walked me through the app and how everything worked. She answered all of my questions and said to call if I have any problems or additional questions. Thank you Rescu- Lock for sending me Saige. She's great!! Definitely an asset to your company. I will definitely use your company again. I already referred you guys to my neighbor and she has an appointment scheduled for tomorrow. Thanks again! read more

I cannot believe how lucky I was to find this locksmith after losing the key to may truck at Stagecoach on the last night. I tried other locksmiths who would not come out that late but found Resc-U and they battled the outgoing festival traffic, 40mph winds and hard-nosed security for over an hour to find me. Once they made it in it was a quick work and I was up and running. The price seemed more than fair for an 11pm, Sunday night festival job. Thank you very much. read more

Oh boy, couldn't wish for a better turn of events after losing my keys in the end of a night out in Palm Springs. A technician showed up pretty quick considering the late night call (about 25 minutes). Ziv was very friendly and professional. Pricing was decent too, after shopping around I found out that Resc U had the best prices in the area. Hopefully I will not need a locksmith anytime soon, but if I do, I won't hesitate to use their services again. read more

I was surely stuck. But they came out and had me going in short order. Friendly staff and quick response. Highly recommend!

So I was locked out my house because the latch of the door has been acting out... Knowing was a "simple" matter, I was VERY upset thinking I was going to pay $100.00 for a locksmith service. One of my neighbors looked on the internet and said:" well, this company offers a $15.00 call fee, will not be that expensive". So we called! I was very pleased with the fast response BUT bill was $19.00 for the service call AND $76.00 for the EMERGENCY SERVICE... Ziv was super nice and got it fixed without extra charges. Fast and simple. I think they should be more upfront about the charges. I knew I was going to pay that money, I really think they will do better if they show there is nothing to hide :) read more

I needed a key replacement for my car. I checked quotes from 4 different locksmiths thanks to Yelp. I received a quote from two different locksmith, Resc-U was closer, but a little higher quote, when I explained I had received a lower quote, they matched the price. Also, when I arrived at the business she looked at my key bob and was able to show me that I actually had a manual key to open the car door attached to the bob. She made me a duplicate at no charge. To me that is priceless! Good, honest, people. This Does my heart good, and I highly recommend and trust this business and wish them all good things. read more

Not only did they fix my keyless entry remote that wasn't working but they are just really nice people in general, wouldn't mind just hanging out with these two! Resc-U Locksmith provided excellent customer service and charged me a very fair price for coming to my SUV and making a new ignition key for me. I also got to keep the tester key, which unlocks the doors in the event of another lockout. The other quotes were 25% higher and more! Belle was patient and understanding. I had to make several calls to her before I knew the best option was for me to have a key made. The technician arrived within 35 minutes and was very kind, professional, and efficient. The job was done in 10 minutes and I was on my way quickly. Meanwhile, I was told that I could get an extra ignition key made for only $45. I just have to call to arrange an appointment and bring the master key with me. I highly recommend Resc-U Locksmith for all of your key and lock needs. Also, Belle told me that the company will match or beat any other price quote. So make sure to give them a call! read more
