Moving from the same brownstone to an elevator building with detailed rules and regulations, this time in mid-winter-- even with sub-zero temperatures, 2-foot snowbanks and a disorganized client, JP Urban was wonderful. the process of planning the move and arranging the advance paperwork with JP was seamless. They were also very responsive when I checked in to make sure we were still on for the move in day. On the move in day they were ON TIME. Yes you read that ON TIME. They called ahead to give us a heads up that they would be arriving soon. The three men arrived ready to work. They wrapped everything very professionally and quickly. I was so worried about my IKEA furniture not being able to survive a move, but it did. Everything was loaded onto the truck within an hour and a half and unloaded within an hour an a half. My furniture was just as perfect in my new home as it was in the previous. Nothing scratched, broken, or torn! Honestly, I will never support anyone moving themselves again and will only refer my friends to Fidelity. Who can deal with all that hustle and bustle? Before they even arrived, I got a tracking link to follow their location just like Uber, which immediately made me feel at ease. Crisanto and his crew showed up right on time and were incredible. They worked quickly but carefully, wrapping all of my furniture and somehow managing three giant mirrors without a single issue. Not one complaint and not one moment of stress. What really stood out was how above and beyond they went. They helped me figure out which part of my couch would actually fit in my space, laid out my rugs, and organized everything so I could still move around my studio comfortably. Also shoutout to one of the crew members who was on his first day. You truly could not tell. The whole team was professional, efficient, and just genuinely great to work with.
