I hadn't been in the store for a few years and visited last Sat. What happened to the authority of period hardware? Nobody could answer any of my questions. None of the old staff, who bordered on old house nerds and seemed to have been there forever, were still employed. Instead I was accosted by over enthusiastic sales people who seemed to have a gun to their heads, rather than a welcome to our fabulous store approach. Somebody is driving this once magnificent company into mediocrity. A sign of a bad economy perhaps, but now its just another cookie cutter business. How very sad. read more

Upscale mix of antique, refurbished, and new reproduction items. A really nice store if you have money. Fun to walk around if you don't. They have some art and really interesting things. I will come back for dreaming and inspiration. Great Place! read more

The lights are nice looking recreations, but the quality does not match the price. I am reminded of this each morning when I look up at my defectively assembled bedroom light. read more

Gorgeous stuff, but overpriced. I understand the need for some pieces to be priced high, but overall the prices are just too much for the average home restoration project. read more

I've been a fan of Rejuvenation for years and have bought numerous things from them, but this past week have had the worst customer experience with both their online store and Seattle store. First, they have a terrible return policy that is so unaccommodating to COVID, they charge so much money for shipping, and to top it, the item I ordered before it arrived went on sale for 2/3 of the price. I talked with numerous people and none of them would offer any price match or anything, just told me to go to UPS, pay for shipping back to them (which was already through the roof), and then reorder it and pay for shipping again. Additionally, I called the Seattle store and the girl I talked with so incredibly rude. Such bad customer service - and so disappointing. We just moved into a new house and I was going to purchase some other things but I absolutely will not be doing so any longer. Please spend your money with someone else who really needs it this holiday because apparently Rejuvenation doesn't care about customer service or keeping long term customers. read more

Nice store, but very overpriced and not-so-great customer service We own a Craftsman style home, so their decor is perfect for us, but I have to say that after several purchases from their store, I expect better customer service as a repeat customer. There is one employee in particular who I find rude and unfriendly. If I'm going to pay top dollar, I expect helpful and friendly service. Will look elsewhere when we do our kitchen remodel next year. Such a shame, because the store has some nice items. read more

Canadian buyers beware! Ordered a simple flat to the wall ceiling light fixture for $160. The hardware was cheaply made. Decided to return it. The cost for shipping back to the store was $99.00. Find a domestic supplier. read more

Rejuvenation has beautiful stuff but their customer service is atrocious. I have ordered probably 10 times from then (and that is 10 orders, not 10 items) and each time I go in there I feel like I am reinventing the wheel as they try to pull up my account. Most recently I purchased some knobs for kitchen cabinets - order was placed on Aug 8. By Oct 1 I still hadn't received them, nor had I gotten ANY info - email, phone call - about why. I called them and was told that unless they were backordered AGAIN they should ship Oct 11. Great. At least the lady on the phone was very nice and apologetic, but come on, 2 MONTHS and no news?? That is ridiculous. read more

Cool products but this company is terrible at execution. Learned this the hard way after using them for finishes on bungalow we remodeled in Seattle. I estimate we made over 20 purchases over the last 2 years and I've learned that the sales people in the Seattle store are woeful at answering questions and assisting with orders. There's usually one person who knows what is going on while the rest of the staff constantly stand in line to ask him questions for the customers they are "helping". I had the same experience dialing their 800 number. The last straw came when I was forced to re-purchase a $52 part that was supposed to be included in a shower mixer (make sure you check everything they send right away). Kind of cheap when you consider the amount of money we've spent with them... Not that anyone could tell in their sales system. Buyer beware. read more

A loyal customer of Rejuvenation, wanted to obtain measurements for a medicine cabinet, research entry porch/bathroom lighting, and inquire about their new in-home design service. Guess what ended up walking out disappointed because none of the four employees working (I question that they were busy talking)took the time to even acknowledge that we were there!! I needed a unique bathroom faucet that would fit the era of our home 1930 Tudor so I decided to give this store another chance. After my last visit I called the store the next day and spoke to the manger about their poor customer service. Should've been a perfect opportunity to coach their staff to do better. Needless to say I was thoroughly disappointed again. My wife asked one of the employees working last Saturday 35 minutes before closing if they had a catalog; the employee rudely told her well we have one way over there but you probably won't find what you're looking for in the catalog it's best to look on the internet. Are you kidding me! Why go into their store when they direct you to the internet to find something! All the employees stare at their screens without looking up or greeting anyone! Your store has great products, I wonder how much more sales would increase if your customer service was great as well! I unsubscribe to your notifications and I will not shop your store again! If you want service please do yourself a favor and don't bother going into Rejuvenation! read more

I'm not even sure if I should give them one star as I still have not received all the parts of my order that I placed five months ago. We ordered a lovely teak vanity and sinktop in January and were told it would take 4-6 weeks to be shipped. About the time it was supposed to be shipped, we received an email that it wouldn't be delivered until May. Needless to say, we were quite frustrated as we were trying to complete our bathroom remodel and needed to then wait another three months. Finally, in May, we received notice that the vanity and sink were on the way! Yippee! Then, a few days later, we were called and told the delivery people broke the sink. After several phone calls, we were able to arrange for the replacement sink and vanity to be delivered together (they wanted to deliver them separately which would require we take two separate days off from work to be present for the deliveries). At long last, the pieces were delivered. But wait! There's more....They delivered the wrong sink! We sent them away with it .... So now we have a vanity and no sink and we still have no idea when or if the one we ordered will ever arrive. Crappy delivery service. Poor customer service. Not worth the money or hassle. read more

What a beautiful store. Went here to look for outdoor lights. Didn't find anything that would fit the mounting plaque that we had but they had a lot of beautiful things. It was defnitely fun looking at all the things they had. It was very cool to see the reclaimed stuff. read more

Boo. Terrible customer service. I ordered a pendant light. Installed it, when I came home the ceramic canopy was lying in the floor shattered. An inconvenience in and of itself but when I called, the first saleswoman was all out rude and the next guy (manager?) was not helpful and requested--without apology for the inconvenience--that I need to bring the whole thing in, not just the canopy, and wait 6 weeks for it to be replaced. I'm sorry, but this is not what I expect from a premium supplier. It's not worth my time, so I expect I'll just go with 3/4s of a product I paid good money for. read more

Over the years, I've loved shopping at Rejuv, staff have been genuinely helpful and friendly and I've spent several thousand dollars on home items. This review is for their return procedures/policies for canceled orders. Buyer beware - I recently purchased furniture and called to cancel the order less than 24 hours later because I changed my mind. All items were confirmed as still in their warehouse, but had been picked for shipping for the following day and there was no way to stop the order. I was instructed to 'just' reject the order when it arrived. So, 8 boxes picked up at their warehouse, driven or flown hundreds of miles to my city, driven to my house and rejected - rinse repeat in reverse order - a complete waste of everyone's time, not to mention the carbon footprint. Oh, and now I'm going to be charged for shipping. I've still not been contacted for the last 'white glove' appointment because I have to reject that too so meanwhile the entire order sits on my credit card until everything has been returned. 8 days and counting.....I'm definitely not shopping at Rejuv ever again. They could have stopped shipment and saved everyone time, money and effort. Next - I'm imagining how much wasted time escalating for a full shipping refund, which I'll probably not get unless I take them to small claims court. I think they might actually bank on the fact that this is such a hassle, that the consumer won't bother with it. read more

My experience with an online purchase of light fixtures from Rejuvenation Hardware was excellent. The fixtures are beautiful - the quality is obvious in the finish and details. Customer service was outstanding. The phone representatives were helpful and gracious to work with. When it appeared that parts needed for my order were not available, the customer service department went out of its way to make it possible to complete the order and ship it to me as soon as possible. I was impressed. I was also very pleased that they have such a wide selection of styles and finishes in lighting fixtures - even in polished brass, which is so hard to find elsewhere. Rejuvenation has my highest recommendation. read more

Much like the other reviews, my rating reflects Rejuvenation's return policies (if you can even call them that). I purchased two small rugs and wanted to return them. Rejuvenation provided conflicting information about how to return, then would not provide shipping labels. It cost over 90 dollars to ship them back. While there is not a Rejuvenation store in St. Louis, there is a West Elm and multiple Pottery Barns. However, they would not let me return the product to any affiliated brick and mortar stores. My advice - if you're not sure whether or not you'll keep the item(s), don't buy it. read more

Beautiful fixtures, nice service in the store. However they won't repair their own fixtures when they fail after 2 years of purchase; even if it is less than 3 years old, you are on your own. We invested in light fixtures from here for a major remodel of our home completed in April 2013 (now February 2016), so they are not quite 3 years old. One of our custom pendant lamps over our kitchen island has been failing for a couple of months. (The contact between the bulb and the fixture didn't hold up, and the light flickers off all the time. We have to jiggle the bulb to get the light to go back on. Then after a few minutes it goes back off.) I just called the store and was disappointed to hear (very politely) that this is our problem, not theirs. 2 year warranty. After that--even less than a year after that--it's all yours to take somewhere else for repair. They won't even let you bring it back to them for repairs; you must take it elsewhere. A light fixture failing after less than 3 years of use seems odd, but the lack of service is even more surprising and disappointing. read more
