We got the 10" pepperoni pizza to share and thought it was enough for two of us. The crust was a little more charred than I usually like it but overall good. Service was quick, went on a weekday lunch and got seated relatively quick as well.

Simple pepperoni pizza.

Tourist exploring good pizzas in town. Found this secluded spot. Very busy but sat at bar to try a slice. Food: good crusted pizza pies. Stick to their specialty which is pizza on menu. Ambience: tight spaces but good staff and bartenders to give the place a nice feel

Decent pizza. The pizza was a thin cut loaded with toppings. My topping kept falling off. Since there was so much cheese (and it was very stringy), the cheese became overwhelming and I didn't really taste much from the other toppings or sauce

Best pizza I've ever had!! Wow, I just got a cheese slice but it was amazinggg Service was so sweet and got us to a table quick! Prices were good!! Definitely recommend to anyone considering pizza in the area.

We visit Boston and heard great things so we came to try it out. Not surprising it was a long wait to get in. The inside is cute and wait staff came quickly and was helpful in giving us recommendations on pizza. The pizza a took a very long time to get, just one large pizza but they are extremely busy. The pizza I will say was underwhelming, but it might just have been what we ordered. Fun experience overall and glad we checked it out, but didn't live up to all the hype.

Finally got to try this legendary pizzeria known for its century old brick oven! The pizza comes out piping hot once it comes out so I would recommend letting it sit for several minutes before eating. It also allows all the ingredients to settle (the cheese kind of slid off my slice as I was folding it). The dough is crispy but I would have liked it a little more well done and not as floppy, which I think you can request. Overall, it was excellent and what I'd consider a quintessential pie from the Northeast. There was a long line out the door but it goes by fairly quickly. And it took about 20-30 minutes for our pie to be cooked and served. Great vibes inside too and fun place to eat before walking to TD Garden to watch a game.

Went here on a recommendation from our niece. Walked in and greeted warmly and seated quickly. Our waitress was very friendly and polite. Very blue collar place decorated with old photos, loved it. My wife got an ice cold Peroni on tap, said it was the coldest tap beer she ever had. Small cheese pizza ordered and delivered in a timely manner. The crust was nice n crisp, the sauce just the right amount and extremely delicious, the pull on the cheese was amazing. Every bite I had to grab it so it wouldn't end up on my shirt! If you're a pizza lover it's a must go!

My top pizza place by the slice this trip. Can only get cheese or pepperoni for takeout or bar seating. More options if you dine in. A slice of pizza was about $5. Ordered at counter and waited outside. They take card or cash. Brought out the slice in a few minutes. Pizza was hot and had a crispy crust. The cheese and pepperoni tasted fresh. Good texture and held well.

One of our favorite local pizza places it never disappoints! No frills just great pizza! The restaurant is small so go early or you might have to wait in line. But I think it's worth it!

Wow! Best pizza I've ever had. I just got pepperoni but the quality of the ingredients is unreal. I've never had pepperoni with so much flavor, and the sauce a a uniquely powerful taste. Great crunch and perfectly charred. My only critique is that the staff all seemed pretty hostile and they all acted like I was inconveniencing them. I debated giving a 4 star just because of that, but the food is just too good to do that. Very small and everyone is packed like sardines. I recommend getting take out and eating on a bench a few blocks down on the main road

An institution fior us! I am been coming to the OG Regina's since I was a kid! That oven bakes the BEST Cheese Pizza in the country! 100 years old now and still serving lines of people out the door! We ordered our usual Cheese Pizza but only a 10" so we would have room for dessert at Modern Pastry (dine in!). I tried their own brand of cream soda, it was excellent! Pizza as expected, amazing. That crust, even char marks on underneath! Our server was Cidia. She was great and very friendly. They are very busy and yet very patient and nice. Great food and service, that keeps us all coming back! Here's to 100 more years!

Wow, this place is over 100 years old and now I know why. The food is literally amazing. Very simple menu PIZZA!! It's a cute little hidden gem in the north end of Boston. There's always a line and you gotta wait but it's totally worth it. They have patches inside from every single police department you could think of in the United States. I literally saw two from my hometown. It was super cool.

3rd time visiting Boston and finally made it in for to the N End original location. Waited in line for around 35 mins and then another 15 to get the slice. Dave rated it a 9.1 so I had high hopes and expectations. Sadly, it missed the mark for me personally. Good slice but not for all the hype. Vibes are old school, no frills, just the way I prefer. It had flop, little crunch in the crust, but could taste the love they put into it. Maybe inside where you can choose how you like it cooked would be the better option. Overall decent. Would try it again.

Will they make a vegetable pizza vegan (no cheese)?

Since you can build your own pizzas, just build one without cheese.

Do they have gluten free pizza?

I called and they said no.

I saw an episode of diners, dives and more with Guy Fieri but for the life of me cannot remember the name of the restaurant he went to in Boston? Could Regina Pizza be the place?

No it was, Italian Express Pizzeria (https://www.yelp.com/biz/italian-express-pizzeria-boston-2?osq=Diners+Drive+Ins+And+Dives).…

The first few bites of both were good, but not as amazing as we would've expected, given the rave about this restaurant. As we continued chowing down our dish, we both noticeably got sick of it. My partner had made a last minute reservation, but realized he made it for the wrong day when we arrived and although they were a full house that Saturday night, he made sure to get us in with a short wait. Inside is dark and loud, which is not much of my preferred ambience. Luckily, we sat outside with fresh air and it was a warm Summer evening, so it felt nice. Unfortunately, this is off my list because we were not amazed.

Grilled Octopus over mixed greens with Cherry Peppers and a balsamic glaze: A delightful surprise! The octopus was incredibly fresh, tender, and succulent, bursting with umami and a smoky aroma. The sweet and sour balsamic vinegar followed subtly, lively yet deeply penetrating the texture; the lemon juice added a refreshing and layered flavor. The sauce was also delicious with the greens. Shrimp and Scallops Fettuccini with Giacomo: The standard menu order is linguine, but we could ask the server to substitute other pasta, which was a thoughtful touch. The fettuccini is wider, with a better texture and more grain fragrance, although I felt it was cooked a bit too soft, softer than al dente. The shrimp and scallops were large and fresh, making for a very satisfying meal. Giacomo sauce is supposedly a lobster-based marinara sauce with a touch of béchamel sauce. The lobster flavor is actually quite subtle, but the combination of the two sauces avoids being overly sour or greasy. Plus, there's a generous amount of sauce, making it easy to mix. Overall, it's quite good. The restaurant is rather cramped, and the seating isn't very comfortable. A 20% tuition fee is automatically applied for groups of 5 or more. However, a waitress accidentally spilled water on my sleeve and didn't apologize immediately; she only brought me tissues after I asked. Thankfully, it wasn't hot water...

The sprouts had too much balsamic reduction on it which was cloying, and the garlic aioli didn't have a distinctive taste. The shrimp was cooked perfectly but the seasoning was on the bland side and too little sauce. It did have a nice brightness on the lemon and butter. Last time I walked in and was told…read morethere would be a two-hour wait, but this time I made a reservation and finally got to enjoy a delicious meal! Tiropita Rolls: Very straightforwardly delicious. The bread was warm, soft, and airy, with a rich aroma of butter and cheese; the spread was a rich blend of honey butter, and olives, sweet and delicious, perfect as an appetizer. Tzatziki: A slight disappointment. The cucumber and Greek yogurt spread was surprisingly heavy, a bit cloying, and the pickled kumquats weren't as sweet as I expected, but rather had a slightly bitter taste. The pita bread was thick and soft, probably better suited for dipping in soup--like Bourdeto--than for the spread. Bourdeto: The tomato fish soup was a pleasant surprise. The freshly caught grouper of the day was thick and tender, lightly seared to create a crispy crust. The broth was a vibrant, tangy tomato base, with onions, fennels, and red peppers contributing a sweet, layered flavor. Trahanas, fermented wheat and dairy, added richness and a smooth texture to the soup. The broth also had a slight spiciness, making it incredibly comforting on a chilly autumn day. Portokalopita: The dessert that elevated the entire meal. A traditional Greek orange phyllo, the cake, made from crumbs of phyllo pastry, becomes incredibly soft and moist after being soaked in orange syrup. Every bite was bursting with rich orange sweetness and fragrance, followed by a slightly bitter orange zest--perfectly balanced. Paired with Manouri cheese ice cream, the creamy flavor was incredibly rich and creamy, creating a harmonious and layered flavor profile.
