Wouldn't recommend this dealership. We bought a used Honda for my daughter here and we were told how they spend all this time and money on the cars before they sell, if the car needs it they do it! B.S. Less than 3000 miles and my driveway has oil spots all over it, engine is all oily. They wrote on inspection leaking from engine and transmission and need to be looked at immediately. They were going to call me, didn't hear anything, I called, nothing. I think we are on our own. Repair shop in town says the motor has been worked on and has leaks from work done improperly. Not good, so far $450.00 for the easy gaskets and still not fixed, going in again next week for more work. read more

She had purchased the tires from here because they were a good deal so naturally they come with free rotation/balance. I made a appointment a week ahead. The only thing I wish I new before hand was about the mirrorlink not working in the US. Why even have the app on the screen if you can't access it. Cory and the whole team was awsome. I was informed scheduling service was a week or more out and the reference to same day service on the website is no longer valid due to being busy now. I'm only giving 2 stars because the parts manager Michael has been very nice. I bought my first ever brand new car, a 2016 forester, in Oct of 2016. I got regular maintenance , but told them about a clunking noise at each visit. They never found anything. Fast forward 25,000 miles, may 17th 2017 it made a big clunking noise and left me on the side of the road. Called subaru roadside assistance, got me to the dealer no problem. They gave me a loaner, which was a bottom of the line version of my car. Apparently I blew a head, and some how lost a spark plug. I was told it would be 3 weeks! Well 3 weeks stretched to 6 weeks. I did receive weekly updates up until about week 3, then I had to start calling. 6 weeks go by and I finally get a call they fixed it and road tested it , problem solved. I went to pick it up this morning, car was filthy, they only drove it 7 miles to "road test " it. Left me with an 1/8 of a tank of gas and a filthy car. Parts manager was off when I picked it up. So no reassurances , no apologies (upon pick up, only during phone calls). I will never buy a Subaru again. read more

I bought a Honda CRV from this dealership, upon trading it in about a year and a half after I had bought it I was told it had previously been in an accident. Redding Subaru does not use a Carfax. They use a different company that somehow did not show this vehicle was in an accident. I took a huge loss trading in this vehicle not to mention that this dealership put my family and my children at risk by selling me a car that was previously in an accident. When I went to this dealership to purchase the CRV I was eight months pregnant and also had a two year old. After informing the owner of what had happened he sent me a check for $2000 and told me if I ever wanted to trade in the new car I bought he promised he would make things right. Me being the person that I am decided to give them another chance and went back to see if he would stay true to his word and make things right. Instead he said there was nothing they could do because I was to far upside down. The whole reason I was upside down is because they like to get a car sale. They really think $2000 is worth jeopardizing my family???? I recommend you Take the drive up to Medford where at least you are dealing with honest people. read more

I just bought a 2012 Outback. I traded in my 2006 Cadilac. I have had Subarus in the past, A 1984 Loyale, a 1990 Legacy and a 2000 Outback. i should have my head examined for leaving Subaru in 2006. I took the 1990 to Canadas Yukon and Northwest territories, Went to Yellowknife on the Alcan which was paved, and the Liard and McKenzie which were gravel, and it did very well. The speed limit on gravel was 80km per hour, and i had a hard time staying under 100km per hour. The 2000 i went to Canada again and drove the Alcan and the Dempster which was gravel and dirt to the mouth of the McKenzie river at the Arctic oceon. Had one blown tire and used the doughnut for about 60 miles. I got a new tire about 20 miles north of the Arctic Circle. It was manufacured in North Korea. Basically if you need a tire and the man says he has one that will fit the car, you have all the needed information. I came home on gravel roads through western British Columbia. All three had over 150,000 miles on them, and they were not easy miles. I had warranty work done on the 1990. Subaru covered it even though i was over the miles for the warranty.
