They have a wide variety of shoes, including sneakers, running shoes, and even Dr Martens. Tip: Be careful when ordering online. I have large feet. Most of the time, they don't carry my size in the store, requiring me to order them online to be shipped. My last order was a little frustrating. I was considering deducting a star due to this experience, but... I am reviewing this location, not their shipping department or their customer service in another state. I had entered a promo code online for 20% ($40) off the total price if you spend "X" amount of dollars. Which, I added additional items to my cart to reach this amount. For some reason, the discount did not apply. I noticed and contacted customer service immediately. I asked if they could honor the discount and gave them the code but was told, with no hesitation or understanding whatsoever that they would not do that. There was no clear explanation or flexibility--just a flat denial. What's frustrating is the inconsistency. If policies have changed, that should be clearly communicated to customers at the time of purchase. I didn't argue in the store because I didn't want the situation to escalate, but the experience left a bad impression. I expected better customer service and clearer communication between locations.

I've been wearing my sandals for at least 5 years - so that's like $40 a year which isn't bad. They are sooo comfortable. I've climbed mountains in Mexico in these sandals. Wide feet, plus size shoes. Shoes for old people- this is where it's at. I'm in hospitality, so on my feet up to 10/12 hours a day. They hella ugly, but super comfortable.

Everything I said was an eye roll and deep breath, I work in customer service I get it but I was asking to the point questions.
