I'd save your time and money. I'm not a picky eater and neither were others in our party. It takes a lot for us to send food back, but several people ended up doing so. I ordered steak & shrimp, they forgot my potato & the steak was like beef jerky. I ordered my steak medium rare and it was extra well done. It was basically a brick and totally uneatable!!! Been couple years since I have been there. First open you had to wait 30 minutes at opening time. Now you go there and their are more employees than customers. If I could give this Red Lobster a negative star I would. I brought the family here on a Thursday, and the wait to be seated was 35 minutes. Once seated it took over an hour and a half to get our food. My son's fish was over cooked and my youngest son's bacon cheese burger was missing the bacon and the bun was as hard as a brick. The cheddar biscuits didnt even taste the same as they have for years. completely different and no taste at all. so so very disappointing. we used to love Red Lobster. we've been married 40 years and it was always a go to for us. We have quit giving Red Libster gift cards to our kids for Christmas because none of them go to the restaurant any longer. it's a shame but it used to be a strong 8 out of 10 stars for my husband and I but the last 2 times were somewhere between a 2 and 3. what even bright those stars was because our server was sweet and a decent server but the food... yuck and double yuck. never again. we are done now. 2 chances is all we are willing to do becasue it's so pricey. sorry red lobster. you're blowing it. read more

Went here with my son. The staff were friendly. The food was ok. We both liked the lobster tails and crab legs but some of the shrimp dishes were hit and miss. Biscuits were a little dry. Portion sizes were good. Overall, it's basically what you'd expect from an old school family friendly seafood place. Marley was our waitress and she did a Fabulous job in every aspect. We had a question about a specific charge and the manager stepped in and backed up the charge to the special charge for that item during Happy Hour as we had not had the opportunity to refill in time for the Clock. I agree with the other reviewers regarding service! Very understaffed and slow service. Sunday dinner we ordered drinks and appetizers right away, took 10 minutes for soda and water and almost 20 for a beer and a glass of wine. Soup arrived right before our meal and when we asked for marinara sauce for our calamari appetizer it took about 10 minutes when most of it was eaten as we were sick of waiting for sauce before it arrived. The food was warm, not hot when we got it and I noticed the server while very kind only had one other table. They took off the soup since it took so long which was great considering we were going to cancel it if the server ever came by. Refills on soda and water took awhile as well. I don't have Facebook to send more details, just staff the restaurant accordingly. There's a new seafood restaurant around the corner, might try them next instead of returning here for slow service and warm food. read more

Service was great, we were seated quickly on Thanksgiving no less and our server did a good job with checking in on us and brining those biscuits. The mood and look of the place seems a little stuck in time with the decor and wood based look and feel to the place. The food was ok, we had the 2 for shrimp order (I thought it was unlimited but misread the menu or something; I was planning on eating a turkeys weight). Try the dragon coconut shrimp the sweet dipping sauce, it was pretty good; the other sweet/sour option; I could leave next time. The portion was on the small size for the price. Also we had ordered the clam chowder but they were out of it and had to change an order for a $17 salad; a bit steep for a salad with a little chicken on it. The drink refills of teas kept coming so there's that. All in all, I'll probably try another place in the future. Unless those biscuits just arrive on a conveyor belt and they do an olive garden knock off of biscuits and some other non carb item..maybe salad...or might that seem like to big a knock off? Was very excited to eat here again after so many years... they have a big selection and seafood combo of whatever you want. We started with two of their special Margaritas. My watermelon mint with salt on the rim is very good and refreshing. I give this a 5. My lady's Casa Colada Rita is also very good. Not bad for a $10 each. A complimentary cheddar biscuits was also served, it came out freshly baked with a good crunch on the outside and moist on the inside. The texture is good but tasted just ok. Missing the wow factor. A cup of clam chowder arrived and also just OK, good texture, a little bit of the clams and a little bit potatoes. It's balanced but also missing the wow factor. This gets a 3, Followed by the lobster dip. This one is really good, the creaminess of the cheese and the chunkiness of the lobster is really great. This gets a 5. My lady ordered and got the lobster linguine, she's not very impressed and rated it a 3.5. I got the unlimited shrimp. When it arrived, the margarita lime is very good, the scampi is buttery but needs a bit more salt. Then they ran out of the margarita lime skewers so all was served was the scampi. Did not care for anything breaded. The service is very slow, so slow I get hungry waiting. Seems like they are short-staffed and lots of tables ate not setup. Place is clean and a little dim. Can use more lighting to see what you are being served. Will probably not be back for awhile. There's so much time wasted and the food is not up to par. read more

This place use to be one of our favorites, however the last two visits were terrible We went the for the fish and chips it the breading was soaked in grease. The fish was extremely dry and tasteless. My wife had a baked potato instead of the fry's and it was under cooked and hard as a rock. Red Lobster use to be our favorite restaurant but after two back to back horrible lunches we will go somewhere else where you get what you pay for. No wonder Red Lobster is closing restaurants around CA , with there frozen tasteless fish and their high ridiculous prices, there are much better places to go. The crab is served on a bed of crusty potato pieces, so no need to order a baked potato but I was glad I did. I upgraded the crab $5 to get more meat but sure didn't notice any difference. Can't understand why they would pour a sauce on the shells of the crab legs. It only made it more difficult to crack and it was a mess. Didn't add much flavor either. Hubby had to do it for me while his dinner got cold. Never again. Wasn't worth the price or effort. We sat at the bar before we were seated and no one tending bar. The wait when we arrived on a Friday night around 6:30 was 45 min to an hour and we saw the bar was almost empty so we asked if we could sit there and hostess said yes. That was awesome! The bartender/server that helped us was great. We came in for the endless shrimp. We got a basket of biscuits - those are just like I remember so yummy! We tried the scampi, skewer, Walt's, linguini Alfredo And coconut shrimp. Oh my goodness it was all deliciousssssness. Made so fresh, we had to wait a little while in between but that was fine with us. Also got broccoli and fries as a side and that was on point too. The bar area was comfy and only a few patrons so that was nice. We will absolutely come back for more shrimp! read more

My husband and I decided to go to red lobster for dinner tonight and I will probably never be back to eat. We paid almost $200 for food and it was the worst seafood I've ever had. The only thing good was the service, drinks and Brussel sprouts. The lobster was completely dry and overcooked, the fried shrimp was so oily, and the crab was dry. I could have gone literally anyway else and spend $200 on seafood for a much better meal. The service was 5 stars though! Mario took great care of us! Stopped by to try the new crab legs special! A+ on service & food. I sat at the bar, enjoyed the Mango sangria, the bar server was helpful & friendly and everyone made sure my needs were met. The managers were helpful as well and the servers who passed by all made sure to speak and engage me in conversation. This was a welcome surprise, I felt valued. The location was busy and clean. This used to be my favorite restaurant! 1)My wife and I had to wait to be seated even though there were 10 open tables. 2)I went to the bathroom while waiting to be seated and observed that a couple was complaining to the manager about something. 3) As we were getting seated, the lady seated behind us had her table cleared while she got up to go to the bathroom, and she had just started eating! 4)Our bread came first and it was dry and had no butter, a later batch came back the same. One of the reasons we go to Red Lobster is for the bread. 5)My wife's lobster bisque soup was cold - She didn't complain about it because she was hungry. 6)Her shrimp and lobster linguine dinner was cold 7) My plate was half good. It actually took one of the employees to walk away and let it be known they needed to greet us. Sat is right by the kitchen when a lotto forget tables were available. I asked to be moved to another table as no one wants to see or hear what's going on in the kitchen. First off, if you must come here to eat please be sure to get seated as far away from the restrooms as possible. The bathrooms reek of sewage. They are very dirty at 11:30 am. It took 45 minutes just to get water served at our table. Granted, we had a rather large party but the wait was grueling. It took an hour and 15 minutes just to be served our entrees. The restaurant is relatively empty to boot. Food was acceptable but I would not come back, especially since the fish is not fresh but frozen. All the butter or cream I don't know which in particular is rotten. The adult mac & cheese tasted rotten and so did the baked potato due to the butter. Although the waitress said she opened a new one, the case can be that maybe it was left out when it was delivered. Just be careful and aware of the food tasting fresh. As far as taking my cheese cake to go with strawberries. Put the strawberries in a separate container. I've never had anyone but it all together for a to go order. This service was terrible. We ordered the unlimited shrimp which we were told unlimited shrimp and unlimited sides one per serving when it's only one side in the beginning. Machine went down while we were eating so old fashioned cash out system came along. Food was decent but nothing to brag about. We would love to come try the service again but will not be wanting to order the unlimited shrimp. Doors are not ADA friendly which made things difficult and one lady kept getting smashed by the door. She was an elderly lady with a walker.
