Chicken Caesar Salad

Searching for a spot to dine on Christmas was like searching for a needle in a haystack. (We were traveling for the holiday) Lo and behold, Red Lobster was open. Signage indicates they weren't accepting walk in diners. What? I attempted to make reservations through Open Table. No matter what time I selected, after putting in all my info, was informed the time wasn't available. My daughter lucked up and booked through Google for an 8:30 seating. Cane back at 8 and we're seated immediately. Restaurant wasn't busy at all. Server was attentive. Food was good. Had to ask server for additional cheddar biscuits twice. She finally brought them once we were finished eating. Daughter got a seafood boil-spicy. It was verrry spicy. Almost too spicy and she's a fan of spice. My Bourbon smash was really good. Appreciate that they were open especially for travelers like us on the holiday.

Craving seafood? Red Lobster is the place to be! My grandma and I stopped in for a late lunch today and were met with wonderful service. Our waiter, Evan, was extremely friendly and helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed! I got the pick two shrimp with garlic shrimp scampi, shrimp Alfredo, and mashed potatoes. Absolutely delicious. Very quiet inside, albeit a little chilly!

It was a very great meal. Although the service was kinda slow. Me and my family really enjoyed our meal.

Food was good! Presentation on plate poor( scampi was a jumble in the bowel). Seated quickly followed by a less than caring waitstaff.

The music was not to loud and is very comfortable! The lighting wasn't to much and the decore also matched well. The bathrooms were also pleasant and comfortable. We will definitely be back and we hope to see Noah again!

Dessert is house made and delicious. The servers bring around a tray like at M & S Grille and McCormick and Schmick's. I prefer the upscale feel to the dining room to the bar and cocktail tables.

Their burnt ends are tender and NOT dry. Ribs are excellent. The sides - you've got to try the tots. The seasoning blend will blow your mind. Their spicy sauce is great. Put this on your regular BBQ rotation - you won't be disappointed.

After we were seated, I took a look around the place, and was overall impressed by the decor since it's clear they thought out the story associated with jazz history. The menu was also well designed and easy to navigate, but that's something I notice as a marketing designer. Since there were four in our party, we decided to share an app (the brisket tacos), split the two-meat platter (ribs & brisket), and add a half pound of the burnt ends. We were able to get drinks and the app in, but our server kinda forgot about us, so we had one of our party go to the counter to get the rest in. A bit odd, but I suppose the place was busy. When the tacos arrived, they weren't hot, but tasted good, so we didn't mind as we were hungry. However, when the burnt ends came out (sorry, I didn't photo those) they were kinda pale and fatty. I'm not from around these parts, but if "burnt" is in the name I'd expect some level of charred bark, and these lacked it. We didn't touch them and they were sent back. The meat plate's arrival helped smooth things over as the ribs were great and the feta mac and garlic cheesy corn were, too. The brisket wasn't an easy one to cut, as I was being cognizant and considerate of others in regards to sharing. I thought it would be a little more tender. We did get a new order of burnt ends sent out from the kitchen, which was nice, as it wasn't expected. I think my partner's dad wanted to end things on a high note by ordering dessert, so we got the smoked cheesecake. At the time, the board said the daily special was the pumpkin spice cheesecake. There was nothing pumpkin nor spice about this. A pale, sad facsimile of a cheesecake. Unfortunately, it fell flat literally and figuratively. The presentation wasn't what everyone's idea of a cheesecake is, aka the standard triangular slice, and that's okay, but this was a lopsided rectangle. The texture of the cheesecake was amiss- not enough sugar perhaps and no hint of citrus. I understand it's easier to bake in bulk in sheet pans, but the crust wasn't evenly distributed and severely lacked butter to keep it all together. My partner said it looked like sand. If you can't execute a classic dessert, then reconsider having it on the menu. What saved this experience was the two-meat platter, because otherwise, that was the worst cheesecake I've had. Plus, it took us a while to get the food. It seems like there are several people who have had great experiences here, so you can come find out for yourself. Maybe we came on an off night.

Been wanting to try Earl's Premier for a minute, and it did NOT disappoint!…read more We started with the shrimp cocktail--and they were huge!--along with Southern hush puppies. The shrimp were plump and satisfying, especially with the seafood cocktail sauce, which had the perfect kick of horseradish. The hush puppies were a delicious Southern start before moving on to the mains: crispy cod, shrimp salad, and lobster roll. Everything was delicious! My favorites were definitely the shrimp and the crispy cod, with its irresistible crispy coating. The lobster roll was good, but not my favorite--it was generously coated in sauce, which was a little too much for my liking. Overall, though, a great meal and definitely worth trying!

We got right in and I ordered the frozen gin and tonic. This was based on reviews as I am not a G&T person. It was so tasty. I highly recommend! It tasted like a frozen Fresca. We had the calamari appetizer. For entrees, our table ordered crab cakes, sea bass and fish and chips. We all shared a little and all of it was amazing!!! Because it was my birthday, we ordered three desserts to try. The key lime cheesecake, carrot cake and the chocolate dessert. We loved all of them and each ranked them differently. I can't wait to come back!
