    Loaded Fries
    Geof T.

The food here is amazing. I usually come with my spouse and the RC1 combo plus loaded fries basket is usually enough for 2 meals for us. I recommend getting their signature sauce. The crawfish are so tender and fresh in season. Out of season they're still good, but you just can't beat fresh crawfish. Out of season, we prefer the shrimp which stays plump and snappy no matter when you go. The combo only comes with one corn and potato though so we add on extra of those so we can each have one. This time we got the ramen on the side as well and it was good but not worth the price. Just take it home and make ramen yourself. Taking it home might be the move bc it gets better the longer it sits in the sauce. Only gripe I have is they seem to always have long wait times...

Food- everything comes out as it's ready, hot and fresh. Great flavor & seasoning. Portions are decent as well. Service- order when you walk in, they'll bring it to your table. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Ambiance- TV's, Music, clean and seems to run very orderly. Tables set for just about any group size

This is supposed to represent a pound of King Crab at $62.00 a pound,

Dear Seniors, I've been buying their King Crab by the pound for awhile and it's always done well, you get choice how spices you want or flavor but we just like its taste plain with little butter dipping sauce. We usually get a Generous portion from here. Sadly my most recent order was sadly allowed when they should have told me they were out of King Crab and substituted snow crab bits and pieces. A suggestion going forward i will asked to see the King Crab before they cook it. I knew rules going in as it's posted NO REFUNDS. Happy Trails Seniors, Sincerely, Chris & Sharon

The crab and shrimp are delicious! This was my third time ordering, but the customer service? Terrible. We ordered Bucket #4 online and paid extra for headless shrimp, yet they left the heads on. I called to fix it, offering to send a picture, but Damian insisted I return the shrimp to get a replacement--after I had already dumped everything out. ‍ He offered 10% off next time. But what the hell?! This place isn't cheap. This was a special occasion, not some random meal. I don't want a discount--I just want my order right. First-world problems, I know But after a long day of work, paying almost $100 for this meal, all I wanted was to enjoy my food, and because someone else messed up, my whole experience was ruined. And now I wasted time talking to Damian, writing this stupid review, and my food is cold. Now I have to get up and warm it up. Moral of the story: Check your order before you leave, because they won't fix their mistakes.

Shrimp, potatoes, corn, eggs, and noodles.

I got a shrimp boil. It was absolutely horrible. The shrimp was so overcooked that I literally had to peel the skin off the shrimp piece by piece. Definitely don't recommend. And the seasoning/flavor was mid at best. Also. The noodles were trash. Only good thing were the eggs.

I was debating on leaving a review because it's not a positive one but it's been two hours and mouth still has the bad taste of bleached crab. The only thing hot was the potatoes all else was cold and the king crab taste like bleach. It was not a good experience. The steamed rice was good. The service was okay. The place is spacious and seemed clean. Definitely not worth the $156 for the bucket with king crab, snow crab, and shrimp. I will not be back. I will keep going to the place down the street.

    Good fried calamari.

Quick and friendly service. Prices are good and food is really good. Be careful with how hot you order your chicken...Medium is already very hot! And they also have full bar!

The customer service for picking an order is decent and quick. I ordered the gumbo with rice, a side of corn and potatoes. The corn and potatoes were seasoned well, however the potatoes should have been left longer to cook. The rice paired well with the gumbo, however the rice should have been left longer to cook as well. The gumbo came with saltine crackers. The prices are affordable and the environment I would describe is casual. The spice level of the potatoes and corn was decent, not overwhelming. All in all, it was nice to find a place nearby that sells gumbo, corn and potatoes.

All the people from the managers to the servers were extremely nice and helpful and accommodating. And all the food was delicious. Plank has a solid HH that is every day - yes, weekends included! Always a plus in my book! On this particular dining experience, we stopped in for an early dinner on Monday and it was not too crowded and we were able to snag a seat at the bar with no issues. Our bartender, Colton, was amazing! He was so personable, took the time to chat and make jokes with us, and was super attentive. As time went on, the bar started to fill up a bit more but he never lost focus on each of his customers and was very efficient. Food recs: beignet hush puppies (must get!), shrimp po' boy, crab cakes, ragin' Cajun maki, blackened catfish. Drink recs: margarita, old fashioned, prosecco, rose prosecco, strawberry surfer.

We weren't even given water and had to stop a staff member walking by to ask. She said she would send our server, but things did not improve. The food was extremely disappointing. The crab legs had little to no meat in them. When we brought this up, we were told that everything is frozen and that they "spend a lot of money on crab," so they couldn't control the quality. That response alone was unacceptable. What made the situation worse was the lack of professionalism from management. A staff member (who walked past us when we asked for water) came to our table acting as if she were a supervisor or manager, but it was clear she was not. Being misled like that was frustrating. When the actual manager was finally contacted, he came over already defensive, talked over us, and dismissed our concerns instead of trying to resolve them. To make matters even more concerning, I personally ordered an alcoholic drink and was not asked to show my ID at any point. Overall, this experience showed poor service, poor food quality, and unprofessional management. This place has clearly gone downhill.

I was in town for work and when I was craving seafood, a coworker/friend suggested we go to Pacific Table. We were in the mood to try a few different cocktails so Jordyn suggested we split them so we weren't drinking / wasting a full drink if we didn't like it. It's been a while since I was there and it looks like their cocktail menu rotates but the two that are still on the menu as I write this review are the Yuzu Lemon Drop and the Cucumber Martini If you're comfortable with who you're dining with, get the grilled artichokes as a starter. When I say these were grilled to perfection.. my goodness!! We split the brussels sprout salad and removed the chicken. I don't remember there being chopped egg in the salad like the menu states but the brussels sprout leaves, manchego and craisins were a great combination! I wish I would have wrote this review earlier because our main course was the special of the evening. I believe it was a miso glazed cod with lump crab. Or maybe it was a lemon butter sauce. Ahh well whatever it was it was incredible and we asked Jordyn for more sauce because it was that good. We finished the evening with a slice of yellow cake with a scoop of homemade vanilla ice cream (that also isn't on the current menu ) and we were pleasantly surprised!!

The cesar salad was overly drenched in dressing, the dressing is good but it was a just alot. We do appreciate that there are alternative options offered not within the menu we had set, I think someone mentioned there was an alfredo & maybe another fish such as salmon? I can't remember all the reasons why we asked but I know one reason was because they said they could not cater to the individual steak preferences in large groups, made sense in an efficiency way when they explained it. What they didn't tell us after some chose not order steak for that very reason, was that after anyone who ordered steak & cut into it, they could back to cook it longer based on each individual's preference. I'm allergic to shrimp, I ordered the steak with vegetables. I did inform the waiter that I had a shrimp allergy, he was gracious & asked me a few questions to help better address my food preparation. A few minutes later another staff member, maybe a manager, comes in & thanks us for choosing there restaurant. Then he asks who has the allergy & asks the same questions the waiter asked me. It just put me on the spotlight that I (nor several of my coworkers) felt was necessary. It wasn't embarrassing but more annoying seeing how our waiter had been thorough, or come to me one on one just to reconfirm if needed. I felt bad for my coworkers because they now had genuine concern I might be exposed to something since many had shrimp dishes. I will say that I did enjoy the steak & asparagus. Dessert was delicious, a great creme brulee & the cheesecake slices were generous! Also, there were larger amounts of time between when the first person got their salad or soup to when the last person received theirs, same situation with the entrées. In both phases they basically asked who was missing what & then asked what they had. Refills & drinks, the same. Maybe they were short handed but if they were, we wished they would've communicated that so we could anticipate any timing issues. Aside from the allergy thing, the staff tending to us were very polite. Maybe it's more of a training issue higher up because they seemed to be doing their best, but right now it's a miss at this location.
