I got another amazing mani/pedi here!!! I've been coming here over a year now. I have never had a problem with any service and know I can count on them to do things right! No awkward conversations going on, just a great group of technicians that do an amazing job! I saw recently that groupon had a coupon out, when I asked about it Red Carpet said that they didn't authorize it to be distributed! Shame on groupon for causing this place stress and trouble!!! read more

Not all that impressive for the reviews it has... While the pedi price was more than fair ($25), there was no attention paid to the areas of my feet that needed it (toes & heels... I have dry feet ). I love that they use Zoya and my nail tech was sweet as anything, but I'm afraid I'll be heading back to my usual place going foreword. read more

The best nail salon I've been to in the entire Beaverton area! So, so clean, which is my number one priority in a salon. I got a regular mani and a luxury pedi, which includes paraffin wax and a longer massage. Very well done and worth the price. I will 100% be coming back! read more

This is one of the best nail salons I've been to in a very long time. Sydney, Katie and Masha are awesome! They always make me feel welcome and treat me like I'm a very important customer. If you are looking for some awesome nail art, you have to see Masha... She is extraordinarily talented. You can show her a picture and she can paint exactly what you want. I have always been extremely happy when I walk out the door. I rate them 5 stars hands down!! read more

Oh my goodness!!! I got acrylics for the first time at this place and my nail tech Katie she's the best. She did such an amazing job on my nails and took her time to make sure they were perfect. 100/10 recommend :) definitely coming back again, this is now my favorite place. I went back for a second time to get a fill on my acrylics and again I had Katie and she is the best nail artist out there. She does an amazing job on my nails!! read more

They're taking all the precautions for covid, putting up shields, taking temperatures, and making sure guests fill out forms and wash hands. The quality of service is amazing! I've been to four other salons before here and so far this ones my favorite. The paint stays on for weeks and my favorite thing to get on my fingers is the glow in the dark dip! I definitely recommend to all of my friends! read more

first time having my nails done here by brenda & as someone who works in the beauty industry & has been exposed to nail enhancements for 15 years there were a few things that made my experience my last here unfortunately. i had an appointment, showed up a few minutes early and still had to wait for her previous appointment to be done which went into my appointment now by 20 minutes. i understand at times these things can happen but it just seemed like poor time management considering her next appointment after me was waiting quite a bit for my service to be finished. though she did apologize this is just something i personally dislike. her acrylic application is different from what i'm accustomed to, i trusted the process and though they aren't bad it's not the best. it's just odd to me that they are completely flat and there is no apex build. i also have never had a technician tell me the acrylic might burn when it's drying, i've never experienced this nor had any other tech tell me this the countless times i've had acrylic applied. lastly, their online prices do not reflect in store. i paid $91 for a full set and simple nail design! which is very $$$ for the quality of the work that was done. at a glance my nails look great but when you really look at them... it's not as thorough as it should've been for that price. i've paid less for more extravagant nails but each tech i guess sets their own price and i can respect that to a degree. i should've had the courage to ask her to break down her pricing but that's always easier said than done & i'm sure a lot of other clients can relate to that. overall, decent but not the quality i was expecting. there's not too many recent reviews on here so hopefully this will help someone! read more

The gals at Red Carpet nails are fantastic! My 11 year old daughter chose to spend her Christmas money on acrylic nails. The woman who did them for her spent over an hour getting them exactly as my daughter wished! They are beautiful! The price was $40 and well worth it! I enjoyed a lovely pedicure in the meantime and my feet have never been so soft and pretty! We have found our go to nail salon! The way they respected my daughter and did not rush her process was amazing!!!!! read more

If you love attention to detail then this is the place for you to go. I had my nails done, not intentionally but they can last up to 3 weeks without coming off which any of you ladies that wears Nails regularly know that's really good. I had almost given up wearing Nails because it seemed everyone had cheap product and the nails won't stay on longer than a week without looking horrible that does not seem to be the case at Red Carpet nails I would highly recommend them read more

I made an appointment for hard gel nails. I got there and clarified that I wanted hard gel. The nail tech got out gel builder which is a product for a gel manicure to make them thicker. She then layered it on the cuticle part of my nail repeatedly and got it all over my fingers having to wipe it off with her own nail. She never put product on my nail tips. This made them lumpy and uneven even after she filed them. I left mid-service with paying $31.00 for the service that she had done because I knew that the product would have to be removed and the service redone. I went to a different nail place down the street who knew exactly what I wanted. I am disappointed because I asked multiple times and was told that basically I didn't know what I was talking about. I used to go to this salon a couple of years ago and never had this kind of service. I'm sure they are fine with acrylic. I just wanted the product I asked for and if they couldn't do it they should have just said so. read more

This nail salon has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. DO NOT BUY THEIR GROUPONS, they see you as a customer who do not deserve good service and are beneath their other customers. They will also make you feel low for purchasing a groupon. While trying to make an appointment on my birthday, I talked to Sydney. After I was already treated very rudely for even mentioning groupon, I was asked for my voucher number. I asked why she needed my voucher number.. Which is a valid question considering the fact I have never been asked this by any other establishment when using my groupon. And I have been using groupon for years. Instead of answering me, or explaining her practices, she told me to return my groupon since I was so "inconvenienced". Then she said she was "insulted" that I would compare her salon to other nail salons...Well, Sydney I have never been to your salon, so what else do I have to compare to? You ARE in fact a nail salon, so you will always be compared to other nail salons. This time, other nail salons just happen to be a lot better than yours. They were shady, rude, and sit themselves on a high horse. After reading several other reviews I see that people that buy groupons are not treated like other paying customers. Here's a suggestion for your establishment. DON'T SELL GROUPONS. If you are not going to treat these customers fairly and with the same kindness and urgency as others, then don't be on groupon. Don't get offended when people ask you questions. Some people like to ask questions before giving out strange information. I will never recommend this salon to anyone, ever. read more

Bought a Groupon for this place months ago. Each time I called to make an appointment they would first ask me if I had a 'voucher' and when I answered affirmatively, they would inform me that they were booked out for days! Weekend appointments? Forget about it! So after experiencing this same strange 'coincidence' several times, I had a friend call a few minutes after I was turned away and ask for an appointment. When asked if she had a voucher, she said 'no' and magically, they had time to see her! Wow. At this point my Groupon has expired and I am going to ask the company for a refund since this was nothing short of fraudulent behavior. Shame on Red Carpet Nails and their terrible customer services and unethical behavior. read more

I wouldn't ever come back here ever again. Ever. I've been in once before and had a good experience. My nails were done well and I was happy. I came back after a friend gifted me a Groupon for a full set. We made our appointment together and they weren't ready for both us. I waited (which wasn't an issue) for 15 minutes before I was seated. Sydney asked if I had ever been there before. I said yes one time long ago. She said I'm sorry you can't use your Groupon. You aren't a new customer and you should have read the fine print. I didn't buy the groupon, but I understand. Then she dismissed me like a child and asked me to wait on my friend. I understand why she wouldn't take it and would have been willing to pay. Except for the fact that she was really rude and disrespectful. Due to the awkwardness I decided to sit in the car and she proceeded to talk negatively about me in front of my friend. Completely unprofessional and out right disgusting she would do that. I would never go back simply because of Sydney. I'm pretty understanding about most things but not the disrespect. Good luck. read more

I have been to Red Carpet nails twice. The first time I had a groupon or loving social. I thought they did a good job. I noticed they gave someone else the discount automatically, so I wondered if my discount voucher was moot. The gel nails were cool, but I probably wouldn't pay full price for it here. The second time I went, I didn't make an appointment, and they accepted with no wait as a walk in. There was a bridal party there, and I think they messed up the brides nail design. She seemed really unhappy, and it seemed like they brushed it off. I didn't think the manicure I received looked very nice. The nail polish didn't quite go all the way to the sides of my nails. It is an okay salon, but I wouldn't recommend it, and I won't be back. read more

It was a horrible experience right from the beginning. Sydney complained when I came in that I had a groupon and 'I lose 50% of my commission'. She told me I should've called vs buying a groupon. Why be on groupon then!? She didn't ask how I wanted my nails (shape, color, etc). She didn't look at me once, just complained about my nails (they were completely clean of any polish). It was my fault the superglue didn't work, my nailfile was bad, had to get new one..... And the job she did, HORRIBLE! I actually had to file (some of) them down and reshape them when I got home. And repolished! The paint (fresh) was completely crooked or color took up 1/2 my nail on some and 1/4 on others. It was a horrible experience and I don't understand why they are on groupon if they don't want people using them. I took pictures too, but no where to post on this site, that I can see. read more

So if you are looking for a nail shop that doesn't have a lot of foreign language going on, where the nail techs speak English & are about customer service (on an American level) this place is for you. The girls are nice, a couple are a bit too immature and unprofessional for my liking but that's just a personal observation turned opinion. I went in on a groupon-- got a full set of solar acrylics and a pedi. So the pedicure was subpar... She didn't even use the nippers to remove dead skin around my nail beds. My nails, they are okay. I may be a bit particular but I have had better at many chop shops. Just not much attention to detail and its driving me crazy. Sydney is the owner and the person who performed my services. She is very knowledgable about her profession; I can definitely appreciate that, but I don't think her skillset yet matches. So basically, it's an okay place. I appreciate the concept they have, but I don't think I would be back. They are more pricey than other shops, but I would be willing to pay if I felt the services provided were worth it... I think I will stay in my neighborhood because I am not willing to sacrifice skill for customer service when it comes to my nails. read more

Expensive and hit and miss service. More than once I have gotten a manicure with no massage or work to cuticles(did they forget?). I will agree with some of fellow Yelpers, that the owner/manager is rude and tries to barter and upcharge from posted prices... and at times the other employees are pretty catty. There are many other salons, in the neighborhood with friendly technicians... this place will be a backup to my backup. read more

Ehh.. so so fill job, my nails are crooked and the polish was extremely thick meaning old, and it was $43 for a fill, what? An acrylic fill... smh My nail tech was out of town and then he got sick so I had to go somewhere else...needless to say I'm not happy and I'm not going back. read more
