Fabulous! The staff is fabulous, the amount of variety they had in colours is fabulous and the quality of service is also fabulous. I wasn't looking to get my nails done but on a whim, while running some errands, I saw the salon and decided why not. They were able to accommodate me right away and I was done all within 30 minutes. The nail tech who did my nails was sweet, efficient and gentle. She helped me pick a colour and did a great job. The salon is neat and clean with plenty of seats although I wouldn't really say it's a huge establishment and might get busy during weekends.I believe I was able to squeeze in a last-minute walk-in because it was a weekday. The prices are reasonable and compared to the service they offer I feel like it's a steal. read more

I started going to this salon after it went from Queen nails to TL. They vibe changed and the ladies were really welcoming and very grateful that we were getting services there. I always bring clients, So I started taking my parents and then when family would visit, would always recommend or take them there. Things were going great until I went to get my nails done for my wedding. When I got my toes done I noticed they were using the same tools from my grandma on me not sanitizing or using new ones. I don't recall if that's what they normally did or if it was a one time thing because we are family members but that threw me off. Then when it came to my full set, I wanted to go a bit longer in length and wanted a fancier set with more designs since for work I like to keep it shorter and have to have one color or French. It was busy so I feel like the lady at table 1 didn't want to do a fancy set because it would take longer. She also was trying to convince me to have my length be shorter than what I wanted. I ended up settling for med/long and a white French. The polish looked caked on because she would put the white polish on thick and then use a brush with nail polish remover to correct the curve of the French tip. I did tell her I didn't like that look and polished looked cakey and bumpy she said she would fix it. By the end it still looked the same and I wanted to cry because I wasn't happy with the my wedding nails and I felt rushed so I told her I would probably come in the next day to get my polish redone. But my wedding was a few days out by that point I never made it back to get repolished. When it gets busy I notice they never turn away a client even tho there is only 3-4 ladies at a time working. They will have people waiting for a minute and then I think it reflects on their work because it's rushed and attention to detail is missed. She still charged me full price even after I expressed my concerns and we have been going there for a while my mom asked no discount for wedding and she just gave me extra stamps on their stamp card. Which it's whatever for me I wasn't expecting any special treatment just because it was my wedding but after that experience it would have been a nice gesture. I decided to give them one last chance when I went to go get my first fill after my wedding . I had two broken nails I told her just keep the length but she was trying to cut it shorter again. She also put a deep curve tip on my nails that were getting fixed. I told her I didn't like that tip because the curve looks different than all 8 other fingers. And she said it would be fine at the end because she would trim and file it and it's better for long nails. I also got the cat nail color that they use the magnet with to give a reflective affect. I didn't want the magnet design just the color. She failed to mention that the color was ten dollars extra. And she also charged me for extra long length. She charged me $60 for a fill with one color. I told her I didn't appreciate that she didn't tell me the price of the polish and the tips still looked different and I paid her and I told her straight up I would not be coming back. Unfortunately that was my last straw. read more

I've been here three times now, and each visit has been great. Nina has helped me every time and is always friendly. The Deluxe pedicure is incredibly relaxing, and my acrylic nails with design turned out so cute - I'm obsessed! The salon is open 7 days a week, which is perfect for my busy schedule. They also offer beverages with their deluxe services, which is a nice touch. I highly recommend this place - they really go above and beyond to make sure your nails are perfect! read more

The basics of a decent pedicure and color were provided. And I appreciated how smooth and soft the add-on paraffin treatment left my feet. The nail technician was efficient and competent, but I did not get a sense of real warmth and friendliness. I guess I can't blame her for being somewhat disengaged, given the repetitious nature of her job. Price seemed a little high for the services provided, but was within average range for pedicures and manicures. read more

Walked in on a Sunday... yes they are open on Sundays now! Helen got me in right away for a shellac manicure. Nina was sitting right beside me and we all had a great time conversing on a rainy afternoon. Helen did a great job on my manicure. I got matte black (which shows all the flaws and she spent the time to perfect) This is my go to place and I recommend it become yours too! read more

I originally asked for ombré and despite it being on their list of things they could do, not one of the five women working were able to do it. They offered a French tip instead of the ombre and it turned out like this....i also asked for chrome powder and they aren't shiny at all, not to mention they charged an extra 15$ for the powder. My aunt also got her toes painted and they spent such little time and effort on her pedicure that we honestly shouldn't have payed. The vibe of the place is a nice but it's really hot and they have horrible ventilation. It's such a disappointment because the first set they did for me were amazing. I certainly wouldn't recommend Queen Nails to anyone. read more

I thought about going back to give them another try and I decided to come back to this platform to see if any other reviews were written about a similar experience that I had. A couple weeks ago I went to get a pedi. I picked the Queen pedi with Gel polish, and I was there for about an hour. The massage was not great and the massage chairs were just okay. What I had an issue with is that my pedicure tech was really going after my "hang nail" (it's very small and doesn't bother me). At one point when she was messing with it I jerked a little bit and told her that it was starting to hurt. She looked up at me and nodded but continued to remove it gently. No biggie but then I remembered that nail techs aren't generally licensed to do any kind of removal that may cause infection. Now my cuticles are their own story and I generally don't care if they are just pushed back. I always get nervous when they cut them off. Well my nail tech cut me and who wants a beautiful pedi with a banged up toe... NO ONE! I get home and notice my pinky toe nail keeps catching the edge of my sandal. I look down and the gel was peeling on multiple toes!!! Went back the next day and they fixed it but I had an awful pedi. The pain was not even, it was peeling, and she caused two cut injuries. My rule is if I get cut I don't come back. read more

Nope. Visited twice trying to make up my mind if this would be "my nail salon" as it is so close to home. The first time I had the "Queen Pedicure", their most expensive. It was around 75.00 and included the scrub, wrap, message, wax dip, etc. Well....it TIMED it. It lasted 30 minutes. WHAT? Go across the street to Oasis nails and for less than this price, it will last at least 1 hour. I am not a fan of the manicures at Oasis but their pedi's are AMAZING. THEN I went back to Queen nails for a gel manicure (2 times). My cuticles looked pretty bad both times and the edges started "lifting" the very next day. I have an important event coming up so will be redoing my nails in the next few days even though I just had them done yesterday. HARD PASS. Won't be back. read more

Queenz has always been my go to they're nice and always manage to fit me in when I have to reschedule! And they always help me make my creative ideas possible, I had the gold Charms for it already and they only charged me 5$ for a few pearls and to glue down the charms I brought myself, not many other salons also have a punch card so I will be coming back! read more

Terrible customer service; when they took over from Nails Express they refused to honor the gift certificates I had bought for the holidays that were good for a YEAR. They basically STOLE $75 from me and my sister couldn't use the gift card for her pedicure. DO NOT GO HERE. Go up the street to Nail Envy, they're cleaner and offer better pedicure art. read more
