I purchased a float and cyro session, which order should we book it? Float and then cyro or vice versa?

I would call them, but as a ballet teacher, I would suggest cryo then float! I do think they have a suggested order!

Do they provide towels?

Kari came out when I stepped from the bathroom, introduced herself, and warmly reached out to greet me. Kari took me upstairs--I had no idea how large and expansive the space inside actually was. She sat me in her salon and looked at my scalp like it was telling her a story, and it was. She asked about my hair, how I care for it, and how often I wash. I have natural hair, I twist, I wash weekly, and I am always adding product. Kari showed me what was sitting underneath. She laid out every single thing she was about to use on me--about four items, including peppermint and a clay mask--and explained why. She walked me to the room. Dim light, comfortable, with linen on the bed that felt too soft for a spa. She turned on a bed warmer and gave me time to get settled. I hung my things on hooks, neatly, the way you do when someone has made a space for you. The room felt like a peaceful, bohemian sanctuary with a touch of clinical precision. Warm, but precise. Soft, but intentional. When Kari returned, she placed a light touch over my whole body across the sheets. Not pressing, just letting me know she was there. When she reached the top of my head, she said, "Take a deep breath, hold it, let it out slow." And that is where it began. Not with a hand. With a breath. She started with my face. I could feel the muscles shift, tension leaving, everything draining down toward my shoulders. Kari anchored my neck with a towel, like a hammock, and I was held still while she pulled the weight out of me. She laid a steam mask over my eyes, and as I lay there, Kari worked on my hair. Then came the waterfall: warm water from my scalp, across my forehead, over my face, my neck. I want to be honest about what came next, because I didn't expect it, and I don't know how to explain it, but I need you to hear it. Intrusive thoughts find me, even in serenity, even in stillness. They come. But they didn't. Lying there, water falling across my face, every thought that came was good. I was back to the first time I held my babies, back to moments of pure love and unfiltered joy--the kind of core memories that carry only warmth. Something in this room, this water, this touch, washed everything heavy away and replaced it with pure light. I felt like I quantum-leaped to every happiness I've ever lived. Not one negative thought entered my mind. When it ended, I told Kari the truth: this was the best treatment I have ever had. Not because of what it did to my scalp, my face, or my skin, but because it treated my body well, and it reached my mind, somewhere below where I think, and it gave me back every good thing I have ever held. CBD Float Session w/ CBD Gummies and I highly recommend! It was our first time and I was a little nervous but we had a quick instructional video we watched and staff walked us through everything and answered all questions. Now for the actual experience, you do shower first and you can bring a bathing suit if you'd like as well but each room for your session is private so it is optional. You shower before you go in and make sure you use the earplugs since you are going to be floating so to avoid it getting in your ears. There's an option to adjust the lighting and sound and to even turn it all off if you prefer a more sensory deprivation experience. You can change your selection throughout which was really nice so you can try all the different modes. One thing to keep in mind is that it is like a bunch of salt (think your at-home epsom salt TIMES A THOUSAND) so it can be a bit of a different texture at first but you can always slightly open the door and they have a spray bottle for just water or if you just need some air at any point during your session. For me, I think a good session would be about 60 min. The full 90 min. was definitely nice but I think about an hour in my mind was beginning to race a little so I think an hour is perfect! Facilities were very clean and the complimentary tea was so lovely and the staff were so kind and helpful! Highly recommend plus they have a variety of different services that I can't wait to check out!!!

I've been to another float center in Redwood with a friend, so it was nice to find one close to home. I put a cloth in the lid to keep it open a crack and to help mark my orientation if I get up and want to readjust. I find that I prefer wave sounds and my husband likes music. I like to start with lights, then lights off for a minute, then I eventually mentally "drop down" into peace and darkness for like a half hour or so. Sometimes faster or slower. Really it's great for any body soreness and mental fatigue. I usually notice a 2-for-1 special and buy that and do a float "date" with my husband. So we usually get a sitter, catch a bite, connect and float. My hubby found out he had a lot of scratches on the last one... so they told him to reschedule no cost when he felt better. How considerate! I have been here 4 times now, but that felt so considerate that I trust them and really look forward to going back. I really like how close they are to a few spots I need things from as well. Since I'm out of town, we stop by the stores or eateries and cafes nearby to make it a treat.

The staff were not rude at all, they were polite, but I did leave feeling like a bit more attentiveness and, guidance could have made a meaningful difference, especially for a first-time guest. The facilities themselves were generally clean and the overall concept has a lot of potential. They also had shampoo, conditioners, body wash, ear plugs, makeup wipes and petroleum jelly to cover any cuts. While you're floating, you can choose to have the lights on or off to be in complete darkness. In the first and last 5 minutes of your float there will be calm music playing. They also provide a neck float if you prefer to have your neck up - which I also found more comfortable. Also, I would recommend using the ear plugs if you don't like feeling the water in your ears if you decide not to use the float. Also! I would recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner because if you're like me with long, thick hair... you would come out with real sticky, salty and frizzy hair. Lol. And bring a comb/brush too! All in all, I would definitely come here to float again. The owners are really friendly and the place is super clean and the experience is just amazing! The massage chair was very interesting I still prefer the human touch but humans definitely can't apply as much consistent pressure as the chair. The zero gravity was extra fun! The red light therapy was enjoyable I came in with sore core muscles and actually feel a lot of relief. I did a 60-minute float and I actually fell asleep for the first time ever. I believe this was due to the red light therapy and the massage relaxing me much more than I'm used to. Overall the trio experience was really enjoyable thank you!

We found a time where they had two pods open and arrived about 15 minutes early. You do have to leave your shoes at the door, so make sure your feet look good. I was a bit embarrassed by my old pedicure but whatever. You can walk in sandals that they provide or barefoot. They also have a little seating area and will bring you some water while you wait if you like Before the float, they gave us a full orientation to how the pods work. First put in your earplugs and then shower with lovely smelling products that they provide. Once you're cleaned off, you can hop in the pod. Each pod is big enough for people to fit comfortably and you can turn a blue light on or off. I floated in darkness, but my son chose to leave the light on. They even have little spray bottles of freshwater inside the pod, just in case any of the salt water hits the eyes. It is a little strange the first time trying to find the right position and such. But after about 10 minutes, I slipped away and before I knew it the hour had passed. I couldn't believe it. I even checked my watch to validate an hour had really past because time just seemed to disappear. We felt so relaxed afterwards and enjoyed a nice dinner out. However, I have scheduled my next one in two weeks for a later time so that I can just go home and go to sleep afterwards. Overall, it was an excellent experience and this place is run very well. The staff Maddie was friendly and patient, thoughtful, and thorough in explanation of the services I received. I was impressed with her service and how compassionate she was as a person. Reboot Float is awesome - staff very friendly and helpful. This was my first float and used some time while on vacation in Oakland for a "Reboot" - an experience not to be missed! I found this a great way to relax and pamper myself. I will make this part of my annual vacation! The infrared and red light setup is fantastic. Because it uses light wavelengths to heat your body directly rather than just making the room stiflingly hot, it gave me a true, heavy, from-the-inside-out thermal sweat. It felt incredibly detoxifying and did wonders for my tight muscles after hitting the gym. The absolute highlight was the halo treatment. The specialized unit mounted on the wall releases a smooth, calming stream of micro-salt particles that fills the booth. Breathing it in felt so refreshing for my lungs, and the visual of the steam filling the space added a whole new level of zen. Sitting there with a fresh cooling towel, absorbing the red light therapy, and letting the halo stream do its magic was the ultimate luxury. I left feeling completely rejuvenated, light, and relaxed. There might be parking in the neighborhood, but arrive early just in case. Perspire Sauna did tabling at a gym I used to go to some months ago and I had wanted to try it out for a while. Figuring it would be good to go for a ladies' day out, I planned this for my friend and I. To start, it's very modern looking inside, and quiet. It kind of reminds me of a One Medical office. For first timers, the cost is only $30 for your first session and if you share a room with a friend/spouse/partner or whoever, the add on services are only charged per room, not per person. Once inside of the room you can choose whatever channel you want and go inside the sauna. I like that if you need to take a breather you can just exit the sauna room. It's still a private space. Sweating is inevitable. Take breaks when you need to if you can't handle the heat. I noticed the pain from menstrual cramps was alleviated during my session, which was perfect for that time of the month as someone who does their best not to take pain medication. I also added in Halo-therapy - only $15 extra -, which is supposed to help in improving respiratory function, though I imagine this only works if you do it on a consistent basis. The associate told me how to control it in the room, but tbh I don't know if it was actually working. Would I come again? Sure! I did a 6pm session, and it was a relaxing experience. I left feeling rejuvenated, but also ready for a shower and bed. If you like saunas, you'll like this. The membership prices are also pretty fair.

When a customer has visible injuries following a service, I would expect the business to take the situation seriously, show concern, and work toward a resolution. I am leaving this review specifically as someone who personally witnessed the condition of her skin and the scratches following the body scrub.

The saunas are extremely therapeutic and I feel like an entirely new person every time I leave this place. Not wet, not dry - but a happy medium and the clear steam produced feels like it penetrates every layer of your body. The Aveda products are a great touch compared to years past. Lots of lovely merchandise and cosmetics for sale as well. This place has come a long way since I worked here in the early 2000s - It was great then and even better now! I haven't tried the renovated hot tubs yet but they look beautiful and the tranquil vibes of the past still seem to be present even with the new, more modern design. Massage therapists I've experienced here have always been professional, skilled and intuitive. Highly recommend Regina! Indecently before I left the last time I asked to have the card deleted, which was not done. I was livid, but kept it cool. The woman didn''t feel her customer's dismay. she was on the rude side. I love the hot tubs but will not buy anything Keep it clear at the desk watch for the trickery.

It was so relaxing and my masseuse applied the right amount of pressure (I got a combination thai and swedish massage). This was also the first time I had someone step on my back and honestly it was a life changing experience. The facility is small but super nice and clean and the staff is also really nice and accommodating. I think it is safe to say I found my new massage spot!
