    Private Float Tank

Still my favorite place! I've been to a few others in the country and this is still my #1. The options offered are like no other. The staff is always amazing. Floating is my ultimate reset. It calms my mind, eases my back pain, and leaves me feeling completely recharged. Every time I float, I sleep better. It's like a full body and mind reboot.

10 inches of water to float in. Impossible to sink or not float. Must have something to do with the salts.

Such a relaxing and fun new experience. The pod was interesting. I did ocean waves for my music and floated in the dark with my pod closed. I would definitely do this again! I felt so relaxed afterward as if I got a massage. We did the oxygen bar afterward and drank the delicious chai tea that was provided. We were surprised the water was only 10 inches high. Great service as well!

So it turns out floating personally isn't for me. I was one of the few people that got nausea mid-float... But that doesn't take away from how clean and professional the experience was. I am still glad to have tried it. I purchased a 2 for 1 float deal during Christmas. They have several specials throughout the year (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, etc). The office is very calming. If you didn't bring your own flip flops they can provide some. As first timers we watched a brief introduction video. They also have a selection of music. They now have the option to let you listen to a sample of the music before choosing. Before floating it's recommended you use the toilet first. They provide everything. Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, silicone moldable earplugs, q-tips. You also have the option to play your own music. But the Jack is an audio. It's not Bluetooth connected. Maybe they had adaptors for your phone if you asked. At first I had trouble relaxing/my neck felt strained. Oh the tiny cuts on my hand that I didn't know about stung. After about 15 minutes I finally relaxed. The water was pleasantly warm. Then it got very humid and a little difficult to breathe. It was much better once I opened the top. I didn't feel cold because the water was warm. They have water, tea, and oxygen bar and even little notebooks in the lounge area. We were in a bit of a time crunch so we left without trying those. But it was very nice to have. The host that day said she'd make a note so we can use the oxygen bar next time. We never felt rushed. It was a true spa experience.

I really enjoyed this experience. Things to know: breathe through your mouth when floating. Breathing through your nose seems insanely loud. Bring your own conditioner for after. I used what they provided and my hair still feels salty. I went while my back has been having some pinched nerves so it kept my back from super relaxing. But my arm and my legs twitched a couple times. You can do it complete black out- not the worst but it's been forever since I have been in that so I decided it felt more comfortable to have the light change color. I highly recommend you rinse off twice. Half way back from Napa I touched my ear and felt salt come off. They have dissolved 300 pounds of epsom salt in it. I must have had a hot flash towards the end because everything started to feel cold. This will be an experience I do again. The best way I can describe the relaxed state is when you are just going under or coming back from anesthesia.

It was a great experience here! The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, they got us water and tea and explained the entire process to us (it was our first time in a float tank) and they were really helpful for the entire experience. I absolutely loved floating around for an hour and listening to healing frequencies and singing bowls. Everything seemed clean and safe, and they have a back room for getting ready after your float where they also offer products free of charge for you to use. You walk out of there feeling like a newborn baby, it's fantastic.

The was my first time experience the float and I can't wait to do to again . Everyone was very nice and friendly and it was a great experience doing this . I loved the feeling and the distressing, overall I left very relaxed and rejuvenated! This is the best therapeutic session I have had. They also offer a nice oxygen bar which I tired and was a very live experience too many different flavors. I would highly recommend this place for anyone. Awesome experience

What a cool way to rest and distress! We watched a few YouTube videos before coming to understand what exactly is this float thing. Is it a fad? A crock? Or a necessary therapeutic use to truly assist in our relaxation and pleasure? Well, stay tuned to see what it ended up being for me Upon arriving, we were greeted by Mycheal, a cool, upbeat, friendly and knowledgeable guy who guided us through everything. I think Mycheal was born for this. He put me at ease at the thought of closing up in a pod on purpose He assured me I would be find and my occasional claustrophobia shouldn't get the best of me. Lol. We checked in at the desk with Mychael and swapped the needed Groupon info as well as discussed any other things we needed to know. We left our shoes up front and put on flip flops. I brought my own. We were led to a room with two comfy chairs and a TV monitor on the wall. We watched a video that toured the facility and told us all about the float experience, what to do or not to do. This was a good thing to do. You can choose to have music on or not or even just at the beginning. I chose to have music the whole time. It was great. Next, we got the in person tour of the bathroom, the area to blow-dry your hair, the oxygen bar, rest area for tea sipping. This location is decorated with beautiful art from local artists. It is all for sale. We were encouraged to use the restroom before floating, which makes sense because you will be charged a lot of money if you pee in their salt water. I'm sure they have a way to tell if you did, so don't ever do that We were led to our float room. Each person goes into a separate room. I think there were four total float rooms. Once you go in to the room, you are told to put on the silicone earplugs, put Vaseline on any cuts, then take a very good shower. They provide the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. They ask that you shower after the float and use the conditioner. I'm sure you can imagine the salt being a little rough on the skin. There is a light inside the pod. You can change the color. I kept it blue. The overhead light is motion sensored. Once I got in the pod the overhead light went out making the room dark and pod more ethereal. I did not like the darkness, so I got out and turn on the cleaning light which was on a switch outside of the room. It worked better for my comfort level to keep that brighter light on. I got back in the tank and got into position. There is a head ring to put on the back of your head as you float. This takes pressure off your neck and upper back as you float. So, I just layed there and kept fighting the urge to feel like I needed to be doing something. I closed my eyes and focused on the music. Just as I was really getting in to the experience I got a CRAZY leg cramp! What?! This was nuts! I had to get out of the pod to relieve the cramp. I got out, got relief and got back in the pod. As soon as I got comfy the leg cramp came back. I repeated the previous moves two more times and decided to get out of the pod for good. I showered, rubbed on conditioner and showered again. It seemed to soothe my skin. I got dressed and went out to the oxygen bar. Suggestions: 1. A mirror on the wall in the float room would be very useful. No need to look a mess before going out into the public space. 2. A step stool to step on to get in or out of the pod would be great for folks with any kind of injury making it hard to get in or out of the pod. Mychael met me out there and checked in on my experience. I shared what happened. I said I felt like a failure cause I didn't finish. He said I wasn't a failure I did my best. I appreciated his comment. Okay, back to the oxygen bar This was a cool way to end my float experience. You receive 95% (I think he said) oxygen infused with DoTerra aromatherapy products, so you know they're good. You put on the nose oxygen giving thingee, sit back in the comfy chair and relax. You have an assortment of oils to choose from. I used Breathe, On Guard, Copaiba and Lavender at separate times. Mychael made me some tea and I sipped and breathed. Lol After about 30 minutes and trying essential oils I was ready to go. This was a wonderfully relaxing experience, even though I got a leg cramp. I didn't want the cramp to be my highlight. Ha. I liked being in thr pod to being in a womb of sorts. Not that I can remember what that was like, but I can certainly imagine. If you're considering doing a float just go and let go. I let go easier than I thought I would once I was in the pod. I do plan to go back and try it again. Thanks Mychael (not sure if I'm spelling your name right)for your kindness and knowledge throughout the entire process. You wanted to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I appreciate that so much. I hope much continued success for this business. The whole world needs to relax. Everyone could use a good float or two to achieve that Great job! I'll be back

Had such a wonderful time here. Tried this float for the first time yesterday with my daughter. The service was very personal, patient, welcoming and friendly. We weren't rushed or uncomfortable. Everything was explained in great detail. The float beds are so spacious and cozy, the rooms have a great lay out to them, safety bars in case you need to grab on for assistance while getting in and out of the pod. There is showers in the rooms to shower upon entry of your pod. Near the shower they provide soap, shampoo and conditioner. All of which smell wonderful! They provide a really secure pair of of ear plugs for this experience that worked well for even myself.. I typically struggle with most ear plugs do to my smaller ear canal. The music was really serene & relaxing. I would definitely go again. After the whole experience there is the most adorable area to gather your thoughts, have warm tea, water, they even have an "oxygen bar" I most definitely will be back. Hope this helps narrow things down on what to expect here!

This place is interesting, and looks nice and relaxing, but it just too many issues for me to return, I always like to try new places, experience the atmosphere, and hope for just a well relaxing time. I wish i got a Picture of the outside wall, art work, its actually pretty cool and vibrant. OH kay, lol... this were it starts to snow ball and go down hill , gaining mass and speed.. first off the staff were super friendly but we waited about 10 mins at the front counter before someone came to the front. We waited for our spas, enjoyed some def caf tea, as we sat in the waiting area / lounge. Across from us was a small Sauna, I am guessing 2 people could fit in ther would be very close to the other person I would think, so you better be friendly with them ;-) ;-) Needless to say, did not go in there. lol The Lounge area was somewhat split up, with some couches in the main area, which a couple was over there just laying spread out, so did not want to sit to close to someone else and ruin there experience. Ok, so finally get in to the spa room, its kinda cool , the shower is at the entrance of the spa, there is a bench to sit and take shoes off or what not. Basically you strip down, (Yehaa). Dont get any ideas here, this is a solo spa, not sure if they have couple's or not.. but this was a Solo experience. Take a shower, open the door, and carefuly get into the spa. I found the floor to be super slippery. And someone like me, i have poor balancing due to a brain surgery years ago... But ya, the floor was super slick, no grip on the ground, just tile like. There was a mat, but it was a joke, really thin, and did not grip let alone didnt help. so lets get into the spa, aaawww! Well thats what i was hoping for, my ass hit the bottom of the spa, Now Ive been to 3 different spas, and all of them were deeper then this one. That and there is soooo much salt in there you'll float. Salt was there but stuck to the bottom , with my bottom... lol.. It ruined the experience for us, I wasnt the only one complaining about this. But needless to say our experience wasn't that relaxing, and fear for my life walking around on the slik was a thing... :-(

One of the first things advised was that management / ownership has changed recently. One of the pods wasn't ready and water was slightly cloudy from the start (which I thought was normal due to the solution), and the vibe felt rushed with one staff member handling everything. I showered with their soap before entering the float. After my float, I showered again, applied oil and fragrance, and left. An hour later, I received a text claiming I left oil/fragrance in the water and could be charged. Shocked, I returned to be greeted by the defensive owner. She insisted water had to be cleaned twice due to oil and fragrance. I told her I didn't use anything prior so that's not possible and that I had photos my water was not fully clear. My mom even said hers was clearer than mine as she saw what it looked liked. Ofcourse the owner dismissed seeing my photos and continues that the water should be clear which doesn't matter to me as the water should be cleaned after. If it's not working properly something must be wrong with the machine and I guess I got into dirty water to begin with. I asked for proof of what she was talking about and ofcourse she couldn't provide any. I already know the issue was my fragrance I used after and she could have simply stated that and probably should add that to her terms no scents and lotions after. She claims oils aren't allowed before and after floats and to use them when leaving the building at home , though terms only mention before. She acknowledged that and mentioned she would update the terms as their terms and charges have to do with not using their soap, dying hair before, using body oil and fragrances before entering the float. Nothing about after. We continue back and forth and the owner insists the message was just a friendly notification and I wouldn't be charged. I asked for her to text me that since her text message says differently . I had to repeatedly request for a clear text that I wouldn't be charged. She reluctantly sends the text (text attached with initial and last text). I had a decent float and wasn't really interested in returning based on the vibes but with the Poor communication and service coupled with the owner's hostile attitude it made the entire experience negative in the end. I don't recommend this location whatsoever. Too bad I missed out of the previous ownership and the experience my friends and family had in the past.

So that was really generous of her. What stands out from the past is, the current owner goes above & beyond to be hospitable. As many times as I've been here, it's the 1st time someone has ever gave me a full tour & explained everything the way she did . After showing me how the new music system works, she showed me the relaxation room that has the oxygen, essential oils, hot tea (yum!) & coloring books. Then, she showed me the after care room which has a blow dryer, qtips, cotton balls, hair ties, lotion, hair care sprays & the bathroom. I really appreciated she allowed me to have room 4, which is significantly bigger than the other rooms. Then, she explained the items there for me, like the extra towels, instructions for 1st time floaters, towels, jelly for cuts, the earplugs (which you should put in before going in the pod), the eyespray which I used a few times in the past or else saltwater can burn your eyeballs, so don't do that! You've been forewarned. There's a sign for the shower which states you are supposed to do that both before & after getting in & out of the pod. There's shampoo, conditioner, & body wash provided. It was a great float but it was an exceptional experience because of the new owner. Even at the end, we conversed about balancing kids, owning a business & I also rescheduled before I left. I highly suggest to give it a try especially if you're a former customer, a new one or if you're just thinking about trying it. I really like the current vibe, fresh modern decor and the friendliness of the owner & I'd definitely go back. Great place to unwind & detox your mind & body after all that Christmas shopping too.
