I received a free first float through a giveaway and was so ecstatic to try out Cloud 9 after a long work week! The staff were so friendly and informative, explaining the process and making sure I felt comfortable and had privacy. I found the location to be very clean and quiet. The instructions for how a float works are posted in your private bath room and were super helpful! I can confidently say once I was in the water, I slept for most of my float. In the days afterwards, my muscles were so relaxed and my skin felt soft! I cannot wait to come back to Cloud9.

Massage room

Yulia S. is a good massage therapist, very professional who knows what to do to your muscles. I recommend her 100%. She has a right energy to be your masseuse. Very nice facility, good prices in this area. Studio owner(Gaby?) is such a sweet lady, taking care of clients. Venmo is available for tips which is very convenient.

I was a bit nervous at first, but after being warmly welcomed by Gaby and her thorougly explaining the process, I felt at ease.

I always get my massage in a chiropractor clinic because I know they are clean and will have a…read moreprofessional therapist. This place is so close to my work so I always wanted to give it a try. Here are what come to my mind everytime I passes by to any regular massage place. Are they clean? Does the bedding have weird smell? Are the therapist safe and know what they are doing? I am sure you will have the same questions. Otherwise you would not bother reading reviews. The answer is yes, they are clean, no smell, and the the therapist who worked on me hit every spot I needed to be worked on without having me telling her. Today is my first time trying out this place and yes, I've alrady made another 90 mins appoint next week. Pros: Clean, great therapist, no yapping through out the session, they don't answer phone calls during my session (which I hate the most), she put a towel over my hair so that I will not walk out the door with greasy hair. Cons: There is no con. Really. That 90 mins I had today went by so quick :'(( but I won't do a 2 hrs because I know massaging is so exausting and I want to make sure she gets some rest and I didn't kill her :D. Love this pleace 100%. To the business owner - Great job!

I had called a week in advance to book our appointments: a 75 minute body and foot massage for $70, a 75 minute prenatal massage for $70, and a 2hour body and foot massage for $110. When we arrived, the staff were very nice and friendly, which made a good first impression and gave me hope the visit would go smoothly. I shared a room with one of my sisters who was getting the prenatal massage, and while my bed was heated, it got so warm that I started sweating and had to ask them to turn it off. A male masseuse came in to work on me, which I personally didn't mind, but I do think they should ask clients their preference beforehand. As for the massage itself, it was just okay. I usually leave feeling completely relaxed, but this one didn't really do that for me. The techniques weren't great, and some of the small touches I've come to expect, like a head or scalp massage, never happened. When he moved to my legs and feet, he put on gloves, which honestly made it feel awkward and less soothing. There were a few moments where I felt more uncomfortable than relaxed, which kind of defeated the whole purpose. My sister's prenatal massage was another disappointment. About 20 minutes before her session was supposed to end, the masseuse told her she was finished and asked if she wanted to wait outside or stay in the room and rest. That meant she only received about 55 minutes of her 75 minute session, which felt really unfair considering we paid for the full time. The checkout process was the final straw. I was told there's a $1 per person fee for paying with a card, which already felt unnecessary. I was charged $233, and then the staff realized they rang it up incorrectly and charged my card again for an extra $20. The whole situation felt messy and unprofessional, especially after being told there was a specific card fee and then seeing extra charges added on anyway. Overall, I left more frustrated than refreshed and won't be returning.

I came here because most reviews seemed good; however this was the worst massage experience I've…read moreever had. When I called to book, the lady was friendly. When I arrived, the entire plaza was dark and only a lady that was doing the massage was inside. The building had no AC on and it was very hot. They do not take cards and I had to walk to an atm to get cash. (Was not told this on the phone). You have to pay PRIOR to having the massage, which is strange. Also, when I paid, the woman tried to keep the change of my payment I kept asking and finally she reluctantly gave me my $10 change. The massage itself wasn't relaxing. She was either barely touching me or digging her elbow into my back. Which is sore and bruised now. She also moved her hands extremely fast and it was not relaxing, I tried asking her to do things differently many times but she could not understand a single word of what I was saying. My only problem with this is that I don't think someone should be performing a service that involves some sort of communication if they cannot communicate at all due to a language barrier. I have never experienced this so severely before where even just saying "too hard" was not understood. She also pulled the privacy sheet all the way off for the whole massage and had me completely exposed, NOT relaxing. It was clear from the massage and lack of attention to comfort of the client that this person was not a licensed masseuse, nor an experienced one. Definitely NOT worth $60+ per hour! (And that's just the combo price). You can see a licensed therapist for just a small amount more. Finally, when I was leaving, she sticks out her hand for a tip. Which I was not happy about leaving due to the poor service and expensive price. I hand over something anyway because I'm a pushover and she laughs and says to me "no, no, for 1 hour massage a charge at least $20 tip." What?!! First of all, I was surprised because this was the most communication I had heard so far. Second, a tip is not a "charge," it's left at the persons discretion! To think people are coming here and they sneak attack everyone with a required minimum tip is ridiculous. I said no and she said, "ok this tip is fine for this time." There is ZERO chance I will ever be back and I urge you not to support a business with such shady tactics and poor service. You will be out the same price you would have paid for a great massage with a licensed therapist and be in pain the next day like I am!
