Healthy and definitely a different vibe...in a good way. Location is across the street from Pins. Went during the week at around 7 pm...approx 4 people were there. Staff was helpful and patient as it was my first time. Chipotle concept but healthier with some unique combinations. I built my own and went for the red pepper falafel. The goat cheese was pretty good surprisingly, I didn't know what to expect but it was good. To drink, I had the turmeric tea. It was a little bland but nothing a few packets of cane sugar can't cure. In all, very good. More expensive than Chipotle $10 but healthier and a nice option. Next time I'll try the Citrus Shrimp Salad and maybe the cauliflower rice with a side of Bone Broth. Interesting/unique choices, nice vibe and look forward trying something different next time. read more

A friend and I were looking for a new spot to try and Rebol popped up on Yelp as a hot & new spot to check out. I came here for breakfast, and I'll say I was pleasantly surprised. The decor of the place is very open, allowing a lot of natural light to illuminate the area. I imagine it might not be as open in the winter time, but when I came here in the summer, they opened their garage-like door to expose some outdoor seating. The ceilings are high and there's a lot of seating options, including tables for groups and smaller tables for two. Also, there's a bunch of board games here for customers to use. Their breakfast options range from açaí bowls to breakfast bowls to breakfast sandwiches, with some decent coffee options. My breakfast bowl two sunny side up eggs, sweet potatoes, chorizo, herbed goat cheese, kale and onion. It was about $9 after tax and it was alright. It wasn't extraordinary but it got the job done - I'd recommend trying one of their breakfast sandwiches over the breakfast bol. The food warranted a 3 star review, but I bumped it up one because the area was nice and I really enjoyed my time there. read more

As far as food goes, it's really good, healthy food. Being a fan of clean eating I really enjoy their passion for non-gmo and locally sourced food! I also enjoy how they have ketogenic options as well. Their bowls are delicious and the topping options are unique. I got the chicken with kale salad (and various toppings) and it was very good! I'd definitely come here over chipotle or brassica. Although their food is great, other factors play into this review such as customer service and atmosphere. After receiving my bowl, I had to wait about 10 minutes for the pita bread. We ordered 1 Keto pita and then the "pita bread and hummus." When we received the keto pita and the pita and hummus, we were surprised that the pita was all the same. To me, when the menu indicates "keto pita" and then you have another one just called "pita and hummus," the latter is going to be normal, non-keto pita bread. It wasn't that big of a deal just thought I'd note it. The keto pita bread in general is alright, just very oily. Another factor -- we have gone here three times and two out of the three times there has been a sign on the door that says they're closed for the day to "make improvements." If a company is doing this then you would think they would also change their hours online or on yelp so that customers wouldn't come...right? Lastly, one small thing -- the seating is kinda cramped and not the best for large groups. So in conclusion, the bowls were delicious but I feel as though the business can improve on some of their customer service aspects. Hopefully next time I go they will be open and I can increase my rating :) read more

I am so glad this place opened up in Bridge Park! I love everthing that's in a bowl (lol) but I like how their food manages to be delicious without being too flavorful or with a lot of seasoning. Their brisket is delicious and sides of bluberry guacamole(!), hummus, and other veggies are all fresh and yummy! You can either order from a preset menu or build your own bowl but I prefer to do the latter for variety of ingredients and sauces. Speaking of which, their hot sauce is so good! Lastly, their chocolate chip cookie is bery gooey and tasty. It gets pretty crowded during lunch time, but usually couple tables are available even then. read more

Rebol use to be really good, but ever since right before COVID, they really started nickeling and diming the hell out of their toppings. I went yesterday, and probably will never go back, one reason being, I ordered 4 sides for my bowl. The amount that they allow is 3, and the 4th side is extra. Well I got 3 'free' sides and then added guac which is a $1.75ish more. When I asked the lady at the kiosk why my bowl was $13.50, way more than it usually is btw, she said they charge for the 4th side, which was technically one of my 'free' sides and also still charged me for the cost of the guac. They really need to get their pricing together, because they've become a rip-off. Seems like they're all about profiting off ppl's ignorance, which pushing out small bowls from the back. read more

A delicious alternative to traditional fast food! I tried this place for the first time today and was impressed with the flavor of everything I ordered. I got the breakfast bol, sweet heat sandwich, chicken broth, and bulletproof coffee. It felt weird sipping hot chicken broth out of a coffee cup but that was probably the most satisfying part of my meal. The broth had a deep savory flavor that I just could not get enough of! While they boast an organic, non-GMO menu, this did not equate to what I would consider a "healthy meal". Not sure if it was the items I ordered, but all my food and drinks were coated in a thick layer of oil/grease. Don't get me wrong, I thoroughly enjoyed the meal, but based on their advertisements I was expecting food that would be a lot fresher and cleaner than what I received. I definitely want to come back again when I'm the mood for some indulgent food! I absolutely loved the interior of the restaurant! It's beautifully decorated. The cafe has the same vibes as places in New York or Chicago, an atmosphere that is hard to replicate, especially in Ohio. Got the breakfast bowl. Sweet potatoes were cut so small and were all over cooked. Crunchy and burnt. Also bummed that the onions were pre-mixed with the potatoes. Unfortunate for people who don't like onions. Smallest little dollop of goat cheese, and the chorizo was cut up sausage with barely any flavor. Not the highly flavorful ground chorizo I was expecting. Also, it's a super tiny bowl for what you pay. I can make the same at home without overcooking it and way cheaper. read more

The food is fresh and tasted good but not worth the anxiety that came along with it. First, there is not enough seating if you want to sit inside. They wasted space by putting benches with a coffee table in one area. Personally, I would like to sit down at a table to enjoy my meal. The workers were nice but didn't do a great job at explaining things and how it worked. I felt rushed and it was pretty expensive. This place for so much hype because of no GMO and additives so of course I had to try it. Plus, all the pictures that were posted looked so good. So I went here on the first Sunday of opening week and it was closed due to the large sales that they didn't predict so I guess they went out of food. I guess that is a good thing because you know everything is freshly made. So I went the following Sunday, I order a smoothie and acai bowl. The acai bowl was so delicious. Everything was so fresh but I wasn't a big fan of the smoothie. Vegans, very fit people, etc will like the smoothie because it was clean no extra additives type of smoothie, but to clean for my palate. I like the extra sweetener in my smoothie. The decors was very cute and have indoor and outdoor seatings. My friend got this cucumber noodle dish with yum yum sauce and that was punching with flavors. read more

It's a wonderful addition to the bridge park area. We visited midweek around 6 pm. There wasn't a line or a lot of customers yet so I ordered on the iPad near the door. I picked up a numbered pager and it was simple and easy. When my buzzer went off, I went to the counter and a seemingly "new" employee seemed frazzled at why I gave him the buzzer and seemed unsure where half my order was. All in all, for a quiet 6pm dinner, it took 10-15 min to get my order. I built two bowls for $20. 1) kids bowl - chicken, veggies, rice, sauce on the side. 2) full sized bowl of steak, chimichurri, veggies 3) cup of bone broth with scallions and lemon They serve quality ingredients and you can taste the difference. It's clean eating and I can appreciate that, but portion sizing was smaller than I anticipated. I get it, it's quality ingredients but what I received was a half full "bol" for $11. (Compare it to half the size of a typical chipotle portion.) I would definitely come back for the bone broth. But like another reviewer said, it's lacking something left to be desired. The interior is super cute and trendy and they have some pretty unique items on their "add ins" and drinks. I'll probably have to just try their preset bowls next time. read more

We got so lucky that we stumbled upon this place. We were checking out Pins Mechanical before our flight back to California and thank goodness they didn't have food and let you bring food in. I ventured out down the street and found Rebol. We tried the pre-determined steak and chicken bowls. They were both amazing. Our 4 year old had a kids bowl and he loved it. I had the immunity broth. Soo good. The inside was really cool. the staff was super friendly. I wish I could give 10 stars for this place. The food was that good and the restaurant only added to it. HIGHLY recommend this place. Go out of your way to seek this place out. Also, please open a place in San Jose, California. That would be awesome :) read more

One of my new faves! I started going when they initially opened and it never disappoints! Fast, casual, quality food with a great atmosphere. They have some seasonal ingredients (like the strawberry salsa--my absolute fave!) and they always change the decor to fit the seasons. There's some outdoor seating which is wonderful when it's warm outside. The bowls are a bit on the pricey side depending on what you're used to, costing about $9 per bowl. I usually order a rice bowl with chicken and the hummus, miso cabbage and salsa. I looove the chimmichuri and yum yum sauce as well. Be sure to mix and match and find your favorite combinations! After getting tired of the usual I decided to place an order for pickup. The online ordering process was simple but the picking up part was a little chaotic unfortunately. But none the less, I really enjoyed my lunch! I created my own Bol with rice and kale, BBQ jackfruit, veggies, corn and beans and all the fixings at the end. I will say that I chose the rebol hot sauce and was glad I put it on the side. It definitely delivered the heat and would have been overbearing if I put it on top. All of the veggies were fresh and the flavor was perfect! I didn't know how big the bowl was gonna be so I also ordered a side of sweet potato fries. They were served piping hot and the aioli that was served with it was soooo great. Ultimately the bol was big enough so the meal as a whole was very filling and enough for dinner later. I can't really comment on the inside or dining environment because I carried my food out. But the interaction I did have with an employee was pleasant and they seemed really nice to the others I overheard them speaking my to. Rebol knocks it out of the park with an all-in-one type of dining experience with drinks, delicious & healthy food and some great smoothies shop experience as well. I got a bowl with rice, chicken + steak + falafel, hummus + strawberry pico, pistachio chimichurri sauce and some incredible vegetables; it was really, really good ! I have loved every visit at Rebol. Even when they are busy, they make a point to be kind and helpful. The menu was confusing at first, but we looked at the menu online and decided on our meal before our visit. We chose to create our own bowl, but they also have bowl suggestions to choose from. They also have a dog friendly outdoor area, which is great when we have our dog with us. We almost always get Rebol when we are in the Bridge Park area. read more

Great Quality eats! Recently diagnosed with the big C so a tighter reign on the diet was in order. To be able to grab something fast that is nourishing to the body is worth soo much to me I can't even express. Usually one thinks their is a flavor sacrifice for the nourishment, however, not the case at REBOL! I did the BoL / Kale/Cauliflower base - Citrus Shrimp protein/Miso cabbage/grilled vegatables/ Hummus. No sauce ,,,sprinkles of garlic. Soo delicious!! Also, the Golden Milk was delish!! Rebol has quickly become one of my favorite locations in the area! The food is filling, full of flavor, & doesn't leave you feeling heavy or tired. I usually build my own bol with the sweet potato hash, brisket, & pistachio chimichurri with the kale salad & strawberry pico for sides. The apple cider vinegar with maple drink is light & refreshing. The pressed juices available in the cooler have unique flavor combinations with a great taste. Outdoor seating is limited, however with the weather being nice, the windows have been open allowing the indoor seating to feel similar to the outdoor seating. read more
