I moved a while ago and have been trying to cancel this service for 2 years, the invoice has been piling up on cash for me and I just received a debt email related to it the other day of around 160 dollars even though I have MANUALLY cancelled every single delivery for those past 2 years. They also completely refuse to acknowledge any requests and fail to follow up to any response they have. Please god do not ever, ever use this company for anything, because you will regret it. They did contact me a bit ago telling me that I had not returned the water cooler, to which I responded that I would wish to buy it. They told me that I would get an email in which I could use to pay for the machine. They never did send that email. I'm still waiting for it. Our company has been using this company for an office water cooler. We went without water delivery March, April, and May but were still charged for water exchanges and delivery fees. I called to complain on 5/19 and was told our account was being transferred (no previous warning) and they couldn't help or start a ticket. This was after being on hold for about an hour, so I requested to speak with a manager to request a call back and sat on hold another 20 minutes to be disconnected. I called back 5/20 and sat on hold for over an hour before the phone was answered. I was informed an adjustment request to refund the erroneous charges would be processed within a week and a no charge pick up would be scheduled to collect our 15 empty bottles of water. I called back 6/5 to be informed the adjustment request was never entered. I was sent to a supervisor who gave me a confirmation number and assured me that it had been processed by her. That supervisor then scheduled a unit pick up for 6/10 and promised to call me on 6/11 to complete the closing of our account after all this trouble. I sit here now on hold (57 minutes and still no answer) because we just received our monthly statement with NO refund of the billed services that were NEVER completed in March April and May, the free delivery fee that WAS indeed charged to our account, and for water delivery that was not supposed to happen as I had requested for the account to be closed! read more

These guys are pretty terrible. I was a customer of theirs for 4 years before I quit yesterday. They are constantly late on deliveries by hours or days ( sometimes weeks ). Unless you have your empty jugs laid out by your front door, they will not attempt to notify you that they are there by knocking on your door to make sure that the empties are taken away. They have a very odd billing cycle that doesn't make a lot of sense to me, and I always felt like I was a month behind. They are horrible at notifying you of problems with your account. I had closed a card down in 2018, but they continued to deliver for 6 months even though they couldn't pull money from my account. When I finally got a notification from them about 7 months afterwards, they had been charging me exorbitant late fees and etc fees, so when I finally updated my card with them, in one month they decided to pull about $600 from my account with no warning whatsoever. Their customer service is terrible. God forbid you ever need to call them, as you'll likely be on hold for 5-20 minutes or more before you speak to a human. Final straw was yesterday when I called in to ask about $600 charge. I was on hold for about 20 minutes then spoke to some young man who was very hard to understand and kept giving me circular nonsense logic to my questions. When I told him I wanted to turn off paperless billing so that I got an actual bill each month instead of them just pulling money out with no notice, he informed me that they were now charging an additional fee each month for paper billing. When I expressed that I didn't appreciate that kind of shady tactics and wanted to close my account, he hung up on me instead of helping me close down my account. Would not recommend this service to anybody in the Indianapolis metro market. They are not a viable solution if you like on time deliveries and billing that doesn't change dramatically month to month. FYI the only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is that the cancellation process was quite well when I called back after the young man that hung up on me. Once I made the selection from the robot operator to cancel my account, I got a human being in like 3 seconds. She was very nice, warm, easy to understand, and was very apologetic about the bad experiences. If all of their employees were as good as the employee that helped me shut my account down, I might have stayed a customer. read more

Awful. I ordered a water cooler and jugs. I get a 5 hour delivery window. They finally show up at the end of the window and the cooler spigot immediately started leaking and would not stop. I call and have to wait 25 minutes on hold and they said they could have a replacement out in 5 days. That also meant another 5 hour delivery window where I had to be present. Uh, no. I cancelled the whole service immediately. I now just hope they don't try to screw me over on the faulty spigot. There is also no way to remove your credit card information or cancel service without calling them and spending 25 minutes on hold. read more

This service is absolutist terrible for delivering water. We asked them to simply contact us before any deliveries were made and they could not do that often times leaving us without water, or with too much as we are not consistently in our office. Their delivery and communication is so poor that after giving them a chance for nearly a year and several conversations with them, we canceled our service. There were 6 empty bottles left that they were supposed to come and retrieve but instead we were charged for them when they failed to pick them up. We tried really hard with this company to the point of filling out their surveys and asking for them to contact us regarding them. We would not recommend this service. read more

Believe the reviews. If I wasn't so lazy, and could find someone else to deliver my Ice Mountain water to Arcadia, I would not use this company. I have asked repeatedly for my water to be delivered to our side door so we wouldn't have to drag it all the way either through the house or around the yard. They have delivered to the front at least three times. When I call to complain, they make me feel like I'm the bad guy, not a sincere apology, more like "oh, sorry". Now I find that my next delivery will be when I'm out of town. I asked for this to be changed, either moved up or back by a week. "Oh, sorry, we're only in Arcadia once per month. You're 17 miles away from our closest point". Really? 17 miles? Seems like a small price to pay for good customer service. And for the record, Arcadia is less than 9 miles away from Noblesville. You're better than this Ice Mountain, pick another "trusted partner". I am currently searching for a new dellivery service.... read more

Steer clear of this company if you have other options. My business has had nothing but issues with them. Deliveries being wrong and delayed multiple days at a time. Customer service is terrible as well. Every time I've had an issue with them, they've pretty just said "oh well". Once, we were short a jug of water in our delivery, and I told the delivery person we needed one more. He said he'd go get another from the truck and then just never came back.
