I wanted to do the capacitor replacements myself, and they let me know what I needed to do to accomplish those tasks. I'd say 90% of my HVAC tune-ups do not give me the actual spec vs out-of-spec notes for wear & tear items like capacitors. Bryan H&C is the ONLY one to spend the 2 mins letting me know some pointers, since I wanted to DIY the repair. If you hire them, know that It's a small shop. Be flexible on time and scheduling.
