Couldn't have been an easier process for getting a complete new AC unit and furnace. Our units were at the end of life but they still gave me the option of just trying to get an evaporator coil as well to try and see how long that would last. Dustin, Justin, Mark and Chris were super easy to work with and very personable. I've never felt good about very large purchases like this, but I dont feel as bad as I thought considering they were the best on price. Turk did a phenomenal job of replacing my mom's aging air conditioner and furnace. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly helpful and friendly, they made me feel like a valued person instead of just another customer. All of my questions were answered in a detailed and honest manner, and I felt very comfortable having them perform work in my mom's home. Mark Sr. and Mark. Jr came to do the most thorough pre-installation inspection I have seen, including a full calculation to ensure that the correct system was being installed. Mark Sr. observed a potential issue with condensation in an aging, unlined chimney and called me to advise. He offered multiple solutions, one of which actually reduced the total price. In the end we elected to have the chimney lined for the water heater and to install a new high efficiency furnace. The installation team was very kind and respectful, and as I am out of state, Justin and Mark Jr. even sent me pictures of the work in progress and final results. All of the work was done on-time and at the quoted price and the team did an amazing job. The new system works perfectly and is much easier for my mom to maintain. I want to send my sincere appreciation to Justin, Mark Sr., Mark Jr., and the rest of the installation team. It is a breath of fresh air to see a company that puts doing good work and solving problems ahead of selling things. This is our go-to business for heater and air conditioner repairs. I called Turk's on a Sunday after finding that my air conditioner wasn't cooling the house. Someone got back to me right away and they were able to come out the next day. Chad came over to take a look at it found that the a couple of parts had went out and melted the wires. He had the whole thing fixed and running in like 1 1/2 hours! I was tricked by Complete Comfort company to have a free furnace tuneup. When they got here they said I needed thousands of dollars worth of work done and I told them I did not have the money so they turned off my furnace and refused to turn it back on stating that it had a crack and we would die from carbon monoxide. I'm 70 years old, single, with serious health-related issues. and I was without heat in 20° heat for seven days. Turks Heating and Air came and would not take one thin dime. If works needs to be completed I know that I can trust them . Recently , Mark came out to identify a problem with our A.C. unit. We had an intermittent issue with our blower during cooling season. The problem could not be reliably reproduced, which is the worst case scenario for mechanical troubleshooting.
