Turk Heating & Cooling were recommended to us by our "old" guy that was now retiring and we couldn't have been happier. Came out with several estimates for replacing our whole AC/Furnace system and all were reasonable. They were prompt, kept us informed through the entire process. We had our new HVAC system installed in May 2026 and our house has been wonderfully cold (much to my husband's chagrin!) for the summer so far and we highly recommend Turk for any needs you have! read more

Matthew took care of us with no fuss.. thankfully an easy fix and no trying to upsell. Will call again.

Couldn't have been an easier process for getting a complete new AC unit and furnace. Our units were at the end of life but they still gave me the option of just trying to get an evaporator coil as well to try and see how long that would last. Dustin, Justin, Mark and Chris were super easy to work with and very personable. I've never felt good about very large purchases like this, but I dont feel as bad as I thought considering they were the best on price. Top quality service and they were thorough yet quick and seamless. Don't think I'll even check with anyone else for ac / furnace service repair going forward. read more

They never came out to inspect the problem. Everyone else did. So I went with another company that solved the problem so that I'll never be in this situation again. read more

Turk did a phenomenal job of replacing my mom's aging air conditioner and furnace. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly helpful and friendly, they made me feel like a valued person instead of just another customer. All of my questions were answered in a detailed and honest manner, and I felt very comfortable having them perform work in my mom's home. Mark Sr. and Mark. Jr came to do the most thorough pre-installation inspection I have seen, including a full calculation to ensure that the correct system was being installed. Mark Sr. observed a potential issue with condensation in an aging, unlined chimney and called me to advise. He offered multiple solutions, one of which actually reduced the total price. In the end we elected to have the chimney lined for the water heater and to install a new high efficiency furnace. The installation team was very kind and respectful, and as I am out of state, Justin and Mark Jr. even sent me pictures of the work in progress and final results. All of the work was done on-time and at the quoted price and the team did an amazing job. The new system works perfectly and is much easier for my mom to maintain. I want to send my sincere appreciation to Justin, Mark Sr., Mark Jr., and the rest of the installation team. It is a breath of fresh air to see a company that puts doing good work and solving problems ahead of selling things. I give Turk my highest recommendation and will certainly recommend them to anyone looking to have any HVAC work done. read more

Turk is great! They responded quickly to our call, gave us a proposal with three fully explained options with fair price for each. They came and surveyed before the install and confirmed sizing with heat loss/cooling lid calculation. They got the install finished fast, and left the basement and yard cleaner than they found it. Consummate professionals, and even in the recent bitter cold out house is comfortable in every room! We highly recommend Turk to anyone that needs HVAC service or replacement. read more

This company is family owned and such a pleasure to work with. Their entire process is good, from my experience. Had issues with AC and had called another company who thoroughly disappointed...then called Turk. Mark came out and aside from being experienced, skilled and knowledgeable...he was friendly and upbeat too! Diagnosed our issue, resolved it within minutes and then went on to check the entire system to ensure nothing else was or would go wrong in the near future. Really seemed to care that my family stayed cool in this Indiana summer heat. Again, great company. Great people. Highly recommended. read more

This is our go-to business for heater and air conditioner repairs. They are trustworthy, and they don't try to upsell us on anything, and they don't give us outrageously inflated quotes for services, nor do they try to get us to buy things that we don't need. It's nice to have a company that you can call when your heater or AC unit is acting funky, and be reassured that whatever they tell you is the truth. We see these guys every six months or so for heater and air conditioner tune-ups so that we get the most out of our units. The people who come by to do the service are always friendly and professional. I highly recommend Turk if you want a no-nonsense heater and air conditioner company. read more

I would recommend Turk Heating & Cooling to anyone that needs HVAC services. I called on a weekend last winter after waking up and realizing my heat was out, having two small children this was urgent. I received a call back and service quickly. After that we decided we were going to have a complete new system installed, to avoid any future issues with a very old HVAC system. The process of financing and installation was very easy. I love that Turk's is a local family business. Major purchases, such as HVAC, can be very stressful, but they made the process very smooth and easy. I appreciate them being so helpful to my family. read more

I called Turk's on a Sunday after finding that my air conditioner wasn't cooling the house. Someone got back to me right away and they were able to come out the next day. Chad came over to take a look at it found that the a couple of parts had went out and melted the wires. He had the whole thing fixed and running in like 1 1/2 hours! I couldn't believe that he had the parts with him to fix my almost 20 yr old system. Chad was very professional and explained all the prices to me before doing anything. I would definitely recommend Turk's Heating and Cooling to friends, family, and anyone else needing a recommendation on heating or cooling. read more

Turks Heating and Air their expertise, goes unrivaled in this industry!!! You can truly say they give service with a heart. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I was tricked by Complete Comfort company to have a free furnace tuneup. When they got here they said I needed thousands of dollars worth of work done and I told them I did not have the money so they turned off my furnace and refused to turn it back on stating that it had a crack and we would die from carbon monoxide. I'm 70 years old, single, with serious health-related issues. and I was without heat in 20° heat for seven days. Turks Heating and Air came and would not take one thin dime. He turned back on my furnace and checked for carbon monoxide. He had compassion on me and I will never forget it. Turks has 28 years experience, and Mr. Turk even sits on a governing body of this industry. read more

We have used Turk Heating and Cooling for the past ten years. We stumbled upon them and are so glad we did. They are honest, hard working, and fair. If works needs to be completed I know that I can trust them . Recently , Mark came out to identify a problem with our A.C. unit. He worked after his normal hours, did not charge for extended hours and made sure our A.C. unit was up and running. We have not had several issues, but when we did they have worked us into their schedule so we would be comfortable. I cannot say enough about the honesty, dedication, and customer service Turk Heating and Cooling employees offer to their customers. Don't be swindled by other HVAC companies, go with the best, Turk. read more

I have been a customer of Turk Heating and Cooling for years, but I really came to appreciate them this week when my 30+ year old furnace had to be replaced. Mr. Turk and his crew were so kind and so easy to work with. Everyone on this job was so friendly and willing to answer any questions I had completely. I had a minor issue with my furnace. They fixed it over the phone and didn't charge me at all. Came out to look at another issue with my furnace and fixed it for 1/2 what a "quick" company quoted me, more than $700 less and they did not try to up sell me on getting a new furnace. Good people. Honest. Trustworthy. They will be my hearing and cooling team going forward. read more

Turk Heating and Cooling came out for a new HVAC system today. They showed up right on time and were very quiet throughout the whole ordeal. I work from home currently and I could barely hear them installing the furnace. The technicians were respectful and wore masks within the home, which was greatly appreciated. I was very pleased with the service and would 100% hire them again! read more

We had an intermittent issue with our blower during cooling season. The problem could not be reliably reproduced, which is the worst case scenario for mechanical troubleshooting. The technician from Turk did a great job of actively listening to the history of the symptom and we were able to theoretically narrow down the cause to 3 possible low cost options. Of the three companies that took a shot at the repair, Turk is far and away the best. Thank you for running a first rate shop, Mark. You've earned a repeat customer. read more

Everyone at Turk was absolutely fantastic to work with - Justin, Mark, everyone. They came and gave a very competitive price estimate, and then they got to do the job. I am extremely pleased with the quickness and efficiency of their work. They cleaned up their mess, didn't track a bunch of stuff through my house, and were all very friendly. I highly recommend Turk Heating & Cooling. read more

I will definitely be using them again and will be recommending them to others. read more

Mark Sr. came out and helped us in , what was to us, an emergency when our air conditioning went out. He came sooner than he told us, and provided us with very helpful information we will use in the future. There is a reason they are booked out, and we would gladly wait just to have them help us when we will need it again. They are very loyal to their community and their customers. Thank you Mark. read more

Have been a customer for years - at two residential locations. No better service is to be found. ALL these folks are great to work with. They know their business - are professional and the type of worker(s) you enjoy having into your home. I have never objected to Turk pricing. Their pricing is a value - are most competitive - more especially given the level of knowledge and service. DTSmith read more

We received wonderful service from Turk! I called them because a friend recommended them after they installed a new air conditioner. Mark was very prompt, professional, and friendly. We will definitely call them for future needs! read more

Turk Heating & Cooling installed a new air conditioner, high-efficiency furnace, and humidifier for us. We had a choice to do a major repair (which they were willing to do) or replace our system. We decided on replacement with them for several reasons, mostly because of their honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail. The owner Mark is clearly customer-focused, and it's reflected in everyone who works for him. Justin quoted several options and explained possible upgrades without being pushy. Mark his son Mark did a load calculation (some companies skip this step) and did a great job answering all my questions. Everyone involved with the install knew their stuff and did excellent work. Afterwards, I asked them to tweak a couple things, and they were at our door within an hour! read more
