It was scheduled for today, June 24. The delivery schedule was from 8 a.m. to 5p.m. A nine hour window for service. Text and calls went unanswered to get a time frame. At 4 pm I contracted with another company for future salt delivery. I don't know if the aqua systems sold, they grew too fast, what happened but it is disappointing. Clearly providing good customer service is no longer a priority. I do not recommend.

Ryan N texted me in advance to let me know when technician was on his way. Brett S arrived promptly, inspected the water heater and asked some questions, and then he explained two options, a fix of a pressure valve or a new water heater. Ryan called and explained pricing for each option. I chose replacing the heater, since it was 8 years old and already out of warranty. And Brett S., with help from Caleb B. who came to assist, was able to complete the installation that same afternoon. Everyone was professional and courteous, their pricing was reasonable, and they didn't try and upsell other services in a pushy manner as I've experienced with others in the past. My salt tank is currently full of water, and I have been trying to get service for more than two weeks. Since my initial call, I have repeatedly been told that someone would contact me to schedule an appointment. After waiting more than two weeks, we finally received a call this week and were given a service window of 12:00-4:00 PM two days later. I had to take time off work to be home during that time, only for no one to show up. There was no phone call, text message, or any explanation for the missed appointment. We even called the number that was used to schedule the appointment, but no one answered. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The communication and customer service were excellent while we were purchasing the system, but our experience after the sale has been completely different. I understand that unexpected service issues can happen, but what is unacceptable is the lack of follow-up, communication, and respect for our time. After spending nearly $5,000 on a system only three months ago, I expect the company to stand behind its product and provide the service we were promised. I hope the company takes this complaint seriously and improves its customer service and follow-up process. At this point, we simply want someone to come out, properly inspect the system, and resolve the problem.

I called in to report that a filter housing blew apart--the bottom of the canister literally separated, something I have never seen before. When I spoke with a representative named Matt, I was having a hard time hearing him. I mentioned that and repeated what I thought he said, but instead of helping, he decided to yell at me with a rude attitude. When I asked to be transferred to someone else since he was clearly having a bad day, he hung up on me. This is what I've gathered: this company will not stand behind their products and doesn't even want to hear about it. Mind you, this is the very first time I've had an issue after spending thousands of dollars with them over the years. Instead of support, I was met with disrespect. From this day forward, I will take my business and referrals elsewhere.
