OMG! Trust me stay away. Today was my first time going to this place as I had a Groupon so I thought I would give it a try. BOY do I wish I didn't. When I arrived I noticed my Pizza was being cooked in one of those EXPRESS ovens and not a real Pizza oven. You would assume this being a PIZZA shop, they would try to make the best pizza possible. Once I got the BBQ Chicken pizza home, I was so shocked! This has to be a pre-made Frozen Pizza dough. Pizza was the worst pizza I have ever had. This was not worth $22.00 on the face value nor the $10.00 the Groupon cost me! It was so bad, my 2 pit-bulls walked away from it! Really that happened. Discovered this pizzeria in Groupon, stopped by to see what they have, since then we're a big fan. The service is very friendly and courteous. I like that they have vegan meat options and you can get either vegan cheese or real cheese. I don't eat meat but I do eat cheese. So great place for pizza options if you don't eat meat. The pizza is great as well. read more

Love this place. Small tiny oasis in a small strip mall. So excited they added vegan menu. Went with a group of fellow vegans last night. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Love the fact they have 3 different sizes of pizzas for different appetites. They have vegan chicken, vegan pepperoni and vegan bacon. My wife ordered 3 pizzas for takeout. They weren't ready yet when we got there, but they came out quickly off the conveyor belt oven. We got three different pizzas- I believe a pesto one, one with jalapenos, and one with veggies. All were terrible in a different way. The taste is just really bad. They almost tasted like frozen pizza, but worse. Maybe more that the ingredients don't taste fresh is what I detected. Crust was bad, toppings tasted super old. Not elements you want in any of your food. I ate one slice of each just to check them out. All were bad. We had to throw out the pizzas. read more

Ordered a salad on the side and specifically asked for no cheese and they still added it : ( I am very lactose intolerant and the cheese is a feta or goat cheese (very crumbly) and difficult to get it all out. We would have been better off going to Little Caesars. I could count the pepperonis on the pizza, and some slices had none. The crust must have been pre made or sitting there for awhile, since the pizza was ready in 5 minutes. So for the price and the quality, Little Caesars would have been the better option. I think in order to enjoy Razzo's pizzas you gotta be raised in the hood. It reminds me somewhat of a Totino's crust baked on foil instead of directly on the oven rack. Whomever said it's like pizza on a pita probably nailed it in the head. The ingredients on the Vito's and Sicilian were great but the platform wasn't the best (unless you enjoy Totino's like myself )... On point though was the Chicken Caesar salad! I told her no sauce three times and the lady said it's ok. barely any cheese or toppings and the sauce was there, the crust is identical to 7/11 . If you are looking for an awesome DELICIOUS salad- This IS the PLACE! Got the Chinese chicken salad, and it was amazing! Loved the dressing, nuts, and the pineapples were actually surprisingly really good on it. (Never have had pineapples on a salad.) & My bf got the chicken Caesar salad, and it looked just as good as I imagined. They really are generous with the amount of chicken and all the toppings which I liked! Friendly gentleman that checked me out, and very clean inside. First off I really like this little hole in the wall, especially since it's so close to my job. The pizza is good and I enjoy the Buffalo wings. However the guy in the front doesn't wear a mask on his face or under his chin so basically he's preparing our food and dealing with customers without a mask. The lady had one on but it was under her chin then she put it on. During these difficult times the simplest thing people can do is wear a mask especially while handling food. Service was fast and friendly and food was ok. I came in on my way home from work. Looked over the menu for awhile and decided to to get a small pizza and salad combo. Salad was good...fresh veggies and lettuce mix. Pizza on the other hand...meh. Got the chicken al pesto. It tasted alright, but the crust seemed to be a prebaked fluffy flat bread. The toppings were minimal and the "pizza" got cold and soggy quickly. I'm not sure if they roll out the dough for bigger pizzas and use a prebaked fluffy flatbread for small personal pizzas, but when I hear pizza I want the fresh baked rolled out Crust; otherwise I should just go to the grocery store and get boboli and my own toppings. Every time I come into Razzo's, I try something different on their menu. I love everything that I've had so far! The ranch and cumin dressing is so delicious and the marinara sauce is sooo yummy!!! I've had a salad my first time, then I ordered a chicken taco salad, and I've also tried their cheese pizza. The owner is great and friendly and remembered me from my very first visit. Big fan of Razzos, since I first moved to the deep. Both locations have great service and are always well kept. I didn't expect to find a fresh salad spot AND fire pizza around where I lived til I stopped by razzos after passing by it so many times on the 57 haha. I fell in love I recently moved back to Hayward and would be pissed when my salad cravings would kick and would have to drive all the way to Oakland for my fix BUT THEN.. So my mom wanted to try something new...and here is what she picked. Supposedly they have decent reviews on door dash. I fail to see why. She got a large pepperoni pizza with jalapeños and a side salad. The pizza was bad. I mean bad. The pizza dough taste likes its pre made or store bought. The sauce is sweet and odd tasting. This is based off their customer service alone but EVERYONE who works here is so incredibly nice. They're very accurate when taking your order and the overall experience is just pleasant. There's not much to eat in this area (that's actually good and not fast food) so it's nice to have this around. Their salads are super yummy and the honey beet dressing is delicious. The crust is interesting-- more pretzel like, not chewy-- we love pretzels so this was a very good thing. The sauce is rich and quite good--not bitter. Frankly, I'm not sure what all the negative reviewers of Razzo's expect, and why they are picking apart a great local restaurant that offers decent pizza with premier service at prices they can't touch anywhere else. We're glad we overlooked the negative reviews and gave this place a shot. OK...it's not Round Table, folks...but it's literally 1/2 to 1/3 of their inflated prices. The ingredients may be "generic," but there are plenty of options for both specialty pizzas - for both vegans like myself, and meat eaters - and for putting together your own pizza with 12" prices well under $15...if you expect "gourmet quality" when you pay that price, you really should just go somewhere else and just hand them your wallet. My vegan Chicken El Pesto was tasty, with plenty of chicken and pepperoni pieces, and generous amounts of soy cheese - again, especially for the $13 cost, and when compared to places like Pieology and Blaze that even offer vegan ingredients. Besides, the employee that answered the phone for me as a new customer was helpful and cordial, and the manager that greeted us in the store when we picked up our pies was super friendly as well. We'll be coming back when we want our occasional pizza fix, but still want a healthier pie that doesn't require we travel to Fremont and pay well over twice as much. read more

Me and my boyfriend live close by and saw this place at the beginning of the week. Since then we have been there twice! It's so good. We got the bbq chicken pizza and the Vito's deluxe. It's not your average pizza place.. Everything is made there and the owner/staff is super friendly. Had a large Pepperoni, Pineapple and roasted garlic; side of garlic cheese sticks with the tomato sauce. Pizza is "california" style thin crust and doesn't pretend to be anything else. Great thin crust, crunchy on the bottom but still chewy while being fully cooked; sauce was decent, didn't detract and held up well; garlic and pineapple tasted pretty fresh, and the pepperoni was good quality and cooked nicely. Garlic Cheese sticks were cheesy, thick crust bread. Not as much garlic as I expected, the only disappointment of the meal. Tomato dipping sauce was great. Service was prompt and polite, the place was clean and well lit, smelled like good pizza cooking to me. Will be ordering again, looking forward to trying the salads next time. read more

I went to their grand opening in this location. They have another location in oakland too on mcarthur blvd. its great pizza store owned by a family. They owner is really friendly and full to postive attitude. They prepare the food right infront of you so you know what goes in your food and its very fresh. My fav is their chicken taco salad, chicken al pesto and buffalo wings. Pesto friens and buffalo fries look amazing too i will get these on my next visit haha .
