I was lucky enough to find out about Rayne in 2001 when I purchased a home in Scottsdale. Rayne installed one of their best softeners and an R/O system at the time and serviced it regularly until I sold that home a few years ago. My experience with Rayne back then was great. AZ water quality is terrible but Rayne worked miracles with their whole house softener and an R/O unit. I just moved last week into a new home and contacted Rayne for a quote. Rick Greene came to my home and created a plan for a whole house softener and whole house carbon filtration. Within a week, two installers, A.J. and Andrew arrived. They worked quickly and effectively, and left the place as clean as it was before they arrived. They installed a Rayne Protector 1000 SS softener and a "Big Blue" whole house carbon filter. These guys really know their product and they let me watch their work. I wanted the unit in my laundry room near the water heater which they accommodated. The installation was very professional and I'm including a picture of AJ's and Andrew's handiwork. They knocked the whole job off in a few hours and left me with soft water that tastes great. The carbon filtration REALLY made a difference. For any one who lives in the Phoenix metro area, you know that tap water has an off-taste...but with the carbon filter, that bad taste is completely gone. I watched AJ and Andrew set up the plumbing needed to complete the job. The took great care in all aspects of their work and checked and rechecked their work, making sure their were no leaks and that everything was running well. They explained what they were doing and answered any questions I had. I honestly am very happy with the product and the installation. But as a previous Rayne customer since 2001, I am even more impressed with the quality of service you get from Rayne. The hire very good people who know their trade well, and are very picky about doing the job correctly. I realize this review is long, but having used their product for nearly two-decades, and experienced their periodic visits to service and sanitize my R/O unit, their work and attention to detail is top-notch. I met Dan at the Home Expo in Glendale. There were many water softener companies at the expo, but I liked Dan's booth the best because it wasn't expensive and elaborate. He just had the equipment and brochures and he was taking time to speak to each person and inquire about their individual needs. I spoke with Dan and told him I was moving in a month, or so, and wanted him to follow up with me around that time. Dan contacted me right on schedule and was patient with me as my schedule was a little crazy with home inspections and closing. When it finally came time to decide on my system, Dan did a water test and provided me with photos and descriptions of what he found. He also provided me with different options of what would work for me. TJ came out to install my softener system and filtration system. He was on time and very polite. I had several different technicians at my house that day for multiple different services and TJ was the most thorough and the most polite. He did a great job installing my system and going over the maintenance and care with me. He was careful not to scuff or damage the walls of my new house, even though his work was being done in the garage. I really appreciate that level of attention! I have no idea how Rayne's prices compare to their competitors because I was so pleased with the level of service from Dan that I didn't bother to look elsewhere. James Is The Man ! We've got to have SOFT water. That's what Rayne does better than anyone else. Most of all Rayne's the only outfit where James has been running the show for us for years. OK, once in a while I call Dolly about our overuse of our supply but it's due to our using too much water (very bad habit) and the City of Phoenix will have the last laugh. I don't like change and that's the way its been all my 76 years here in Phoenix. Our early Thursday mornings every other week are always consistent, a house slab noise of a heavy metal something being placed in the soft water shed gets all five (5) dogs, yes 5, dogs up and looking everywhere for the sounds. The bulldog in particular would like a "piece of James" but heck he wants a piece of anyone that comes near the place. As the reader can tell, we really do get into certain habits and one of them is having James come by the house every couple of weeks, One of us leans out into the garage to make sure our "stuff" is out of the way, and usually he's already finished the tasks...with a wonderful smile, moved a pile of stuff, to do his expert job of making sure we have the best SOFT WATER in town. Hey everyone! I wanted to recommend Rayne Water if you're interested in getting a Reverse Osmosis water filtration system in your home. I worked with a great guy named Dan. He came out, looked at my setup, suggested a few options and scheduled the technician to come out and do the install. I opted for the 12-months same as cash, who doesn't love that? That was back in September and I've never been happier. The technician was super kind and friendly, and he hooked up my ice maker to the filtration system too! I have the cleanest ice cubes in the Valley. I believe they also install water softeners (though I didn't get one). I recently purchased my first home. Knowing that Phoenix has some of the hardest water there is I knew in order to protect my investment I needed to get a water softener system ASAP. I did my research on the companies that I knew of which were Culligan, Kinetico and Aqua Science. I spoke with representatives from each of the companies but not yet feeling certain on a decision to go with one over another. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the service we received from Dan, Don, and T.J.. Dan came over to explain what the water softener did as well as the RO system. He was very detailed about everything and made sure that all of our questions were answered. Don and T.J. showed up a week later to install everything. Both of them are extremely experienced and they made sure that everything was done right and the way we wanted it. They explained everything that they would be doing so that I knew from the beginning and if I had any questions they were sure to answer them. We have been going back and forth about wether or not to get a water system for a few months. I can tell the water had a slight smell and the hard water was just out of control. I called Rayne to see about packages and they had someone come to the house and we ended up getting a RO system for the drinking water and a whole home system. Up to this point communication was great, our sales rep was wonderful. I didn't feel pressured into getting something I didn't want or could afford. Fast forward to install date. Chris our installer, called the day of and let us know he would be arriving in about 15 minutes. He was very nice, did a great job on the install. I have used Rayne Water for a number of years for our reverse osmosis water system and have always been pleased. This led me to use them for our soft water system when we replaced it a little less than a year ago. Along with the system we signed up for salt delivery once a month. Getting our salt delivered was the best thing I have ever done for the house especially because of James, our delivery man. James is at our house on the exact day listed on my calendar supplied by Rayne. He arrives in a timely fashion, puts the appropriate amount of bags in the unit for me, always asks me how the unit is working and is so personable and cordial. If I happen to miss James because I had to go out, he leaves salt outside our garage door, as requested. He makes a great thing even better, thank you James! read more

I am beyond pleased with and grateful for our experience with Dan Noonan and Rayne Water Conditioning! Our appliances seem to getting newer since we had the soft water system put in. Our dish washer and tea kettle were building up awful mineral crud and it's all gone, only after 6 months! And the drinking water is delicious. I have been a customer for a number of years and have loved this company and their product. Today I had DAKOTA install a new system as I have just moved. He was everything and more...... courteous, punctual, did a great job and easy to be around. The water in Phoenix is horrible and hard to drink. Staying hydrated is important and this system makes it easy. I had this system hooked to my refrigerator to have ice cold water/plenty of ice. There is also an on/off faucet on the sink. I have and do now rent the system for approx. 40/month. It is a smart way to to get clean water plus you save the environment from plastic bottles. I just replaced my RO Rental with a new system called the Evolution. I am not sure how to explain it here, but did anyone know that ROs waste a TON of water?? I mean - they REALLY waste water! I had no idea. The new systems that they have waste very little water and the results are even better. I can dial how I want my water to taste and I don't have to wait for my tank to fill since it only takes a few minutes at best.
