We had an amazing experience with Rayne Water Conditioning, and I want to share our story. I discovered Rayne when we recently bought our home in Fountain Hills, Az. We were looking for an in-home Reverse Osmosis solution and contacted Rayne. They got back with us immediately and scheduled the service. Within a week, we had healthy and delicious RO water installed in our home. Easy and professional. It felt good to have so easily checked an important box on our move-in to-do list. I also volunteer at our local non-profit cat rescue in town, Fearless Kitty Rescue. On any given day, we usually have around 25 cats and kittens in our facility. Some of them are elder cats and often they have chronic health conditions from living on the streets for most of their life. I knew all the resident cats would benefit from Reverse Osmosis water. So I contacted Rayne again and worked with Christy from the Scottsdale location. She was absolutely amazing and offered a great deal on installation and a reduced monthly fee for the rescue. Again, they promptly came out and installed a two-tank solution that supports the entire kitty population. They remind us annually that they're coming out to service the system, which is great because we don't have to deal with it. Excellent company. Fast install, Installer did an excellent job with one minor exception. We had an additional particulate filter installed as we have well water. Installer did not have a filter wrench to leave with system. Installed passed along multiple insights as to maintance and how to get most from the system. After 5 years with zero problems with our Rayne system, we recently had a part failure which lead to a very high pressure water leak, making it necessary to turn off the water to our whole house. It was 7:00 on a very rainy Friday night. At first we called our Home Warranty company first, who couldn't locate an emergency plumber for us until Monday. After calling several other 24 hour emergency plumbers with no responses, we called Rayne directly. They answered immediately, and the technician on-call, Service Manager, Don Gunnell, called us within 15 minutes willing to come out right away. We agreed that with the weather and absences of light the next morning would be sufficient. He said he would be there at 7am. He showed up promptly at 7am and had us back up and running within 30 minutes. Super nice and professional guy. We were so relieved and very happy with the response, remedy, communication and professionalism. After moving to the desert we quickly realized that the water here is horrific. It's full of rock particles excessive of what is healthy to drink, cook, and use. It's hard and has a smell that gave us pause to look into how we can stop hauling cases of bottled water almost every other day from a local grocer. Dan came out and tested our water and educated us in the multiple options Rayne can provide to filter and purify our water. A big difference between the both while both needing to be addressed. T.J. and Don came out today to do our install. It was a huge job requiring running piping and lines. They were exceptional and professional along with the know-how to get the job done correctly and to our liking. They went above and beyond to position our unit in a smart space versus just placing it where it was easiest. They worked hard with a great deal of care. We recently installed a water softener from Rayne Water. Dan Noonan was great to work with explaining the entire system from a chemistry point of view and was very patient as I was 30 minutes late to our consultation. The price was right compared to the other companies and Dan set us up with 12 months 0% financing. We were really surprised we could feel and taste the difference. My garden is happy too. Thanks to Dan for providing potassium chloride tabs and with the empty bag for reference I bought three more at Costco for super cheap. Potassium is much better than salt for the environment and your health. So I met the area manager Dan at the home show and requested to have an in home estimate for an RO system. Dan was very punctual with my scheduled appointment and did a detailed 30 minute presentation. This included a demonstration of testing our water quality and compared it to Rayne's water quality. He was not pushy or salesy, in fact it was quite the opposite. Instead he took the time to educate us on how the RO process works and how their products could improve our situation. He did not pressure us to buy on the spot, he just gave us a brochure and let us know to reach out if we plan on moving forward. We ended up purchasing the RO system and they scheduled a technician named Art to come out just a few days later. Art was extremely polite and professional. He also did a great job cleaning up after he finished the install, which did not take long at all. Believe it or not, we did have a small issue that came up after the install, but it would not of been noticeable during the installation process. I called the area manager Dan and they sent Art back right away to fix the minor issue. It just shows that they are quick to respond with any concerns that their customers have. Also, you can tell the quality of the equipment is top notch and the water faucets they offer are gorgeous! We are extremely pleased with our decision to move forward with Rayne and I am even more happy to know that if I ever have a question or concern down the road that Rayne will be right there to help me. Customer service is even more important to me than price and they definitely deliver in that category. Oh, and I couldn't find anyone that could beat their pricing btw.
