My husband and I went there last night for a date night. We had an amazing experience! We reserved a table and when we arrived our table had a cute little sign on it with our name. We both started off with wine and a couple appetizers (pretzels and jalapeño corn dip). Everything was excellent! We decided to split the meatballs and gnocchi for our main dish. Again, both amazing! Service was great all night. We loved the atmosphere of the place. The cherry on top was the live music that they had last night. We will definitely be coming back! Good from afar but far from good. Place is beautiful but owner is very unfriendly and seemed to be overwhelmed. With so many dining options in Cave Creek and this place being REALLY out of the way they should make every guest feel welcome. I will not return. To comment on your rant below. I love it! We have a beautiful wine bar in the far north area, woohoo. The location is pretty north, just a little bit more than the turn off to Bartlett Lake. The outside patio is nice, it would be super enjoyable during the beautiful evenings in the fall, winter and spring. The wine list is not very large, but they have enough to choose from. I had a couple of glasses of the Malbec, it was very smooth. My husband had the Pinot Gris. We also ordered Linda's board, 3 cheeses and a couple of meats plus accompaniments. After we decided to share a pressed Prosciutto and Fig sandwich, it was very tasty. I can't wait to come back with some friends who live in the area. read more

I very much enjoyed the serenity and peaceful setting of Raven's view, a welcome oasis with a great varied menu. I had the Cubano which was very good and a cup of the French onion soup which was very tasty and last but not least an awesome lemon tart. My bill excluding tip was $34 which isn't exactly cheap however the quality of the food was very good and the staff and other patrons were very friendly and welcoming ! read more

I've had this place booked marked for awhile and finally made my way up to Ravens View for my birthday. It is small but the views are spectacular. We pretty much had the outside patio to ourselves. The kids enjoyed their pizza and my birthday desert was the best I've tasted. The server was amazing. Food was fantastic. Our waitress was so kind and sweet and great with kids. I would defiantly go back but with my honey for a date. I would love to see the stars for that place. read more

The best sangria in the valley! Such a great hidden gem to just go and chill and enjoy the view with great food and drinks.

This place is very casual but delightful. Of course the views are beautiful but the food is also great. A nice spot to relax and enjoy all this place has to offer. The temperature was 11 degrees cooler than or place in north Phoenix. It is a ways out on cave creek road but that makes it very scenic. A bit noisy but if the weather permits you can sit outside. I really like there happy hour. I highly recommend the Thai salad. read more

The Ravens view is a great restaurant with an amazing view. It is the only business east of PIMA Road of Cave creek road so we go there often. Their orange blossom beer is so refreshing and their food is delicious. The chef is so nice and she is so talented at blending flavors. read more

Wow - what a lovely, little hidden gem of a place about as far north as you can go in the Valley! We stopped in yesterday for a glass of wine and a meat/cheese plate on the lovely patio overlooking the golf course with our dog. Visited on a Sunday evening for an overdue catch up with long time friends. We have driven on the road quite a few times but never noticed it was there as it is tucked away. Beautiful, setting with views to Tom Thumb and a lovely shady patio that enjoys a nice welcome breeze coming from the hills. The blankets provided made the iron chairs very comfortable. Incredibly peaceful we saw a deer and rabbits playing as the sunset. As 2 of us are Vegan the light plate menu was perfect for all the party. Food was freshly prepared, the Thai salad delicious and large enough to split. Service was excellent, very friendly. The wine selection is fantastic for ordering by the glass. We went to Ravens View on recommendation from a guy at our gym. It was awesome. We had the peach salad and the Italian Grinder and they were worth every penny. We can't wait to go back early evening to see a sunset. Nick (a native) was our server and we loved chatting with him and learning about the area. When we went to our car our battery was dead from the hot sun and Nick gladly came out and gave us a jump start. That is 5 star customer service. read more

Six of us came here for brunch on Saturday and had a fabulous time! There is limited seating inside and out. This restaurant is under new ownership and management. Hurray! They have a fabulous diverse menu of fresh food. We had egg and avocado tacos, egg and avocado toast, yogurt parfait and a flight of mimosas. I really want to like this place, but...... This is my second time here and the service was not that good. First time, we sat at our table invisible while others on either side of us were seated and had their orders taken. Finally I ask if we could get service and was told, "Oh sorry, I did know you needed help." I felt like that because I was not a "regular" I didn't need the same attention. Wine and food was great though. Second time, pretty much the same thing happened. Btw we were told if you want a table on the patio call and reserve one, otherwise your out in the gravel (with unleveled table and seats).
