We stopped in as we were in the area and noticed they had beer flights. My husband and friends enjoy checking out different breweries and craft beer spots so we made a pit stop to check it out. Dynamite Beer Co seems like a great locals spot. Everyone appeared to know each other or were just friendly patrons. They have a dog friendly patio with picnic style tables, board games, cooler full of the beer they have on draft. The place seamed clean and spacious. The bartender, Stephanie was very friendly and attentive. They do have a tasty looking food menu but we had already eaten so didn't have an opportunity to check out the options. Stephanie mentioned their beer menu changes often which is interesting. My husband and uncle ordered beer flights and since I don't drink beer, I ordered wine. Everything we tasted was good. Great layout, great service, a sense of humor, and great beer. Though they had some pilot beers of their own when I went, most were from other breweries, and an outstanding selection at that. Their website says Cave Creek is coming in 2026 so I'm not sure how that works. They serve food as well. Not a huge menu, but still great bar bites to go along with the beer. The Bierhaus Pretzel - a jumbo soft pretzel served with spicy brown mustard & creamy whipped feta and the Dirty Birdie Nachos - crispy tortilla chips, buffalo ranch sauce, pulled chicken, blue cheese crumbles, green onions, ranch drizzle worked out well for the table. The Whipped Feta Board - creamy whipped feta cheese, meyer lemon marmalade, marcona almonds, warm stonebread needed a marmalade that was a little easier to work with. I've visited here a few times now, and it's a solid five star experience every time. The food, the atmosphere, and the service are all spot on. I've had the flat bread pizza twice...it is the BOMB. So good and nice crispy crust. And not too much, because you want to leave room for the beers. So many fantastic choices. Plus, they have a fridge of take home delicacies for that home fridge freshly. They even stock my fave, Creature Comfort Tropicalia. The digs are really nice, clean lines and open patio seating too. A chalk board makes choosing...easier? So fortunate to have this amazing space right around the corner from my house in Tatum Highlands. Dangerously close. Great local brewery located in a strip mall. They have live music which is awesome, and intimate seating close to the action. We tried "the jam" flatbread which has fig jam, candied walnuts, mixed greens, balsamic glaze. It was $22 with the extra $5 for prosciutto. Solid flatbread, but I think it needs something like goat cheese to bring it together. Popped in to this joint as I thought it was a brewery, but turns out it is a tap room. Several local brews which I focused on, as well as beers from across the country...including my home San Diego! Started out with the caprese...nice tomato with soft mozz and torn basil. Very tasty! The couple next to me had the nachos, and I just couldn't pass them up...beware though, the portion is large! Located in the Tatum Ranch area. This location has indoor and outdoor seating. I look forward sitting outside in October. The inside has a nice ambiance and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I always ask for their recommendations and I tried the Luigi flatbread and it was delicious. I asked for a west coast style IPA and they let me try samples so I could pick the best one for me. I received an email inviting me to a keg tap party on Dec 4th and the email gave the Cave Creek Tatum address. Trekked about 40miles to the bar and found no party. I asked about the email and was told, no that is the 11th. I showed them the email and the bartender said Gee sorry, I will tell the manager. The server never came back to me with any explanation. Wanted to try this place because of the 4.5 star rating, but left confused on how they got it. There's not a hostess but the place is pretty small so we sat down at the only clean table by the door. Unfortunately as soon as we sat down the first flag was the TONS of flies on the window behind us and landing on the surrounding dirty tables. The second red flag when absolutely no one greeted us, acknowledged us, or came to our table. We sat for about 5 minutes and after being ignored we got up and walked to The Creek Patio Grill right across the parking lot -who sat us right away and got drinks promptly. Maybe you have to be a regular to get service at Dynamite Beer? Would have been nice to try but if they can't bother then we won't either. read more

Bringing friends together over beer, wine, pizza, sandwiches, and apps! Between this new spot, Tailgaters and The Creek this shopping plaza has become THE hangout after weekend kid activities. After soccer and before the next park birthday party, grab a refreshing beer or cider on tap... or even grab a pack to-go out of the fridge case! The kids kept entertained on the open patio and with the provided board games. Us parents chatted over the pretzel (with mustard and the unexpectedly amazing whipped feta dip!). We also enjoyed the Fig Jam pizza (although we didn't get it this time our friends highly recommend the Walter White pizza). We will have to come back to church out a love music night. Although I was sad to see the Saddlecreek coffee shop here close down, but this has been a fantastic addition to our little community. read more
