The ambiance here is on point. The newly renovated restaurant is giving high-end ski resort vibes and serving up delicious menu items. I had the surf and turf roll - excellent, the shoe string fries, which were so thin they reminded me of the potato sticks snacks- pure nostalgia and delish, and the edamame - so good! Last but not least - the cocktails are amazing! Follow me on Instagram: chaya_loves_wine

Go here for a cocktail, fun atmosphere and beautiful sunset dinner. Last time I was here was for a wedding but they seem to have remodeled and opened a restaurant open to the public. There was a wedding going on downstairs so that music could be heard booming and shaking into the dining space and the indoor dining vibe seemed to be music less. If I went back I'd sit outside or by the bar which seemed to have a better vibe. The appetizers and drinks started off great. The rest of the overall food was average and unmemorable. The Greek salad appetizer was good and I'd get it again. I thought the truffle spinach artichoke dip was decent, a little thick and heavy and didn't taste much truffle. I had to ask for water refills multiple times because the glasses are tiny. The men had the dry aged cowboy steaks but hub didn't think it was properly dry aged. My friend had the drunken chicken parm which was decent. I had the bucatini primavera thinking it would be more in a traditional Butter oil light sauce but it was in a thick pesto and the veggies were undecernable.

Service was great! Food very good- a bit of room for improvement. Asparagus instead of broccoli rabe with the pork chops. Drunkin chicken parm came out cold. Sushi was surprisingly good!

Once we were seated at our table (by the window, beautiful view of the golf course), we took to ordering.

And of course, the ala carte nature of the menu that these types of restaurants have perfected never disappoints the green eyeshade crew in the back office. That said, Fire and Oak delivered a superlative experience that made my subsequent poverty well worth it. The service was professional and attentive while the steaks delivered on their expected doneness. I suspect, that's why you come. A really easy five stars.

Our Server Alexander was incredibly attentive, professional, and had a great sense of timing--never making us feel rushed, yet always there exactly when we needed something. It's rare to find service this polished and genuine. He really went above and beyond to ensure our meal was perfect. If you're looking for a spot with top-tier hospitality, this is it!" This is our favorite place to eat and we've been going here for many years! the service and food are always Great! we have to point out that Hamilton was outstanding! We ordered the Oysters and requested that they be on the smaill size and with perfection they were served! Looking forward to our Next Visit Johnny O and Anna.

Even though the restaurant was packed for the holiday, they seated us right on time, which immediately set the tone for a great experience. The food was absolutely delicious -- we had drinks, appetizers including the lobster gyro app , eggplant chips and salmon and tuna with avocado sashimi app were all divine! The porkchops for dinner along with sea bass were excellent , and cheesecake and backlava were filling and tasty. Every dish was incredible. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere was just as impressive: lovely décor, an energetic vibe, a large bar area, plenty of parking, and both indoor and outdoor seating. While the outdoor space looked great, the indoor ambiance really stood out and made the experience feel extra special. Service, food, and atmosphere were all top-notch. I can't wait to return!

I ordered the Chilean sea bass and was genuinely surprised by the preparation. It's such a prime piece of fish, but the heavy onion and tomato topping completely overpowered it. Unfortunately, the onion was still raw, which made the dish even more difficult to enjoy. It felt like the quality of the fish was lost beneath the garnish. The scallops were similarly confusing. Pairing seared scallops with a version of eggplant parmesan didn't feel cohesive, and the flavors competed rather than complemented one another. As for the appetizers, they fell flat. The hamachi lacked brightness and flavor, and the ground tuna and salmon quenelles did not taste particularly fresh. I do want to emphasize that the service was excellent, as it always has been, and the restaurant remains beautiful, clean, and well maintained. That consistency is part of why I've been a loyal guest for so many years. I'm sharing this because I care about the restaurant and hope this was simply an off night. I look forward to returning and experiencing the level of quality I've come to expect. Tell the chef to really taste the food and not ever send anything that isn't up to par for the reputation that Varka has maintained for many many years
