ASAP Restoration and Construction

What an industry! I was up north with my family for the weekend and came home to standing water…read morethroughout the first floor of my house. My first call was to a plumber for help. Before the plumber even arrived, three different restoration companies showed up at my door. The strange part? I never called any of them and nobody told me anyone was coming out. I did overhear one of the technicians I allowed in for a "free evaluation" on speakerphone with the plumber asking if a $2,000 finder's fee sounded reasonable. I kept my mouth shut but it definitely raised some red flags. I listened to all three companies separately and then decided to do some serious research online. While some companies have plenty of glowing Google reviews, once you start looking at other sources like Yelp, the Arizona ROC, and the BBB, the picture can look very different. Consider this a friendly warning to homeowners: do your homework. After digging deeper, I was fortunate to find ASAP Restoration. One thing that immediately stood out is that they do not work referral deals with plumbers, do not pay kickbacks, and do not play games with deductibles. They simply focus on doing the job correctly. The team was extremely professional. The mitigation/demo crew handled the water damage quickly and thoroughly, and the reconstruction team has been excellent. We're now about 90% finished with the rebuild and everything is coming together great. I just felt the need to share my experience before heading out for spring break. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, take a breath, do your research, and call a company that focuses on integrity and quality work. For me, that company was ASAP Restoration.

Your efforts saved us more than 50% compared to other companies' estimates for the exact same scope of work something we're still amazed by. The third-party consulting firm was equally impressed with the quality and professionalism demonstrated by your crew. Please extend our thanks and appreciation to your technicians for the marvelous job they performed. We truly value your commitment to excellence and integrity, and we look forward to working with you again in the future. Overall the best prices I could find for full house restoration service.

This is a long overdue review for ATH! They handled two major home projects for us in 2025 in a…read moremidcentury modern condo. This review is for the first one, a bedroom ceiling/roof leak that needed mold mitigation, asbestos testing and renovation. March 2025: Leak originally started as a moisture spot on the ceiling in October 2024 but my HOA ignored it. By March 2025, the ceiling had become so compromised that water streamed in like a waterfall during a massive storm. My original contact was Noah - he gave me an estimate (along with two other companies). I really appreciated how Noah was communicative, informative and thorough. And! he didn't badger me w/ phone calls & emails, like the other two companies did. He understood that I said I would take care of the situation when I could b/c I was in the middle of Massage Therapy school. I understood the "risks" of having mold & just shut the bedroom off. Fast forward to August 2025 & now we're ready to take care of the situation. Noah followed protocol of getting an asbestos test first. Luckily, it was negative. Then Spencer, their Mitigation Specialist? built a special containment room, inside the guest bedroom that sealed off the contaminated area. Heavy duty fans stayed on for about 72 hours? so the area could be thoroughly dried after being treated w/ some kind of mold treatment. Noah was available via text when I had questions - that was surprising & super helpful! Once Mitigation was completed, Noah connected me w/ Jacob at their Restoration Department. He sent over a stellar crew led by David & they proceeded to rebuild about a quarter of the bedroom - meant to mention that they had to rip out dry wall, scaffolding, etc. This crew rebuilt and then refinished the area, including re-installing wainscotting and painting the ceiling + walls. The results? This bedroom looks gorgeous! We were thrilled with how thorough/smooth ATH was w/ this process & how the renovation turned out. Highly recommend this company for their professionalism, flexibility and high standards. Thanks to the ATH Team!

Noble Industries - Master Bath remodel...4 months, very pleased!

I selected Noble Industries for my kitchen and bathroom insurance rebuild, and it was the worst construction contractor experience I've had in over 40 years of working with construction professionals. Additionally, it was the first time I have ever terminated a Work Authorization Contract due to poor performance. The company had good reviews and was listed with Contractor Connection, so I expected the project to go smoothly. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Let this serve as a reminder to thoroughly research and proceed with caution when selecting a contractor, regardless of the platform and reviews listed online. Initially, communication was good while getting the project started. However, after completing a few construction tasks, they failed to return to correct issues with their own workmanship (drywall repair and electrical outlets left open and hanging from the wall.). The communication on their part quickly deteriorated. Frequently they did not follow up to various forms of communication when they stated they would. Direct questions often went unanswered, and there was little to no proactive follow-up unless I initiated it. It is unsatisfactory to treat a customer in this manner. While they expressed empathy regarding the ongoing delays, there was no demonstrated sense of urgency to address the incomplete or deficient work. Just more delays. Living in a construction zone for over six months is incredibly stressful. What made it worse was the lack of accountability and timely follow-through from the contractor which I hired to restore my home. Utilizing a variety of licensed contractors, it has only taken 6 weeks to complete what Noble Industries could not do in 6 months. Based upon my experience with Noble Industries, I will not recommend them and deeply regret my decision to utilize their services for my kitchen and bathroom restoration.
