I love this pizza. I had to give it 3 stars due to the soda machine. There is only one, and many customers at any given time getting drinks. It's one of those really nice coke machines that let you choose ten flavors of coke or sprite or whatever. It's digital and a lot of people spend a good amount of time trying to choose their flavor. They also stand there and taste all the options while others are waiting behind them. It gets extremely annoying. Either get two soda machines or start postings signs reminding people to get their drink and move on. I've literally wasted many minutes of my life waiting for people to get their damn coke and get out the way Update : I got some pizza last month that was just so good. The food here was better than I anticipated. I have had some bad experiences with smaller pizza chains but thankfully this was not one of them. The garlic bread could have been better but the southwest chicken pizza was very tasty. We got three pizzas, of varying quality. One was pepperoni, and was good, but a little salty. another was even more salty. Then, the cheese, a salt filled disaster ruined the whole dinner. As I took a bite of the pizza, I instantly knew something wrong. The salt made it stupidly dry, adding on to the already thin and inedible cheese lazily thrown atop the think cracker texture crust. I know this had to be someone knocking a bottle of salt onto the pizza, and trying to correct for it. I wouldn't go again, but then again, it may have been a one time mistake on both of the pizzas. read more

This isn't great pizza but it's good. I went with a couple of friends and we split a few options. I definitely preferred the pan crust over the thin - I found the thin crust to be kind of like a tough cracker. I tried both the classic red sauce and the spicy red sauce and liked both. There is a bar of dipping sauces with little cups so that you can try several. Tons of toppings to choose from. One of my friends who is diabetic tried the "no doh" pizza. There is no crust at all - they use a foundation of spinach and parmesan and then put your toppings over that and you eat it with a fork. It sounds kind of crazy but I tried it and it was surprisingly good, and it's nice to have an option other than salad if you have to limit carbs. Drink selection was awful - beer, which I don't drink, and Pepsi products which I hate. They didn't even have iced tea other than the fountain stuff. The line was pretty long but it moved along quickly. Service was friendly and fast. Overall we had a good experience and I will be back (although I might bring my own bottle of water with me!). read more

Where do I even begin with this place. I have had so many issues regarding this location that I cant even go in depth on all of it without being here an hour. I will admit that I do enjoy the food, but no food can make up for poor management; and that's exactly what happened here. To start, they do not lock the doors at night when counting money until right before they leave, which is absurd. they leave young kids (15 to 16 years old) alone to close with no manager there. There is one manager in particular though that has put me and others through such annoyance; her name is Jacklyn Harris, and while she may seem nice at first, wait until you get to meet her. My girlfriend Lacey worked there for a couple months, loved the job, and did a fantastic job. However, she was fired one random day without a reason, and when tried to get a reason, was blocked. I text asking why and was accused of harassment! My girlfriend was heartbroken, she loved the job and wanted to stay and was given no reason at all! but that is not it with her; she also accused me of kicking their door when all I wanted to do was open it with my foot because my hands were full, all because she wasn't a fan of me. She even got camera footage and sent it to Lacey over messages saying I "damaged their property." She called me obsessive because I wanted to work with my girlfriend; of course I would love to! she is my girlfriend why wouldn't I want to work with her! She was also intimate with another manager, and would leave her shift early constantly to go be with him. Keep in mind, she is the manager, leaving these kids alone by themselves to sleep with management. Not even to mention the fact that she is married. I will never support this location ever again after all of this, and I do not recommend any of you do either. Although the food may be okay, nothing will ever save a business from terrible management. read more

I have been to Rapid Fired Pizza three or four times now. The employees are friendly and the pizza is delicious, and a great value at $7.49 for a good sized pizza. I love that they offer spicy sauce and goat cheese. I would have given five stars, but I hate that there are tons of TVs in the dining area. I can't find a seat that doesn't face a TV. It would be okay if they were on cartoons or sitcoms or weather or a home shopping network or sports. But last night I was trying to have a nice dinner with my fiance, enjoy time with him and discuss our day, and immediately behind his head was news coverage of the Texas church shooting. It would be nice to get away from bad news for the half hour I'm trying to enjoy some delish pizza. read more

We enjoy a "build your own" restaurant concept and this gives us another great local place to enjoy. My husband had a traditional crust pizza and I went with the "no doh" which put down a layer of spinach in lieu of a crust giving a lower calorie, lower carb option. My husband got the spicy sauce and was offered a sample to try before committing. Eating with an family can get a little pricey for pizza, but everyone gets what they want and/or has the freedom to try new and interesting combinations. If you are looking for GREAT pizza this is not the place for you but it is good pizza for something quick. Staff seems pretty new as they didn't know the pizza options that were available. Offer 11" thin crust or 9" thick as options. Classic sauce was good. They have lots of dipping sauce options. We love heading to Rapid Fired when we need a quick and yummy dinner. They constantly offer coupons! It's fun for date nights to have something simple and cheap, but also good! I had to leave a review due to the outstanding service I received at this location. I was greeted as soon as I came thru the door! Everyone was not only extremely friendly and had a smile on their face but also knowledgeable of the products offered and made recommendations. It was clean at all stations from the food prep, register, drinks and sauce areas. I get Rapid Fire no'doh pizza often at another location but this one seemed to taste better and more fresh! Went in with a couple of friends try it out. Asked for the gluten free pizza and was asked if it was "allergy" or "preference" when I said allergy, the kid (I believe his name tag read Austin or Alan) stated that he thinks that the whole "gluten thing" is just a diet thing that people are doing...At first I didn't think I heard him right and when I asked him what he said he actually repeated himself which took nerve. So to say that I was just a tad hesitant to continue my experience would be an understatement but luckily there was another employee who apparently knew the importance of being respectful of paying attention to the importance of allergies and the effects of cross contamination and so forth. Your gluten free pizza is actually the best I've ever had the pleasure of eating and the rest of your staff were top notch.
