We decided to visit the new location of Snappy's in Union and ordered the buffet. Hopefully the staff and management will get better with time. They could not keep up with pizzas on the buffet and we noticed the carry out people were waiting at least 20 minutes. Maybe they they came early but it didn't sound like it. The smell of Fabulouso cleaning products on the floor was overwhelming. The salad bar was very lacking, very few options to add on. The pizzas on the buffet line were not hot, just barely warm even when put out. They only 5-7 pizzas out and again not much variety. The dessert pizzas were fresh and nicely made. When we asked how long on the next cheese pizza, the server shrugged his shoulders and just replied he didn't know. Once you are finished with your plate, there wasn't a location to place your used plates. There were tables with 4 people and a stack of plates at least 5-10 high. Spills around the soft drink area were not being cleaned up. We noticed several people almost slip. I do not know who trained the staff but they definitely needed more training and someone keeping an eye on them. They had employees just walking around checking their cell phones rather than cleaning up. Maybe it will get better with time, but I'm doubtful as the management did not seem interested in their employees, product or cleanliness. Spending $40+ on mediocre pizza for 2 people is something we won't be repeating anytime soon. read more

We had called ahead to let them know we were coming in with a large group and when we arrived, they seemed annoyed. Or maybe, "snappy" is a more appropriate word to use? The staff didn't make us feel welcomed or comfortable. However, they get 3 stars because the pizzas (we ordered two beasts & two additional larges) came out within ten minutes and were really good. This review is solely based on my delivery experience- I have not visited the actual location. About a month ago was my first experience with ever trying Snappy Tomato and I am definitely a fan! The crust is just the right amount of thickness in my opinion. I also think there was the perfect amount of sauce. I don't care for too much sauce on my pizza, so I appreciated this amount. We also ordered some cheesy bread on the side, and this was a great addition that I'll probably order every time. read more

Unfortunately this was the worst pizza I got from here two weeks ago. Ordered here for years and tons. it was delivery, only a mile up the road. Large pepperoni pizza. There was basically no pizza sauce and no cheese, not sure who was making pizzas that night - but they have never made a pizza in their life. We each tried one piece, we couldn't even finish the piece. threw it away and ordered pizza somewhere else so we could have dinner. read more

It's a sub par pizza but where I live it's the only place that delivers and I'm not a fan of people so minimal human contact is the only reason why I dec to eat the super greasy pizza. Not bad pizza. Not our favorite, but they are the only ones allowed to deliver to the park where we live.

Food is always good and fast. However, I could do without the delivery driver with the large gun strapped on.

The food was delivered quick but I would have rather waited a few more minutes and my pizza all the way done. We get it right next time.

Snappy's has been my favorite pizza place since I was a kid and we had Beast's at school "parties." They have my favorite boneless wings, too! I generally order from the Burlington location but the Florence store delivers to my workplace. The two times that I've ordered from this particular location, I have been extremely disappointed in the wings. They're hardly warm and there's practically NO SAUCE! I was hoping that the last time was just a slip up but apparently I was wrong. Sometimes the other location is a little skimpy on sauce too (seriously, guys, that sauce can't cost you but a few pennies!) but it's never been this bad. I'm so disappointed.
