The service and kitchen are so slow it's ridiculous. When the food comes it's good if hot enough - usually have to send it back to get it hotter. But pack a ton of patience to go to this Union location. Can't figure out why they are struggling so much at this location. We just do to Crestview now. Longer drive but I can't wait two hrs for food to be right. read more

My husband and I ordered take out from the union, KY store Thursday night. I had a piece of fish and a loaded cauliflower. I enjoyed the fish, I didn't care for the loaded cauliflower. I got food poisoning and have never been as sick in my life! Could not stop getting sick from both ends for 18 full hours. First time having this issue but man, I will think hard before ordering from there again read more

We chose this place over B-Dubs to try something else. Bad choice. The food here is terrible. Nachos were the first thing that came out from our order and I thought they were pretty lame nachos. When the rest of the food came, I liked nachos better than everything else. Just skip this place and go someplace else. read more

Horrible! Human feces in the toilet roll dispenser, gross!! Food and service not even close to what once was a great wing joint!! Do not waste your money! read more

Got this place door dashed ordered lemon pepper and also parmesan garlic, so five piece southern fried wings, they got here and they did not even put the sauce in the bag or on the wings. Do not recommend. read more

Terrible! We were sat at our table and we sat there for over 15 minutes with no acknowledgment from a waiter no drink order no nothing. So I approached someone and said hey I know y'all might be busy but just wanted to make sure no one forgot about us. She told the waiter I watched her. He dropped off drinks to the table next to us and said nothing to us then Another 5 minutes passed and still nothing....so we left to go to wingstop down the road. Will not be returning. read more

The food was good but expensive. The service was good not too many people there in the mornings. The vibe was good. Has a lot of TVs overall was pretty good. read more

Declining over the last 3 visits - no manager awareness, ticket times were 45 minute for kids meals. Server was clueless and needs more training. When the hostess is working harder than anyone in sight that is a problem. Seasonal menu was cooked /presentation wrong and no one had a clue on how it came. Something is wrong with this location and needs a lot of help from above. Leadership Chili was cold/almost frozen still which made no sense. read more

Great food, great service and great games on the TVs. This is a family friendly place to hangout. . This is our go to year round with our sports loving boys. The variety of provides great options for our family. Lots of parking, clean restrooms and options to dine inside or on the patio. read more

It was a really busy night because of a UK game, but they got us in really quickly! Our waitress (I'm so mad at myself for not remembering her name!) was wonderful and quick, despite them being so busy! Got the drink with pop rocks and my husband and I had a good laugh! I will say the food was just okay. Like, it wasn't bad, but it wasn't really memorable. We still had a great night out, though! Kudos to the wait staff! read more

What an awful experience my friend and our children. We waited 20 minutes without service while others who arrived after us were getting their drinks. After asking the hostess for help, it took another 10 minutes to be served. Despite my friend requesting a discount for the delay, we were charged for the appetizer they offered as compensation. (As well as an extra drink that we didn't order) Two of our kids' meals were delayed then one was wrong, causing my son to eat alone after we had finished. (He nibbled on some of my fries while he patiently waited for his chicken tenders) Unacceptable. Will not be back. read more

Let me start this by saying I like the wings and rings franchise, if you want to try it just go to the crestview location. This particular store is closer to me but has over cooked the wings on two occasions now. They blew their second chance and should probably look into new management. Too much money for food that's worse than fast food! read more

Went to Wings and Rings with my family including my 2 YO grandson. This has to be the worst mismanaged restaurant we've ever been to. We got a table quickly but took over 20 minutes to even have a waitress come to the table and greet us and take an order. Drinks came about 45 minutes being there. Food came after being there 1.5 hours. There were other people who came in after us that got drinks and food very quickly. Manager never came over to apologize which I thought would have been the least they could do. What really shocks me is how they could let this level of service happen given the new Braxton place starting up nearby and other places in the vicinity. We won't be going back read more

We had a fantastic visit yesterday to this location! The service was excellent and the food was great! Got the wings and onion rings!! And we both loved them. The location was very clean and the restrooms were clean as well. Would definitely go back again for wings! read more

Went during lunch and it took forever for everything. The waiter just played on his phone and did nothing. The bartender was a great help though. The waiter was extremely late giving us drinks and forgot to put in our appetizer. Just save your time and visit the location in Crestview Hills. They have much better service. read more

This was our first time at this location and it was a great experience. We had a party of 6. Our waiter Ethan H. was great! He was very personable and always checking back on us. The chips and queso was a big portion, and the queso was delicious. Their onion rings are crunchy, not greasy, and yummy. Everyone ordered wings, some bone in, and some boneless. I ordered 10 boneless with half blueberry bbq sauce, which was really really delish, and half medium buffalo. From the reviews we were hesitant to eat here, but gave it a shot and we were all really happy we did. We will definitely be back to try other menu items! I hope Ethan is still there, as we will definitely request him! read more

You may have noticed that there is one star here. There should be none. Good food is one matter. Serving it is another matter all together. This morning, my wife of now three weeks and I wanted chicken wings for breakfast. We slept over, so why not. So we thought we can give Wings N Rings another try. It didn't work out before. It didn't work out this time either. My lovely wife made the order and sent it in. It was picking up the order that I am addressing. I always went through the front door of the business. Verified the order and that it has been paid for, and sit and wait for it to be brought to me. The "person" who was at the register, told me that I should go to the drive up to get my order "next time".... I'm sorry? I have always collected my food at the front door. There was a second "employee". I asked her, "What is she talking about?", "What does she mean....?" That "employee" turned around and walked away from me, went to the kitchen and stood in a corner. ( It's glass, so You can see the kitchen from the front of the store.) I was livid. The disrespect! Totally unacceptable. I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER eat anything from this establishment again. There was no misunderstanding, I didn't get it wrong, I didn't start this mess. They started it telling me not to come through the front door. Big mistake. I vigorously recommend that no African-Americans patronize THIS business at THIS location. If not for this reason, then why was I treated with such disrespect and carelessness. There is no excuse. Don't bother to apologize. We are done here. NO Wings N Rings. Score-0 read more

Do I constantly try about every wing place I can find so here we are at BW&R yeah yeah I know I should just spell it out. So the Buffalo chicken nachos were on spot highly recommend. The service is very good, they really do take care of you. The food is fresh and hot restaurant was very clean when we were seated they re-cleaned the table, that's always good in these crazy times. The wings were cooked perfectly the salads were excellent, so I never give 5 stars but they definitely are 4.5! read more

Servers are always incredibly nice but this specific Wings and Rings location seems to be poorly managed. More times than not, our orders come out incorrect. Yesterday they forgot to put BBQ sauce with my kids tenders and my wings that were supposed to be extra hot came out with no spice. The kids didn't know the difference but I asked for the wings to be re-tossed. Again, they came out with no spice. I was hungry though so I didn't complain further. I've ate at other locations so I'm pretty familiar with heat levels. I looked at the receipt though and the server did her job correctly. However, there is a correlation between restaurants who constantly make mistakes like these and ones who have lazy managers. In any successful restaurant I've worked in, managers touch every table to ensure quality service. We watched the manager for over an hour, stand back in the server alley with her hands in her pockets. She seemed to not care at all about the customer experience. I love the other locations of this restaurant but this one seems far below the company standard. It's clean and has friendly service but just be prepared that your food may not be served correctly. read more

I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes waiting on someone to seat me. No one ever came out so I left. The bar tender saw me standing there and he never even acknowledged me. This is not a good way to do business especially with all the restaurants coming to union. Good luck I'm done with guys. read more

3 tables in the restaurant, 2 without food and only 3 ppl working including the cook. 40 mins and no order even taken all we got was drinks the original time they approached the table. Disappointed to say the least. read more

Great food. Coming from Buffalo NY the wings were decent. I would ask to be crispy next time. Wings great but price how for amount you get.

Thought we'd try W&R for a first visit. We had a lengthy delay at the hostess station when arriving. There were four employees at the station and no one knew what they were doing. After finally being seated, it was 5 minutes before our waiter returned. We ordered two cocktails from the menu and waited another 10 minutes before they were delivered. Neither cocktail was correct and then we were told that the bartender was new. After waiting another 10 minutes on new drinks, we finally left the restaurant and informed the waiter to cancel our order. Never saw a manager and there were plenty of people coming in waiting to be seated. It's no fault of the waiter who was friendly and apologetic, it all came down to very poor management. We will not return to this restaurant. I'm not sure how they'll stay open if they're this poorly managed. Ownership and management need to take a close look at training procedures and get it right. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT. read more

terrible place with even worse service. super disrepectful and was an absolute atrocity of a establishment. should close down, also found a dead rat under my table, very unsanitary place read more

I really appreciate the fact that this place has a drive through. But, it's not worth it anymore. I ordered 10 boneless wings with the sauce on the side and bleu cheese. The sauce and bleu cheese just keeps getting smaller and the price is insane. Over $14 for 10 chicken nuggets really with a mini sauce and dip. Make it at home from now on. Also, told the food would be ready at 624. Pulled up at 615 and it was sitting in the little heater by the door and already cold. read more

The food we did get was plain didn't finish it. It was too bad to finish. We didn't receive an order of fries. So to whoever cooks in the kitchen do a lot better! I don't plan to be back. I felt it has gone down hill for the last few times we have been here. Waitress could have been more attentive too. Luckily I'm a patient person and don't complain. I was real close to complaining to our waitress this time. But a review will do. read more

This was my third visit to this restaurant. First two times food was excellent and the service was great. This time I sat at the bar food came out wrong but was quickly corrected Service on the other hand was poor at best. Unionites! Eek. If your here for the wings get them EXTRA crispy or you could be in for soggy wings!!! Old bay shrimp was a little heavy on the old bay. I know it's new so, could be understandable. Wings and Rings - A little soggy this time, but will order extra crispy! - New American Near Me - Union, Kentucky

I walked into the restaurant and had 3 workers standing in front of me at the server station. None of them made eye contact w me much less said "hello" for over 3 minutes. I finally said, "do we seat ourself?" as this was my first time in, to which one replied, "you can follow me." Same thing when we left. Two standing at the server station and neither said "goodbye" "thanks for coming in" "goodnight". Nadda. Terrible customer service. Oh, and the place was not busy at all. Lots of time to be training how to have good customer service. read more

First chance to visit this conveniently close location, after the dismal Flipdaddys closed I was hoping for something much better. Decent menu and beverage selection spoilt by inattentive, unsmiling and slow service. Door desk staff too busy gossiping to acknowledge customers. Cold food served with no silverware. And Stella beer advertised as 16oz and 22oz when glasses being used are 11 and 13.5 fluid oz, that filled to the top are maybe another 1.5-2 ozs. But we were charged for 22oz, so short measure selling. Definitely will not be hurrying back. read more

Food is just ok, service meh............I would suggest somewhere else for wings. Burger was terrible. Overall not good

If I could give zero stars I would. Service is absolutely terrible. There seems to be no procedures in place for staff or they just aren't trained. Waited over 30 min to order and it wasn't even busy. read more

When we were at the restaurant my brother me and my friend asked for a lemonade waiter just assumed they didn't have any at the end we got lemonade but when I asked for a refill of Dr Pepper instead I got sprite now I don't want this review to sound a little over dramatic just the honest truth overall the food was pleasing so I would leave the restaurant a solid 3 star. read more

Service was pretty bad. Better training is needed. End result was ok. Won't go back.

Every time I've been here I've been immediately seated and takes no time to get my food and drinks. Excellent service from waitresses like McKenna and GMs like Payton. Bar service is great thanks to Kara as well. I've tried every sauce here and look forward to continuing new chief creations every time I come in. My favorite local spot for wings and beer by far especially with their reward program! read more

So I normally hate giving bad reviews, but sometimes it's just needed. We went right when they opened and it was great. Every other time we've been back for carry out it has been awful experiences. Our order has been wrong almost every time and we have to wait so long for them to be remade and there was two times where even the remakes were wrong. We've been offered gift cards for our orders being wrong and I appreciate management trying to make the situation better but obviously there's a lack somewhere where information is not getting passed on correctly. The staff is really nice and I know they're always catching flack for a long wait or items being wrong and they're trying to remain positive. This location is so close to our house and it's worth the drive to Crestview Hills because our order has never been wrong there and at the Union location you will wait just as long for a remake. We will probably not be back for awhile because we've just been so disappointed. I really hope they get it figured out! read more
