Listen up! Don't pay ANY attention to the negative reviews...literally they must all be Karen's! These donuts are HANDS DOWN some of the best I've ever had. Each donut had a unique (amazing) texture and the flavor of each was chef's kiss ... the inside was so moist and fluffy/soft while the outside had the perfect crisp/crunch but was somehow still soft...it doesn't make sense, I know...but TRUST! Customer service was 10/10...the guys working behind the counter were engaging, knowledgeable (as a first-timer I had questions) and so super friendly. The only negative thing I have to say is there goes my diet! These are crave-worthy and I'm going to be back weekly, no doubt about it! read more

Randy's Donuts - Choc old fashioned, Choc Crondy, Rasp Jelly, Glazed Buttermilk and Choc Twist...Not pictured, Butter crumb raised, MUST HAVE - Donuts Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Not the cheapest donuts you'll find but super soft & doughy. Didn't try the coffee but they had a few options you could order. I had the coffee crumble donut but next time will be trying the Nutella one that looked divine! Super fresh. Diner vibes on the inside, exactly what you'd expect from this small town style shop. read more

Stale, dry product at 3pm. Only one zombie worker. Cool donut sign, but this is not a repeat for me.

I have been driving by here on my way to work and decided to finally stop in and get donuts for my husband and I to try. I went through the drive through and it moved quickly. I can't say anything about the ambiance because I didn't go in. I got the old fashion chocolate, the lemon old fashion, the blueberry, the devil's food chocolate and the plain cake with chocolate frosting. OMG! We loved the old fashioned chocolate so much. The lemon one was good, but I personally love chocolate so much, so there you go. We haven't tried all of them because we froze some of them for another time. I'm so excited about these donuts. We have always gone to Bosa Donuts, which are really good, and these are even better. read more

This place has great donuts but major staffing issues. Maybe don't leave one poor employee covering morning donut rush hour. If you have time, it's perfect. If you don't have 20 minutes to wait for donuts, find a different place. read more

I was bummed so was my son who loves donuts. I tried the matcha donut it was nothing big. It was considered a premier donut so $3.65 I believe the highest price and it didn't taste like anything but a yeast donut w regular glaze. The donut tasted day old. My son tried the s'mores donut another premier donut and it tasted a bit better and n flavor but being a yeast donut still tasted day old where the donut didn't taste nice and soft it had a oily bite to it. Not something we will make a special trip for or even attempt to go back. Service was great they were fast and friendly. read more

Everything was delicious. The guy at the counter was very nice and patient while I was ordering. I didn't love the chocolate glaze they had on the donuts it was very dark for my liking, but the donuts were fluffy and good. They had some extra large donuts if I hadn't bought a dozen fancy, lol. read more

Went today and braved the grand opening madness. The donuts were sooo good. They managed to deal with the long lines in drive through and in person very well. We had the matcha and fruity pebbles donuts. Both were perfectly made and very tasty. read more

Stopped by on Saturday afternoon and at first we weren't sure they were even open because there wasn't a single car in the parking lot. We decided to try the drive through anyway and ordered a dozen glazed donuts. While they were tasty, we only received 11 donuts. How does this happen? Details matter. read more

Terrible service!! They were rushing us while we ordered. Gave us the smallest drinks ($4.50) in a 8oz cup! The doughnuts and croissant were delicious. First time here. Unfortunately the service was so bad I won't be going back. read more

I'll admit, I've never gotten anything but donuts here. However, every time I do they are delicious and humongous. My favorite is the maple long John. So good. The drive thru is convenient too. read more

This was my first time at Randy's. They have a lot of selection, something anyone could find that they like. Their pricing is alright, not too expensive unless you're wanting a more premium kind of donut. I'm sure for a lot of folks there's a nostalgia attached to this chain. For me just as a donut fan, they were good but nothing mind-blowing. read more

Fantastically creative and exceptionally delicious and always oh so fresh. I like to get a dozen of variety mini donuts, less guilt and regret after devouring the entire lot. They also make the perfect hostess gift. Want to impress and spread some joy, show up with a box of Randy's minis. read more

I ordered a blended caramel frappe that completely tasted like I was drinking water! It was absolutely horrible! Not to mention it took probably 10 or 15 minutes to get the drink. The donut was OK that I ordered nothing extremely special. As you can see from my photo, the whipped cream is the same color as my blended coffee. I won't be going here again. read more

I was so exited to try Randy's as I've heard great things about their donuts. The donuts themselves are delicious. They are so moist and the apple fritter was a huge hit in our house. They are really big and full of flavor but not too surgery. The service was okay. The girl working was not very helpful especially as a first time guest. She didn't explain the menu or what donuts she'd recommend. Overall we'd consider going back just wish the staff was more friendly and helpful. read more

Always slow and never fresh or don't have some flavors in stock no matter the time you go.

Sat in the drive thru for 12 minutes no response. Went to the window no response. Went inside got attitude from the lady working the counter, said she was busy. Waited another 10 minutes than left. Decided to go to Bosas and get 2 dozen donuts. read more

Ordered dozen donuts. Meh....dry, tasteless and not worth the money. I'll keep searching for good donuts

This Donuts was one of the best meals I've had recently. The smoky sauce gave each slice a bold flavor that stood out. The crust was thin and perfectly baked for a satisfying crunch. I appreciated how fresh and well-seasoned the toppings were. Service was quick and polite. I can't wait to eat here again. read more

Finally got to try Randy's Donuts, and wow--these things are massive! I ordered two large glazed donuts, and honestly, one is big enough to share with 2-4 people (or just enjoy solo if you're feeling ambitious). The glaze is perfectly sweet, the dough is light but still has a good chew, and overall, it's just a fun, classic donut experience. Definitely worth stopping by if you're craving something oversized and delicious! read more

To be honest, I'm not the biggest donut eater. But Randy's is in my neighborhood and I love supporting locally. Today I decided to treat myself. The service was fast and friendly. I love the staff at this place--super nice and helpful. The donuts are also fantastic. They will help you make a great selection if it your first time there. I had the raised coconut Donut and one with nuts sprinkled on top--a favorite--that was delicious. I also tried their breakfast croissants and they were excellent. Wow, simply wow! Every single one of these donuts were bomb(donut type mentioned under the photo)! I am unsure if they were fresh out of the over but they all were recently made enough to where the freshness was present. The donuts weren't overly sweet. And the packaging is visually striking. And the Texas donut is so huge but it wasn't dry at all the dough is so soft and pillowy. Oh my goodness, I can really go on and on about these donuts. Just trust me and grab a few, it'll be worth the try! read more

Love the selection of donuts! My favorite is the chocolate twist. You do have to get there early for the best selection.

Terrible donuts, threw $13.30 worth of donut away. The only thing good about the lemon old fashioned was the lemon on top, the donut was oily tasting, only 1 bite taken. The Long John cream filling and chocolate was the best thing luckily there was plenty of the cream and that is the only reason I ate it all. The Long John home for the tasty cream was oily tasting . The third donut was the Chocolate Crondy was under cooked, chewy, rubbery and disgusting I actually spat it into the trash and threw the rest away, Cinnamon roll, second lemon old fashioned. Also if what some reviews say the donuts are not made on site, that is terrible, To put the store front employees with this low quality product to sell and take any of the customer complaints. Also not making Donuts on-site is just not right. Don't tell us about how you're doing your best to train them because you're not. You are doing your staff an injustice by not supervising the training and ensuring they know what they are doing. Someone should be tasting the batches. What if you went to your favorite burger place and ordered a meal deal? Burger, fries and a soda and it cost you $13.30 and the burger was raw and the fries were half cooked. You complain to the manager and are told we are doing the best to train our employees. I called corporate and of the 9 possible extensions everyone I tried went straight to voicemail. Maybe it recognizes Phoenix area codes. In closing I don't think I will tell my favorite donut shop The Original Rainbow Donuts 15834 N Cave Creek Rd Phoenix, AZ 85032. That I cheated on them...just this once. read more

I'm gonna give Randy's 4 stars because I think they are really trying to improve. I did get a parbaked donut last time but this time much better. The employees are new and learning and I understand it will take time. This only issue I really have is the flags out front. It's very hard to see to make a left turn onto 7th street because the flags are so close to the sidewalk. It would be super helpful if they could move them back towards the store about a foot so they don't create a blind spot when you are trying to leave the store. 7th street is dangerous enough with the suicide lane and the flags are just an added obstacle. Thanks guys ! (All inclusive that's how I talk ) read more

Great doughnuts. I stop in once a week. The maple bacon bar is my favorite as is the nutella doughnut.
