Finally, after a few more e-mails, RE did make an adjustment on the price of the lenses for me. Now I can wear my favorite sunglasses again!

The manager (Val?) who was doing the fixing adamantly denies scratching them and instead aggressively blamed me for bringing in "already scratched" glasses. She said she will not admit to scratching them because she doesn't want to pay for the new lenses. Understanding but suspicious. I've been a loyal customer for 5 years and this is the treatment I get Why weren't the glasses checked before the fixing and if they were scratched ( which they weren't cuz I would have ordered new ones) - why wasn't this reported to me by the office beforehand? What's making me more confident that she scratched them is that this is THE SECOND TIME this has happened. But last time the lenses were brand new, so they couldn't blame me and had to replace them. The manager also didn't want to give me a supervisor's number, acting as if there's no one else above her who can help me. Instead, another staff member provided me with one. Her rude and defensive behavior made it even more suspicious. I contacted the supervisor Tarsha to investigate and hopefully find a solution. She promised to call back but didn't. Waiting to heard back.

Use to come here and see Dr.Le, but she's no longer here and myeyedr has taken over! I needed a new…read moreprescription badly and haven't had new ones in awhile, so I figured I'll just come here since it's close by to me and they take my insurance. The exam was fast, and I feel like I didn't get the right prescription. I got the same prescription I had gotten about 6yrs ago, so I guess my eyes didn't change after all that time? Anyways, checking out was a nightmare. The person assisting, Yolette, is very pushy and tries hard to get you to buy. I told her I had to come back because I had my 1yrold daughter with me but she wouldn't let me go without telling me to buy something, for example she said "you can order contacts at least" and told me it'll be about $350 for a year supply, I told her no I didn't want to buy contacts there ( I usually order myself, I can get it WAY cheaper online.) then she goes "well do you know what fame you want?" "Get it" And I said "no, I really have to leave" Mind you I still had to pay for my exam , and she wouldn't check me out, and she just had a really bad attitude after that, after going back and forth with her for what seems forever, she was checking me out for my exam. Like I told her so many times I have to go and she was still trying to make me buy something I don't wanna buy. Also the contacts they gave me that day to wear, made my eyes blood shot red, and they were really irritated. Even eye drops weren't helping, instead it burns when I used it and was throbbing. Only had them on for about 5 hrs. Went somewhere else to get it checked out. I don't recommend coming here, unless you want to pay a hefty price with bad attitude.

The female who answered the phone said she'd have someone call me back. I asked, "really? Someone needs to call me back to let me know if my glasses are there after two weeks? Can you tell me?" She said she can't locate the order. They are a total deer in the headlight, disorganized and never even informed me that they were not my usual eye center. I had to ask. I feel like they purchased my account from my previous Dr. They have a website that sends you through a horrifying loop of entering your personal information so they can send you an email link to enter your personal info yet again. Still not in. This sucks. My family and I are switching as soon as I get my glasses and find a new Dr. We shouldn't have to drive so far for such shotty service. Where o where did Randolph assoc go? The old receptionist was kinda curt, and abrasive, but at least she knew her stuff. The new staff actually think you work for them and there is no accountability. I had to ask the Dr to take a look at my coriodal melanoma (eye nevus) to see if it's getting any bigger. Then she said it's not a big concern but she'll take a look. I said if it's not a big concern can I stop getting it checked here and at the hospital regularly? She said, "Oh if it's checked regularly you should continue." WTH :(((( DON'T WALK... RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!

The new one decided I needed prism, and since then my eyes seem worse than ever. Also the exam seemed very very quick compared to past exams (like for the past dozen years or so). I was really turned off by the demeanor and snappiness of the counter person booking appointments at Costco, that I promptly cancelled it right after making an appointment at Target. The two front of house people handling the sales of glasses and contacts were extremely friendly and helpful with any questions I had. I did most of my pre-appointment stuff with a separate assistant, and then promptly saw Dr. Patel after. She answered all my questions and conducted my exam (of which I hadn't done an exam in years and was now wearing expired contact lenses) thoroughly. I appreciated the trial lenses she let mr leave with in order to test 2 different sets of daily wear contacts, one of them being a pretty expensive brand that I actually ended up going with. Payments were modern as they were done through a tablet with receipts sent to your email for record keeping. There was no pressure from the front people to buy through Target Optical, although they reassured that they would price match competitors and check all insurances to find ways to bring down the price.

The experience went well in every way and I was in and out with my new glasses ordered in no time. Make sure to make an appointment online through the website first as it does get busy and it's a small place with one doctor for the eye exams and one or two support staff to help with the lenses and frames, etc. Very happy!!!

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish!…read more I was walking by For Eyes Optical last week and decided to just pop in--and I'm so glad I did! I was warmly greeted by Lia, and after chatting for a few minutes, she told me about the Labor Day sale they were having. She showed me a couple of frames that she thought would look great on me, and she was absolutely right! She even wrote down the frames for me so I could think about it. I told her I'd be back, and she probably thought, "Sure, I'll never see her again!" Well, she was wrong! Lia made such a wonderful impression on me that I went back today with my prescription, and we ordered the frames we had picked out together. And then, somehow, I ended up purchasing a pair of sunglasses too! The entire experience was so easy, relaxed, and enjoyable. Lia was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find something that looked great. There was absolutely no pressure--just fantastic customer service. I would highly recommend For Eyes Optical, and especially Lia, to anyone looking for new glasses. What started as a quick "I'll just pop in" turned into a wonderful experience and two new pairs of glasses! Five stars all around!
