EVERY OTHER eye doc I've been too up here gave me grief not buying from them but not Dr Ginsberg. He just wanted me to have great care and affordable lenses. Also, they have that imaging machine that takes a picture of your entire eyeball that lets them track changes over time and can more like prevent major issues. Win for that too.

Nobody ever called me back, so I called them the following morning and 3 hours later they called me saying that I provided the insurance information too late and they were cancelling my appointment. Even though THEY neglected to return my call. I scheduled this appointment a month ago and had to have work accommodate the appointment for me. I work in customer service and I think the way they handled this was extremely poor customer service and downright unacceptable. They asked if I would like to reschedule and I told them that I will not be using this optometrist or this particular Target Optical again. They were not even remotely apologetic for their error.
