Waited patiently for 15 minutes until the clerk was done with the previous customer. I was decent enough to have a seat instead of standing up and lurking behind him. The old clerk was either too dumb to realize that, or she just didn't care. I waited another minute, and then walked up to her desk since it didn't seem like she was going to look up from her notebook to even acknowledge my presence. Long story short - this poor excuse for a customer service rep couldn't even help me order contact lenses, because she was too lazy to find out how to do it properly. This lady should've retired 10 years ago. Owner take notice, unless you're okay with wasting your customers' time -- or maybe you're allergic to money?!

Even though THEY neglected to return my call. I scheduled this appointment a month ago and had to have work accommodate the appointment for me. I work in customer service and I think the way they handled this was extremely poor customer service and downright unacceptable.
