Honest, reliable, quality job, and they stand by their work. I had a propane heater and automation system installed by Radiance Pools several months ago. The setup process was seamless, they were easy to work with and transparent in pricing, and they got everything finished right on time (even with massive supply chain issues). About 6 months later, we noticed that the automation system was going offline. I reached back out to Kyle, and he came to the property the same day to inspect the system. Turns out it was an old breaker (a very old part unrelated to any of the work they had done) that had shorted. Even though the issue turned out to be unrelated to the work they had done and the outage was absolutely not their fault, Kyle went ahead and replaced the breaker while he was there and got us back online within a few hours of me reaching out to him. No price gouging, super easy to work with, and incredibly fast turnaround time. I can't recommend them highly enough. read more

They were nice setting up an appointment with but they never showed up to our house. The first time they said they rang the doorbell (we all work from home, no they didn't) and then they said they'd try again the next day, and they still didn't show up. The tech sent a picture of some random door to us proving she was here so I double checked the address I gave them, it was correct. No apology or explanation or anything. It also felt like they blamed us when this was clearly someone on their end putting in a wrong number into their maps app or something. read more

Absolutely terrible. I cannot describe how low the quality of their service is. Their communication is nonexistent, the produce they use is low quality, and they will ignore your direct instructions. They shock your pool mid-day, and without asking you. While I appreciate shock is necessary, shocking the pool when you have plans to use it later is a massive bummer. And not just that, they ignore the directions on the shock, apply it incorrectly, and use shock of such low quality that your pool will be cloudy and unusable for DAYS. Speaking of days, it will take DAYS for them to respond to any message you send them. Stay away from this service and save yourself a headache. read more

My pool pump went out about a week ago, and I messaged several different companies for assistance on a Sunday. Kyle from Radiance Pools was the only person to reach out that same day, and was able to provide me with a quote after sending him pictures of my pool pump, and without having to come to my house first. A few of the other companies reached out the next day, and wanted to charge over $100 just to come out to diagnose and give me a quote. Our experience with Radiance in the Arcadia area was incredibly disappointing. We hired them to care for our brand new pool, and are now dealing with the aftermath of their poor service. Their tech would typically only spend minutes each week (if they showed at all) and now after only 16 months were forced to drain the pool because its alkalinity level is 3x the norm (a sign that their inexperienced techs weren't paying attention to chemical levels and just putting chlorine tabs in each week) with thick calcium rings at the water level. Their owner Kyle is extremely responsive, but I would use caution before hiring as their model seems to focus on quantity over quality. read more

We have a 16 year old Paddock Pool with a waterfall feature. Only use the waterfall pump maybe 10 times and stopped using it about 10 years ago. The diagnosed a seized Waterfall pump (120 gallons per minute) and replaced it with a new pump and it works perfectly. Honest, quick and fast. What more could you ask for? I'll hire them again in 2036 to replace this pump. read more

Very disappointed in the lack of communication and having to text to find out why someone didn't show up or to confirm a previous text not responded to. Was willing to brush it off and continue on, but in the end the communication was not there and we were just ghosted. We did have an issue with our pool tech and a bird, but we discussed a possible solution to try and I thought all was good. Stayed home the next pool cleaning day to make sure the bird wasn't coming by, but no one showed. Sent a text to see if maybe he was running late or it was being pushed a day, no word.
