When we first started with this company, they were great. Unfortunately, the owner has been out of town and his wife has been running the business really poorly. A few months ago, we were assigned a new pool tech Kiana, who truly has no idea what she is doing- she complained that the pool pump wasn't working but didn't bother to check that it was plugged in. She doesn't know how the filter works and basically just shows up to clean the pool and leave. Then when we complained, the owner's wife sent a nasty email and we decided we were done with this company. Our new pool company has emphasized what a disaster our pool is and it will need hundreds of dollars worth of repairs to fix what Kiana and Acrobat screwed up. Please do not trust this company. Not professional whatsoever I had algae in my pool for two weeks they sent "updates" that my pool was cleaned even though they never addressed what was going on or why just left it there and said it was fine. when I brought it up he/his wife blamed me and said they didn't want me as a customer. They charge for chemicals ala carte, hardly ever vacuum and never communicate when they show up sometimes it's the day of sometimes not but if I mention it I'm being too much. This saga began attempting to contact them. Two days, no answer of the phones and the message box is full. The answering message gives an "emergency" phone number so I tried that and reached someone named Karim. Explained clearly what the pool was doing an he concluded it had a suction leak. To his credit, he started to explain how to test and I told him I had already done that. An appointment was set and reset and reset over three days, it changed constantly along with the person that was to arrive. Finally someone arrived in a truck with a different name on it than Acrobat. Nice fellow. He concludes nothing is wrong with my system, so I ask how much and he calls in and tells me $75. ouch. I pay him and ask for a business card and get another company with another (different) owner. I have no idea who is who here. Karim changed my appointment and repair person four or five times with various excuses and I remained flexible. For that flexibility and having no problem to fix, $75 is a rip. I'm sensing that Acrobat cannot handle the work or the calls and is farming work out to other pool people. For myself, this was a first and a last use of Acrobat. read more
