Karim and his sister, Laia, are wonderful to work with. They do an excellent job caring for our pool and are always a pleasure to work with.

Extremely responsive to customers calls and needs. Karim called us before arriving and was very prompt. We had a filter issue that needed replacement. We provided photos in advance of the visit as requested. Karim was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Once the filter was installed he showed us how to operate it. We also got a booklet to go with the filter. He set the pool vacuum on the timer. It worked perfectly the next morning. It is also so quiet, you can barely hear it running. We were very happy with the great work provided by the tech. read more

Pump motor went out. My home warranty company assigned them and the work was completed fairly quickly, all my questions were answered and I enjoyed having Karim take care of the repair. read more

When we first started with this company, they were great. Unfortunately, the owner has been out of town and his wife has been running the business really poorly. A few months ago, we were assigned a new pool tech Kiana, who truly has no idea what she is doing- she complained that the pool pump wasn't working but didn't bother to check that it was plugged in. She doesn't know how the filter works and basically just shows up to clean the pool and leave. Then when we complained, the owner's wife sent a nasty email and we decided we were done with this company. Our new pool company has emphasized what a disaster our pool is and it will need hundreds of dollars worth of repairs to fix what Kiana and Acrobat screwed up. Please do not trust this company. They truly do not care at all about their customers or pools. read more

Ahhhhhhh!! Relief. Total relief. Thank you Pool Tech Team for freeing us from this daunting task. Karim was so cool about all of his answers... and was willing to take a call to work out all my concerns on their day off. From there we coordinated a drain and chlorine bath treatment to our pool and an hour later there he was. He came back later that same day to check on the drain progress and again bright and early in the morning to finish the job. I'm 100% satisfied and would recommend them to my closest friend or family. Thank you guys! Blessing to you! read more

This is the best pool company I found after requesting quotes from multiple business in the area, they gave me the best price for monthly service for chemicals and cleaning. Karim is very efficient and knows exactly what he is doing. I ended up needing to replace some pipes on my filter since they were leaking and needing a new manifold. Acrobat Pool Tech - Finished product. PERFECT! - Pool Cleaners Near Me

Not professional whatsoever I had algae in my pool for two weeks they sent "updates" that my pool was cleaned even though they never addressed what was going on or why just left it there and said it was fine. when I brought it up he/his wife blamed me and said they didn't want me as a customer. They charge for chemicals ala carte, hardly ever vacuum and never communicate when they show up sometimes it's the day of sometimes not but if I mention it I'm being too much. Doesn't advertise for a reason. Radiant pool service is now servicing me for a better price and far more professional. read more

If anyone is looking for a pool company in Phoenix you should check out Acrobat Pool Tech LLC, I hired them a few months ago and it's been nothing but amazing service since day 1. They show up on time, every time, and the pool always looks amazing when they are done. They are a small family run business here in the area which is even better. Big thanks to Hassan and Karim. I couldn't be happier with the work, communication, and professionalism of this company. read more

They responded to my inquiry quickly and were out to my pool the next day with a very reasonable quote. Karim inspected my pool from top to bottom with many suggestions and recommendations. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very polite. His wife Laia is also very professional and helpful. I feel confident my pool is in good hands! read more

I originally contacted PTS to drain my pool through yelp and their response was prompt and courteous. I explained that I was new to having a pool and unsure exactly what I needed. After a brief phone consultation Karim gave me a next day appointment as well as a run down of the services I would need. Our appointment went so well that my husband and I decided to start weekly pool cleaning with PTS. It has been such a relief to have this chore taken care of! Not only are Pool Tech Specialist offering fair prices, they actually service the south side! (Laveen to be specific) Many other companies ignored or turned down my quote request due to my location. Pool Tech Specialist saved the day! We highly recommend them to anyone who needs pool care! read more

I have been calling for 2 days to request a quote for weekly service on my pool! This company was referred by Angie's List. Their mailable has been full and won't accept any néw messages. In my opinion, this is frustrating and unprofessional when you are servicing clients. How do their clients leave a message if they have an ie? They can't their mailbox is FULL read more

I can't imagine a better pool service. These folks are honest and provide an exceptional customer experience every single time they're here. They come at the same time and day each week, giving a heads up before and an overview of service thereafter. Other pool companies quoted significant repairs that Acrobat beat in price and also let me know the ones that did not even need to be done. I greatly appreciate their honesty and certainly, the communication has been fantastic as well. Karim and his team are outstanding. Thank you, Acrobat Pool Tech. read more

Great customer service and fast responses. I've only been their customer since April so hoping this continues.

This saga began attempting to contact them. Two days, no answer of the phones and the message box is full. The answering message gives an "emergency" phone number so I tried that and reached someone named Karim. Explained clearly what the pool was doing an he concluded it had a suction leak. To his credit, he started to explain how to test and I told him I had already done that. An appointment was set and reset and reset over three days, it changed constantly along with the person that was to arrive. Finally someone arrived in a truck with a different name on it than Acrobat. Nice fellow. He concludes nothing is wrong with my system, so I ask how much and he calls in and tells me $75. ouch. I pay him and ask for a business card and get another company with another (different) owner. I have no idea who is who here. Karim changed my appointment and repair person four or five times with various excuses and I remained flexible. For that flexibility and having no problem to fix, $75 is a rip. I'm sensing that Acrobat cannot handle the work or the calls and is farming work out to other pool people. For myself, this was a first and a last use of Acrobat. read more

Malilia came over within the hour of my contacting them, she evaluated the pool at my elderly parent's home which was in horrible condition. It was so green, it looked like something from a horror movie. She gave me an estimate, and she and her husband Karim started the project right away. They completely revamped the pool and it is looking great. read more
