Not only is Anthony (and team), professional, courteous and so trustworthy...but they CARE about your pool. About one year ago I was having issues with my sand filter and not only did he tell me ASAP. He told me how long it was expected to last, what to expect if it doesn't last and he sent multiple quotes with low to high end costs of what it would be to fix it. Not only was he HONORABLE with the prices, he answered all questions and provided us with great options. Unfortunately, I am selling my house and moving somewhere without a pool, but I have passed information along to the new owners as well as so many friends/patients of mine. You can find pool companies all over the valley...but you will never find someone like this guy! :) I appreciate YOU and your TEAM and all of the hard work you've put into my special place. They were meticulous in grinding down the old cool decking, cleaning up the mess, repainting and also protected the pool from all of the construction debris. In addition, they installed a french drain and rock pit to alleviate our drainage issues on to the deck. They installed large rip rap rocks to hide the french drain system, which also enhanced the beauty of our patio area. We had them repair and repaint our concrete sofa and fire pit area, their concrete guy did a really nice job. Their pricing was competitive for all the hard work that they did. I would recommend them to anyone!

We first called Good Neighbor after seeing their signs in the neighborhood before we bought a house with a pool. Monte went out and looked over the pool/equipment (for free) before we purchased the house. He told us about some potential issues which we were able to resolve with the seller prior to moving in. Monte and his crew haven't missed a week since we started their weekly service. His pricing includes all chemicals so there are no extra charges, which is great for budget. He has automatic billing set up via credit card so you don't have to worry. We have had SEVERAL issues with our pool equipment due to a large tree in our backyard that drops leaves like crazy from the slightest breeze. Monte has come out several times to fix a clog, backwash the filter, repair the vacuum and countless other things this tree has messed up. He has tried everything possible to help our pool run smoothly without having to get rid of the tree. I finally made the decision to take the tree down, but Monte has tried 8-10 different solutions prior, on his own time, and always showed up when he said he would swing by. Thank you to Monte and his team. Our pool is always sparkling, clean, and chemically balanced. They really do a great job, you won't be disappointed!
