I came in right when the store opened and I was the first customer that they have seen that day. Was greeted promptly and was asked what I needed help with. After about an hour or so found 3 polos and 2 shirts. Was able to do the return without any hassle (still had the receipts) and was out of there really quick. I will visit the store again when I get the chance (far away from my house) or buy more of their stuff online and if it doesn't fit, return it to the store.

I purchased new boots in August and returned on 10/26/2025 to get them heat molded. Jason greeted me right away with a friendly handshake and went above and beyond to make sure everything fit perfectly. I learned a lot about my boots just from chatting with him--he's professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. Service like this really stands out. Thank you, Jason, for getting my boots mountain-ready and making the whole experience enjoyable. Our family of five skiers has spent a lot of money with Epic over the years (three growing kids)!…read moreWe've alway had a good experience until today, when I needed to exchange a set of brand new poles with the tag still on (just a tiny bit too tall for my growing teenage son, needed to exchange for one size smaller). My husband bought the poles last weekend, without me present, and of course he no longer had the receipt, as husbands are wont to do. I figured they have our purchases on file so I went in for the exchange. One staffer was super helpful, quickly grabbing a new set of poles in the size we needed. Unfortunately when the redhead went to do the exchange, she accused me of returning used poles because the rubber on the handles was slightly scuffed--I said no, they were just purchased last weekend and the tag is still on (with the snow was bad as it's been this year, we've hardly been up at all!). I said--that must be how you sell them, because you can see this new set I was just handed was also scuffed up on the handle. Of course after that she found the order (under my phone number not my husband's) but it feels pretty crappy to be accused of something when you're just a loyal customer trying to get the right size gear for your child. I have to say, I'll think twice before visiting this Park Meadows location again. Maybe Aurora will be better.

It was very confusing and they did a fantastic job of sorting it all out and getting the very heavy order loaded into our truck. Recently, we ordered a mini stick online. If you're considering buying an investment item like golf clubs, STOP and think twice before…read morepurchasing from Dick's Sporting Goods. If your product turns out to be defective, don't expect them to help. The manufacturer's warranty states the club is covered within one year of purchase (or two years from manufacture) and instructs customers to take it to the reputable retailer where it was purchased. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with Dick's. No one made any effort to help us with the warranty process, and we were left stuck with a defective club. My advice? Buy directly from the manufacturer whenever possible. If customer service and warranty support matter to you, I'd avoid purchasing investment items from Dick's Sporting Goods.

Before I even asked, he offered to do a temporary fix while they ordered the exact part I needed replaced. When I took my board in, Mike ended up snagging the part from a new set of bindings and said they would just order another one instead of setting me up with a temp and having to come back a second time to pick up the true replacement. Not only that, Mike spent several minutes tuning up the bindings and making some adjustments, as well as giving me some really helpful info about the bindings and what I should check, etc. Frank was also helping out with the process and I just really had a great experience with them both. We walked into the store around midday today, and despite the fact that there were three workers all behind the counter socializing and having their own fun connecting, no one bothered to greet us or ask if we needed help. About 20 minutes into our experience whereby I was specifically looking for an insulated rain coat I was hoping to walk away with that day, I asked these workers if the one I was looking for was something they carried in their store. One of the workers proceeded to help me, but they did nothing more that look in the exact same places I had looked and then they suggested that I go to Colorado Mills Eddie Bauer Outlet Store to shop (which is a good trek away from the Aspen Grove location). At no time did they call any other stores for me hoping to locate the jacket I was searching for with the offer of having the jacket mailed to my home. They returned to the front where they continued to socialize while I looked some more through the discounted rack. When I returned to the front of the store ready to buy a sweater, they told me the best they could do was to suggest I look online which I did when I returned home (I accidentally left my phone at home). That's when I discovered that the EXACT jacket I was looking for (same size and color) was at the Aspen Grove store. These workers and particularly the one helping me felt put out that I needed help, they were not friendly, and they were mostly dismissive and rude. Despite the fact that I like Eddie Bauer products, I will not be shopping at this store again.
