I came into Sportman's Warehouse to look for a new firearm. Despite multiple patrons at the gun counter, I was immediately helped. The employees were extremely knowledgeable about their inventory and the firearms they were selling. Later, when we were about to leave, my friend and I proceeded to buy a bag of hard candy. When we got to the cashier, he was swamped with other customers at the customer service counter. Instead of having us wait to process the transaction, he simply gave us the candy free of charge. The level of service here is unparalleled. The employees are attentive, knowledgeable, nice, and truly care about the customer. Sportsman's Warehouse in Sheridan has earned my business. I called Corporate Sales and the rep Hannah was not helpful at all. She was short in her responses. Greeted by Sales rep Jason and the Assistant Manager Rebekah, they helped get all 20 coolers ordered, paid for, shipping and delivery confirmed AND we walked away with even some they had in stock.
