I went in for a basic oil change and car inspection. The staff was cordial, courteous, and prompt, which I really appreciated. Customer service was definitely a strong point. However, I did have some concerns about the thoroughness of the inspection. I was able to point out a few things myself that were initially missed, and it seemed like the technician performing the inspection may have been new, as they needed guidance from more experienced team members. Because of this, I don't feel completely confident that the inspection was as comprehensive as it should have been.
