Rhino rack ditch mounts, quick release legs and vortex cross bars. After spending many hours doing research online trying to find something compatible and strong enough for my suv and and trying and spending hundreds trying to diy a rack. I finally went with my original plan to go to rhino rack Eric and the rest of the team couldn't have made me feel more welcome and confident with my purchase. I was extensively helped in comparing different racks and prices. And when the time came for installation I was helped thru the process witch was very technical. As a beginner overlander I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Nature is a very beautiful thing and being well equipped for my journeys is key and is going to help so much. read more

"And if you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you." -Nietzsche I sat with dread. The keys of ivory had been lost to my rhino rack. Fully aware of the difficulty before me, I grabbed my laptop, a cell phone and called with flickering hope. The countdown had started. The vehicle's lease only had two weeks remaining. Fortunately, my savior descended with a voice of assuredness. He told me, "My name is Turk." He let me know, "it won't be a problem,'' he said, "I'll take care of it." Shockingly, he had the mythical keys I needed, hailing from a land known only as "Australia." With tears in my eyes I hung up the phone and counted my lucky stars that it was Turk who answered the phone. I am convinced that not all heroes wear capes. Thank you Turk. Thank you read more

These guys are true professionals. They are informative and never did I feel pressure to purchase anything. I'm the kind of person that likes to research and have as much info before I decide on anything. I worked with Oscar and Peter who were able to fit my tandem bike rack on my roof. If you're looking for a way to carry your gear on road trips, this is the place to go. Thanks guys! read more

I stopped by Rack Attack because I thought I had a seized lock core and wanted to ask them for any tips and tricks on how to set it free. Oscar kindly offered to look into my issue for me to see if he could fix the issue. He suspected I had the incorrect key rather than having a seized lock so he tried every key he had and sure enough I had the wrong key! The best part is that he offered to trade me my mismatched lock cores and keys for a matching set I already had! An issue that I had been struggling with for the past week was solved in 5 min by Rack Attack. This type of service is amazing and hard to come by nowadays. I wouldn't hesitate to bring any future rack related business to this shop! read more

Highly recommend them. The staff was friendly and honest. I came in not knowing much about racks and Cesar was knowledgeable and got me hooked up from purchase to install! read more

This place is A M A Z I N G. Peter is awesome - I had a super weird surf rack that I tried to install myself and couldn't after multiple times trying - and watching YouTube videos - I thought I could get it as it's generally pretty straightforward. Turns out the folks who I ordered from sent the wrong model and it has to be adjusted to work. I'm so stoked I called these guys! They were super busy and had my car done in about 30 minutes. Now I can go surf and ride!! Next time I'll buy from them and have them install - 5 stars for sure. read more

Super happy with the service at this location! Was able to quickly get my car fitted to meet all my requirements. Only downside was the store AC was broken and it was 100 degrees inside. The employee helping was really nice and offered us water to help. read more

This place is AMAZING. For a long time I've been meaning to install a crossbar on my Subaru. I procrastinated the errand for a month because of how daunting it seemed. I was terrified that it was going to be a time consuming, complicated process. It was the last thing I wanted to do on my day off. After finding the motivation I went to Rack Attack-Pasadena. After meeting Brianna, all my anxiety went away. She made the process of buying the crossbar SO EASY. She was tremendously helpful and explained everything to me very clearly. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Now my car has crossbars yay! read more

I googled clamps for my Yakima Kayak Carrier last night and was happy to find Rack Attack in Pasadena. I had never been in the store, but the store did have good reviews. All the staff were wearing masks. I walked in the store and within 30 seconds someone was asking how he could help me. I cannot remember if he introduced himself to me, but I told him I need some clamps to attach my Yakima Carrier to my Subaru crossbars. I showed him my car and my Kayak Carrier and showed me the Yakima Universal Mighty Mounts. They fit my crossbars and attached to my Kayak Carrier fairly easily. I will try ou the attached carrier tomorrow. Rack Attack is awesome store. read more

I wanted to get a hitch on my 2015 Forester and a bike rack. I called Rack Attack before to ask what would be needed to get a hitch and what rack they thought would be best for two bikes. They were very helpful and explained how the hitch would be attached and what bike racks they would recommend for the money I wanted to spend. The recommended two bike racks and we looked them up elsewhere and they got great reviews everywhere. I called back and made an appointment for just a couple days later. I got there, looked at the bike rack and chose the one I wanted. They installed the hitch and put the bike rack on and it took less than two hours. The hitch looks great and the bike rack is perfect. They showed me how to attach and unattached the rack too and were very helpful. And everything was very reasonably priced! read more

Purchased my Thule Aero rack from this store. Service has been nothing short of excellent. Thank you Cesar for taking great care of me! read more

For real, this place is great. It took them awhile to get back to my first email and it was kinda hard to get ahold of someone over the phone(the only reason I'm only doing 4 stars), but after that, it was super easy to just get a general timeframe to come in that day and they got me all set up with hard racks for my surfboards. Not only did they explain all of the different types I could get, they were totally upfront about which ones they'd recommend and didn't try to upsell me. I got the racks I needed for less than what I expected and once everything was installed, they took me on a "tour" of my new racks- how to take them off if I need to, etc. Definitely recommend this place. read more

I called in advance to see if the Thule SnowPack was available. Nate was kind enough to put it aside for me! He also made sure I had cross bars on my SUV prior to purchasing, which I can appreciate. I want to thank Ali Summer's for his awesome customer service. I needed help with a small issue. Rack Attack - Pasadena - Thule crossbar kit with Thule bike rack. - Bikes Near Me - Pasadena, California

My little black Honda is has a new look thanks to Rack Attack. My car doesn't have roof rails so I was looking at the options for a semi permanent rack for transporting my surf board. I was tired of feeling anxious every time I used a soft rack and shoving the board inside my hatchback was also becoming an issue while I had someone else in my car. Feeling overwhelmed by the options on the internet, I went to Rack Attack. Brianna was at the counter and was super friendly and helpful. She explained all my suitable choices in depth and I ended up buying the Thule Evo crossbars and clamps, which was company highly recommended by my friends with roof racks. Despite her guidance and assurances of how simple it was to install, I was so nervous about screwing up the installation. I told her that I don't even like building IKEA furniture so why should I not get it done by someone as knowledgeable as her?! She was able to finish the installation within an hour and explained how to remove the rack as well. Now my car looks even more awesome with the black racks on top of civic! I highly suggest coming here for your rack essentials or questions. Thank you again, Brianna! You killed it in the customer service department! read more

Fantastic experience! Clean & spacious showroom; plenty of parking here; attentive, friendly and knowledgeable staff & arguably the best prices in So Cal. I had shopped and browsed a few rack/hitch specialty shops recommended by colleagues and fellow trail riders, but ultimately decided to commute almost an hour to get here because of an incredible deal on a hitch for my Crosstrek. Oscar had my setup installed within 30-40 minutes, and up to at least 35% in savings for complete costs compared to the other shops I inquired. Top notch service is what you will receive at Rack Attack; a one stop shop and a must to drop by for racks and/or accessories, as well as installations. I will be returning for any vehicle cargo applications I may need in the future. read more
