I discovered Rabbit Rabbit only a couple of days ago, but from other reviews it seems they have been around for a while and have amassed some loyalists who are happy they're now in this part of the island. I can see why; many boba tea shops offer similar drinks and are therefore somewhat forgettable. Or maybe they have such a long list that it's less intimidating to stick to the familiar. RRT offers uncommon teas and drink combinations, and the ones I've sampled are tasty and different. So far I've sampled: -Brown Sugar Boba with Fresh Milk (no caffeine, cannot adjust sugar sweetness, only amount of brown sugar syrup) - RR Signature Fresh Fruits Tea with slices of citrus fruits and apple (refreshing!) - Iron Buddha (aka tieguanyin, which maybe should have been Iron Goddess? which has Amazonian warrior vibes imo haha) - Jade Green, which reminds me of canned Heaven and Earth jasmine green tea) Toppings-wise, so far I've tried the golden amber boba (if I recall correctly, white tapioca balls cooked in rock sugar for less sweetness) and the brown sugar boba. I prefer the golden amber to the brown sugar boba coz they're bouncier. I am intrigued by the grass jelly reviews so that might be next. Today I purchased the Dragon Boat Combo (zongzi + kiddie tea, $9.75) because it's the Dragon Boat Festival and of course I forgot to get zongzi. Luckily I recalled seeing the flyer and called to confirm they're still available. I was a little taken aback that the ala carte price per zongzi is $5.75. But what to do? Might as well get the combo! Although I realized later I didn't have to.., (fell for another marketing ploy... ah well) Zongzi filling includes mushrooms (Chinese/shiitake, looks like), one chunk of well-seasoned pork (kakuni-flavor but not as tender), dried shrimp, and one whole salted egg yolk. It was flavorful, so I have no complaints! The two girls I've encountered were both patient and kind. I tend to ask many questions when I'm trying new things! Thumbs up for everything, despite the slightly elevated price points, which another Yelper pointed out as well. The merchandise are no exception. I'm not familiar with the Egghead characters, but they seem to be picking their nose in the illustrations?! Oh they've got ice cream too, which I wouldn't mind getting next time. Best time to go, for less traffic/more parking spaces, I think might be between 3:00 and 5:00. Stopped by this place for a sweet drink. I ordered the kiyoto matcha latte with coconut milk and boba, and 25% sweetness. It was yummy!! Very refreshing and tasty. The service was also great. The ambiance has a good vibe. There were groups of young people sitting at the large tables enjoying their drinks and chatting away. There is also a small area of merchandise for purchase. The grand opening promotion was awesome but I came back and I was absolutely blown away. They are right next to what used to be Sushi King (R.I.P) off of King St, right next to Fukuya. They do have a little parking lot, which surprisingly has a good amount of stalls, but you can also park on the street (meter). The grand opening special was $1 Kiddie Size Assam Milk Tea or the Golden Jinxuan Oolong Pure Tea. I got to try both. I must say, their milk tea is definitely on the creamy, milky side. I believe I got 50% sweetness and that was just right, for me. I don't like drinks being too sweet but the 50% had a perfect balance of sweet, creamy, and tea-y. The Golden Jinxuan Oolong was very refreshing and delightful. Somewhat of a strong tea flavor, but not in a bitter way. Yet there was sweetness to balance the strong tea flavor. I liked it! No, but I came back recently and ordered their Japanese Buckwheat Milk Tea because the worker said they were the only ones on the island who had this and I was sold. You're probably thinking "buckwheat? - bleh"! No - please don't let that sway you because it was so unique! It indeed has this wonderful wheat-y flavor that was so delicious and complimenting to the sweetness of the milk tea. I got this at 50% and it was PERFECT. Blown away, that's for sure. Prices are on-point. About the average prices of milk tea these days. In fact, they're on the "lower end" as I've seen many places price their milk tea at $5 minimum. If you want to try something new and unique, I highly recommend the Japanese Buckwheat Milk Tea (50% if you don't like it too sweet). Rabbit Rabbit Tea is a wonderful addition to the playing field of milk tea and I think they're here to stay in town! I've been eyeing up Rabbit Rabbit Tea since they only had one location in Aiea but had never had the chance to go. I was in town and looking for boba and finally got to try their new town location. They opened next to Sushi King, off King St, which I believe is closing soon unfortunately. I was going to get another tea drink but quickly changed my mind when I saw their "top 5" list pop up. I opted for the Rabbit Signature tea. It's some kind of tea I can't pronounce with apple, orange and lemon slices. I added golden boba, which was really good. The drink itself was so refreshing and definitely something I would get again. Parking is free and fairly ample and I would think will open even more once Sushi King closes. I am not much of a bubble tea drinker but Rabbit Rabbit has recently converted me. I tried their buckwheat flavor and was blown away by it! I've never had such a delicious flavor like this before. I wouldn't recommend adding almond pudding to it though, I've had it with and without almond pudding, and the almond flavor definitely overwhelms the delicate buckwheat aroma. Honestly at first we were skeptical because I had a friend who had came here to try their drinks and they told us, it wasn't so great. But I needed to confirm that for myself and try it out! Our Order ~ Kyoto Matcha Latte (9/10) My boyfriend and I shared this drink together and we were both speechless. The Matcha tasted really good! It had the perfect amount of bitterness and sweetness, and the milk was just right! I also noticed that the Matcha was mixed in really well. Normally, when I order Matcha Latte's the matcha would be chunky, so I'm glad it wasn't chunky at all. I'm a fan of anything "bunny" and the original location at Aiea Shopping Center is decorated with bunny murals, chairs, figurines, etc. This Mo'ili'ili location is similar. Congrats on opening a second location... so happy townie people can experience Rabbit Rabbit Tea! I live closer to their Aiea location and have been there several times, but I was in town doing errands, so I'm glad I could visit their new location. The menu is the same, but their store is a little bit bigger than their Aiea location. I always tell myself that I'll try something new... but nah, I got my usual - mango madness with golden boba! I used to drive ALL THE WAY to aiea to get rabbit rabbit. Not anymore!! This new rabbit rabbit is located right next to sushi king, there honey boba was for a short time. There is a small lot shared with a few other eateries and the post office, but I've seen it get really full. I like kaimuki and am frequently around kaimuki and Waialae, so this is super convenient. Except they open at 11am. I guess that's normal, but I think teapresso on Waialae opens earlier. I like the strawberry foam and brown sugar boba. I tried the strawberry milk tea and it definitely was not as good. If I'm in the mood for brown sugar boba or have just finished dinner at Dagon, I'd be back, but there just aren't a lot of options here for me. The service is alright. Congratulations to Rabbit Rabbit Tea Hawaii on your second location! When I saw the sign about two weeks ago, I was very happy. We're a frequent eaters at Sushi King so this is a plus for us. We do visit their Aiea location but more the merrier. Their second location is a lot bigger too so I hope that when our lives return to non-pandemic time, we can hang out there. My favorite here is the Japanese buckwheat milk tea with grass jelly. I'm actually surprised that buckwheat isn't one of their top 5 drinks. As far as I know, Rabbit Tea is the only place that serves buckwheat milk tea and they make it super smooth. After eating dinner we were looking for a dessert place and decided to get a drink instead. A lot of places were closing soon so we decided to go Rabbit Rabbit. They are next to where Sushi King used to be I forgot the boba place that used to be in their spot I think it was called honey? Their seating is closed and they also serve ice cream from Butterfly that's located in SALT. They also have a little area of items the pictures on them are interesting they have masks but the materials looks super thick to where you probably won't be able to breathe they even had a bag that looked like a boba carrier or that's what my friend and I thought it was. I got the P.M.S which was peach mango smoothie. It was $6.30? Which is pretty expensive for me for such a tiny cup. And mines was actually the cheapest smoothie. At least other places their cups are bigger but around the same price. But that's just my opinion. It tasted ok more on the icey side as if it wasn't blended together all that good so there was still tiny chucks of ice in it. Didn't taste the whipped cream really it seemed like they only put it on the sides for looks. I so appreciate the straws not being paper and the thicker more durable ones because paper straws are the worst. Some bunny is SO thrilled we have an awesome new neighbor in our hood...ME!! Woohoo!!! Yay! I'm so happy that Rabbit Rabbit Tea opened up closer to where I live. Although, I didn't mind driving out to Aiea since it was worth it. First time coming here to their new location and it was popping! Their shop is super cute and more spacious than their Aiea location. They have a lot of nice decorations on display and small items to purchase. I found service to be quick like always. The lady helping me today was friendly and had great recommendations. I ordered the Mountain Sprout Pure Tea, which was recommended to me by the lady at the register. She said it was her personal favorite and described it as a mix of oolong and jasmine tea. I ordered it with 25% sweetness, light ice, and a kid's size which was perfect! It was a refreshing pick me up that I very much needed. My boyfriend got his usual, the Strawberry Buckwheat Milk Tea. YO lol. This is probably one of my new boba shops that's opened in a while. Located on South King in the same little strip as Glazers Coffee, Rabbit Rabbit is serving up some damn good choices of "poison" to pick from as they say hehe (their entrance says "Pick your Poison"). This place has a pretty small parking lot that it shares with whatever else is nearby. Now I've gotten a few things from this place already and each item has been pretty darn good. From their passion fruit spring tea, to their lychee green tea, it seems like you can't go wrong with a refreshing fruit tea any time of day. I think both can be a bit sweet so getting 50-75% sweetness is perfect! For my most recent visit I decided to try something else and my eyes landed on their "parfait" drinks. It reminded me of Cloud Nine's cloud drinks that I loved fondly and it compelled me to try. Granted I found out later that Rabbit Rabbit actually has "cloud" drinks, I went with their Mango parfait drink. The mango parfait is 3 layers of ingredients: blended mango smoothie, some kind of thick parfait yogurt, and lychee jelly. You're able to add another topping for additional. Swirl that all together for some amazing goodness of a combo and OH.MY.LORT is it refreshing and icy!! The mix is perfect and light and leaves me satisfied after I finish it. They do recommend that you get the drink at 0% since the mango portion is pretty sweet and I'm glad I followed that rec because it was perfect. Aside from the drinks they do have a tiny gift shop area for you to browse while you wait for your drink and it's pretty hilarious haha. Buff rabbits, weird decals on stickers, and other stationary, even some clothing. Take a lil look while you wait! There's a lot of things that seem to catch my eye with this place and I am for sure coming back to give more of these things a try. The Kyoto matcha is also really good! A lot of boba places don't have good matcha, but it's good here. Comparable milk tea is Hana Tea. Comparable matcha is Lunar Tea. Prices are affordable, and since we come often we get 20% off every order. Easy parking in the lot. read more

They have a parking lot on the side of the store but turning into it can be tricky if you're coming from South King St. Their drinks are on the pricier end, but I'm glad it's further away from the other boba locations I frequently visit, or else I would be broke. I've been a few times already so I do know, their sweetness on their drinks is on the sweeter side, so make sure you adjust accordingly to your tastebuds! Normally, I do 50% sugar at other spots, but their 50% tasted like 100%. My go to drink is always the passion fruit green tea. I get 25% sugar, regular ice, with boba. Their boba is consistent and chewy which is nice. Their PFGT comes with a lemon, which adds a nice twist. I may opt to not have the lemon next time to see how it tastes. They do take 5star. Their drinks to come out to ~$6, whereas other places may be $4-5. It is definitely worth considering paying the premium since it is more consistent. There are tables inside, but not sure if they are letting people sit in. Parking shares with the plaza. There are 3 (maybe 4) parking spots for pickup, so you can usually park there (up to 20min I believe). I haven't seen these spots all full at the same time. Will be back! Even though I'm familiar with this place from the mainland, I really started coming back for the genmaicha. As a bonus, they also have a strawberry genmaicha that taste like pocky which I thought was pretty tasty. Downside: I called for a pick-up order and came 15 minutes later only to find that they didn't even start on my drink. I went to the pick-up counter where they told me they were going to start my drink right now and requested I pay first. Well, 20 minutes after paying they FINALLY started my drink. Tried this place for the first time ever. I know the original location is in Aiea, but I never had the time to drive out there. I remember a few months ago I saw they were in the process of building/opening right next to Sushi King which is in a lot between 7-11 and Fukuya. Parking here is limited unless you come at a non-busy time. They also created 3 stalls right in front for pick-up orders. The alloted time for those stalls are 20 minutes which is great for takeout orders at other places (not just Rabbit Rabbit Tea) We actually came to this "plaza" to eat lunch at Sushi King around 12pm. After lunch, I decided on dessert so it was great to order boba! The interior is really nice and pretty spacious. There were a few tables and chairs and a really big menu to see all the drinks. They have some items for sale to the left of the register. I didn't get to look much because they made my drink super quick, but I did see they had a few bags for sale and some little branded items. I normally order milk tea but was feeling a fruit iced tea instead. I asked the cashier which is their sweetest fruit tea. She said that each drink is concentrated so you can add as much as sweetness as you want; she then suggested for a sweeter drink to order a Lychee Green. It comes with lychee jelly, so I did half lychee jelly and half boba. I also got it extra sweet. Then they also ask for your ice level, but I just got regular ice. The drink was a little pricey with my total as $6.23, but it was so worth it. The lychee jelly was soft and the boba was delicious! It was also white, which was interesting since I've never seen white boba before. I think after eating a lot for lunch, the lychee green was very refreshing since it was also a hot day. Finally another boba chain comes to town (from out of town)--and while I wait for Tiger Sugar and Jenjudan to also make their way here from Taiwan, I'm glad I have another option to dither over when I walk to puck's alley for a drink. I've never had buckwheat tea before, but I was a bit apprehensive of getting pure buckwheat tea so I opted for the strawberry. I also got the golden boba and himalayan salt milk foam. The drinks came out very quickly, less than five minutes, and the interior was very stylish. The black and yellow theme reminds me more of bees than rabbits, but it is very instagrammable nonetheless. The boba were very sweet and soft--I prefer softer boba over more gelatinous ones so this was right up my alley. The strawberry buckwheat was lightly sweet and tasted like strawberry milk but with a thick kind of earthy taste from the buckwheat. Almost vaguely like soba-yu. It's quite refreshing and went well with the buttery and salty milk foam. It was more refreshing than heavy and light enough to drink with my meal. read more

This may be my favorite boba tea in Honolulu! Their buckwheat flavor is so unique, refreshing, and earthy. The prices are very reasonable for the amount you get. You can tell they use real tea, not powders. Only downside is the parking, which is really hard in this area. Come during an off peak time and you can easily snag a street stall right outside or in the lot, but come during a peak time and it will be significantly more difficult. Anyway, it's worth it to try, because they have the best flavor and aroma in town! read more
