They completed the copper repipe in just one day, replacing almost all of the copper pipes in the house, including the water heater connections and the pipes inside the walls. I really appreciated that they left the walls open overnight, which gave me the opportunity to see and inspect the work myself. The next day, they returned and did an excellent job repairing the drywall. Everything was done very cleanly and professionally. Ricardo was also great to work with. His price was the best out of all the companies I received quotes from, and he even offered a no-interest payment plan, which was a huge plus. Very happy with the quality, speed, professionalism, and price. I would definitely recommend Ricardo and A1 Copper Repipes!

While they were at it, we also had them address some existing humidity damage and install a new exhaust fan. The results genuinely exceeded our expectations. They came in to fix someone else's work and the tile actually looks better now than it ever did before. This crew brought a level of attention to detail that the original install was missing, and everything is clean, precise, and clearly done with care. Beyond the quality of the work itself, the communication was outstanding. They kept us informed at every stage so we always knew what was happening and what to expect next. The whole team was courteous and professional throughout, and they kept a tidy job site the entire time, which I've come to genuinely appreciate after working with crews who don't prioritize that. When we were shopping around, we had other companies throw out outrageous quotes, some without even looking at the job first. This company gave us a fair, reasonable quote and then delivered work that was worth every penny. We're already planning to bring them back for some upcoming projects. Highly recommend.

We began our Culver City project with a plan to renovate our existing three-bedroom, one-bath home and convert our garage into an ADU. What started as a 325-square-foot garage ultimately became a beautifully designed 705-square-foot one-bedroom ADU. Throughout the process, EG's consistently exceeded our expectations. The quality of the craftsmanship was outstanding, but equally impressive was the team's communication and guidance. Their insights helped us make smart decisions that balanced our budget with our desire for thoughtful design and high-quality materials. As the project neared completion, our confidence in the partnership led us to take on an additional phase--adding flexible living space to the existing home. Technically a JADU, this unique addition transformed our front home into a four-bedroom, two-bath residence, while also creating the option to close off the rear portion and generate rental income in the future. None of this would have come together without the collaborative approach of Eric, the owner, and the entire EG's team. Their professionalism, creativity, and commitment to doing things the right way made a complex project enjoyable and successful. A special thank you to Eric, Andy, Oscar, Lalo, Abner, Uriel, and Hugo, along with all of the expert partner contractors who contributed to bringing our vision to life. We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend EG's Built Construction to anyone looking for a team that combines quality craftsmanship with integrity, communication, and true partnership.
