We had a leak in our shower that required removing tile from the floor and part of the wall, redoing the hot mop, and retiling the whole area. While they were at it, we also had them address some existing humidity damage and install a new exhaust fan. The results genuinely exceeded our expectations. They came in to fix someone else's work and the tile actually looks better now than it ever did before. This crew brought a level of attention to detail that the original install was missing, and everything is clean, precise, and clearly done with care. Beyond the quality of the work itself, the communication was outstanding. They kept us informed at every stage so we always knew what was happening and what to expect next. The whole team was courteous and professional throughout, and they kept a tidy job site the entire time, which I've come to genuinely appreciate after working with crews who don't prioritize that. We recently hired Fredy and his crew to complete a bathroom remodel that entailed replacing our existing, very dated tub with a custom walk-in shower, and all necessary plumbing/fixtures. Of course, the process wasn't without its hiccups but all in all, it was as smooth as can be expected; Fredy was very prompt with addressing any concerns or questions that we had. They even came out to assist us with an urgent unrelated electrical issue (prior to starting the remodel) because we didn't know who to call! I think JC Proline does solid work and strives to give their customers what they want, and does it in an honest, upfront manner. We did have a little bit of miscommunication regarding the estimate and expectations but were able to work through them. The two men, Uziel and someone else whose name escapes me, who did the bulk of the work were consistent, timely, so nice and unpretentious. One of the things I appreciated most was how they took the time to add the final finishing touches, I.e, even out the paint and baseboards, so that my entire bathroom looked new, even though the only thing that was truly different was the shower! JC Proline came to our house to fix our pantry which was damaged due to a water leak in our roof. They removed the damaged areas, cleaned any mold and damage and also discovered damage to the wood beams behind the drywall. They not only replaced the drywall, sealed up the damage, and painted the whole pantry, they also went above and beyond to fix the wood. The work that Fredy puts in is very good.  We had a flood issue that caused a lot of damage.  Drywall, molding, texturing, and paint had to be completed in order to get our house back in shape.  The work that was completed was very good.  Some of the pictures that are shown are from our home so you can see the before and after.  While the initial items had to be fixed, he also repaired a few other additional items that has been neglected over the years.  I would use his service again as well as recommend him to any others that need work done. read more
