I am so happy with the work Kings Painting did on my condo. I have high ceilings and some of the area had extremely dark paint that needed several coats to cover. The workmanship is professional and thorough. They did an especially awesome job on staining my stair hand rails to match my new floors. Angel the owner was very accommodative to my paint choices in terms of brand and finishes. I found that some other painters are picky and refuse to work with certain lines. Kings Painting was a sub contractor for the general contractor I hired to remodel my home. Angel is a super nice guy but the quality of work is horrible. They got over spray everywhere. All my brand new black framed windows and doors still to this day have white paint speckled all over them as well as many light fixtures and even my tv. Many of the doors they painted are already cracking and peeling away. A little more prep and care could have easily prevented this. read more

After a long time, I'm giving a five star review, it's hard to find professional people who work at a reasonable price. I called the Angel on 12/04/2022 for an estimate to repair holes in the walls of the master bedroom, broken wall of a close, a big hole in the ceiling where I had a intake before, and then painting the doors, trims and mounding of the ADU. After getting some other quotes from different painters, Angels quote was very reasonable with the material and he did a professional job. He is great in fixing the walls and painting. He came on the 7th December to start the work , unfortunately I had a airbnb guest check in on the same day, so he came back to finish the work on the 19th. He is very professional, cleans after himself. And I'm really happy with his work. My ADU and master bedroom used to look bad with broken walls, unpainted doors and trims, but the whole appearance has changed after Angel fixed and painted the walls, doors and trims. We had a plumbing issue in the second floor had to cut out some dry wall. I contacted Angel via yelp, he had an estimate out on Wednesday and secured an appointment on Saturday at 7 am, yes Saturday at 7 am. Pollo shows up Saturday morning at 7 am, assesses the job in person as everything prior was via photo, confirms the quote, and gets to work. A few hours later , no more hole, mud and texture completed, and painting done. He didn't rush through the job, let fans dry throughout the whole process before going to the next step. He was very cautious not to do a crummy job, and the job looks so clean. I highly recommend this company for all your dry wall and painting needs. Trustworthy, punctual, organized, and polite.
