I have owned several houses in the past 40 years and have used many painters but Robert Yenko's workmanship, service, and attention to detail is unsurpassed. From the very beginning, his constant communication was great. He got right back to me with any questions I had concerning the bid and what it would entail. 90% of the contractors out there are flakes. They don't show up, call, or follow up with their customers. Whether it was an email or text, Robert ALWAYS got right back to me. He painted the entire exterior of my home and his price was not the lowest but not the highest either. Many painters want money as you go along, then they don't show up for a few days and don't call. Not Robert, he did not want payment until the job was completed and I was completely happy with the work. What I got was a 5-star end product! What separates his work from other painters is his preparation skills and attention to all of the little things. So many painters, do just the minimum in preparation, then six months later, the paint is peeling! When the finish coats went on, my broken stucco, window frames, fascia boards, and eves looked brand new again. His workers are very neat, respectful and always willing to make the customer happy. Decided to show case our new roof with a fresh coat of paint. Of course I used Yelp to look for painters and requested a quote. Robert quickly responded and and we set up a date and time for a walk through. He said he would provide a written estimate in a couple of days and like clock work he sent it over. Quality matters, experience matters, and professionalism matter. Robert's pricing was reasonable. We scheduled the work for a month later and right on time his crew was here at 8:30 and got busy. The job took all week, but we had a lot of neglected stucco to fix. The two guys that did most of the stucco, scraping, and painting were just the nicest friendliest people I have met. First, this is a very honest Yelp review. I used the services of this company and wish to only share my experience. I was in search of a painter to have all of the eaves, fascia scraped, primed and painted. In addition to some stucco patch up work. Plus we needed it done ASAP. I contacted Robert and he advised he could come out the next morning to take a look and provide a quote. He arrived the next day on time, was extremely polite and professional. After obtaining quotes for a couple of days. We went with Robert his price was very reasonable for the work we were going to have him do. He even provided me with a proposal via email once we gave him the green light that we selected him. He started the the following Monday arriving right on time with his fellow painter. With a few hours he had everything scraped and painted. He advised he would be back the next day and asked if it would be okay to come earlier to do the extreme heat to finish up. He again arrived on time with his fellow painter helper and finished everything. The exterior of our home looks so much better. Furthermore, from the beginning my gut towards Robert I felt he was not only honest, but kind. I was right, he was not only honest, kind, professional, but extremely hardworking.
