I highly recommend Robert Yenko Painting for exterior house painting. Robert was quick to respond to my initial request, assessed the property within a couple days (delays on my part, not his), and provided a super reasonable estimate later that day. Robert was professional, polite, and honest. We asked for a couple of extra handyman type repairs and he recommended other source since it is not his expertise. I appreciated his honesty. The job took about a week because he also painted my patio cover and replaced an exterior door. He takes pride in his work which results in high quality and a beautiful result at a reasonable price. He is also licensed and insured! read more

Exactly what I wanted! House done in 4 days :) Props to his crew who were efficient and answered my questions

I have owned several houses in the past 40 years and have used many painters but Robert Yenko's workmanship, service, and attention to detail is unsurpassed. From the very beginning, his constant communication was great. He got right back to me with any questions I had concerning the bid and what it would entail. 90% of the contractors out there are flakes. They don't show up, call, or follow up with their customers. Whether it was an email or text, Robert ALWAYS got right back to me. He painted the entire exterior of my home and his price was not the lowest but not the highest either. Many painters want money as you go along, then they don't show up for a few days and don't call. Not Robert, he did not want payment until the job was completed and I was completely happy with the work. What I got was a 5-star end product! What separates his work from other painters is his preparation skills and attention to all of the little things. So many painters, do just the minimum in preparation, then six months later, the paint is peeling! When the finish coats went on, my broken stucco, window frames, fascia boards, and eves looked brand new again. His workers are very neat, respectful and always willing to make the customer happy. I have received numerous compliments on the finished job from strangers, family members, and neighbors alike. Robert is truly a professional and skilled craftsman at what he does. read more

I hired Robert to paint a small bathroom that had a chronic mold problem. He explained to me what steps he would take and what he recommended to resolve the issue. He was very professional and easy to talk to and he had a pleasant demeanor. He arrived on time and was very methodical and took great care. He wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive, but I feel I got great value for my money. I highly recommend him without question. read more

We decided to engage Robert based on the good reviews we had seen on Yelp; in out case however the job was rushed and not what we could classify as a quality finish. Paint splashed, careless joint finishes and mediocre repairs to the walls make this project a poor value in our opinion. read more

Highly recommend and super responsive. We love our new paint and the crew was very accommodating and worked to get the paint done ahead of schedule for our move in date! Will be hiring Robert for kitchen cabinets resurfacing and painting. read more

Robert and his team did a fantastic job! I would say the work speaks for itself in the pictures I am posting with this review, but I will add that everything was gleamingly beautiful, including the baseboards, the doors, the corners where the ceiling meets the wall, and of course the walls themselves. Robert is very responsive. We made our appointment, we spoke about our choices, received our estimate, scheduled the painting, and Robert and his team arrived in masks and completed the job, safely, within the timeframe and arrangements we made, all seamlessly and effortlessly. I will use him again. I highly recommend and have great confidence in Robert. read more

Robert Yenko was great to have out to bid our project. He was friendly and thorough - asking a lot of great questions and listening to our needs during the walk. And although we did not use Robert for our project, definitely consider him for yours. read more

Highly recommended. We hired Robert Yenko to patch and paint our wood fascia that was badly peeling, with a decorative board that had fallen off as well. He communicated responsively, gave a decent price and was able to start in a timely manner. He came and checked the job site each day after his workers finished and answered all our questions and concerns. Would definitely hire again! read more

Robert was great and very easy to work with. Good price, good communication, good work, all done on schedule. Would hire again. Thanks Robert! read more

Decided to show case our new roof with a fresh coat of paint. Of course I used Yelp to look for painters and requested a quote. Robert quickly responded and and we set up a date and time for a walk through. He said he would provide a written estimate in a couple of days and like clock work he sent it over. Quality matters, experience matters, and professionalism matter. Robert's pricing was reasonable. We scheduled the work for a month later and right on time his crew was here at 8:30 and got busy. The job took all week, but we had a lot of neglected stucco to fix. The two guys that did most of the stucco, scraping, and painting were just the nicest friendliest people I have met. They were mindful of my teak furniture, my two dogs, and overall mindful of cleaning up after their work was done. Can't recommend Yenko Painting enough! They are legit and just awesome doing business with. read more

Robert and his team was super communicative and did a fantastic job. During the initial walk through he took the time to assess all the minor details, some that I didn't even think of initially. During the week of the project he also texted me whenever additional things came up, and was quick and flexible when we needed to extend the project an additional day to account for the painting of doors. He also continued to be super reliable in answering any questions I had after the job was done. I would 10/10 use his services again. Side note - we weren't home for the project, and he helped bring in all our packages and just kept our house/belongings safe. Super trustworthy and dependable guy. read more

Robert and his partner are great. Friendly, punctual, and nice painting work. We had all our wood trim painted since it was cracked and peeling, and now the house looks so nice and fresh. read more

We loved the work Robert did to our house. Absolutely beautiful. The only reason it was not 5 stars is because they left multiple paint spots on our BRAND NEW floors. However, I let Robert know and he came over the VERY NEXT MORNING to come and clean up the spots. So that's pretty damn good. We DEFINITELY would hire him again. But next time, I will look more carefully for missed spots. read more

Robert and his group did an amazing job at painting my dental office. Their attention to detail and workmanship were top notch. They removed the existing [old] wallpaper, sanded the walls, and patched any defects to ensure that every wall had a smooth surface. The walls were evenly painted and devoid of streaks. They were very clean and they made sure I was happy when the work was done. They were also reliable and very easy to work with, showing up at 8am each day. I made a few requests and last minute changes during the project and they easily accommodated me. Prior to starting the work, I consulted with 4 other painters; I'm glad that I chose Robert Yenko to paint my office. If you need painters and decide to hire anyone else, then you're making a big mistake. Robert and his guys are artists. They're professionals. They're worth their fees, which are very reasonable. I highly recommend Robert Yenko and his group for your painting needs. read more

Need a painter! Look no further. Robert and his helper did work inside and outside of our house. He came and took a look at our home and gave us an itemized estimate of costs. Once they got started they showed up to work everyday on time and worked throughout the day. The job was finished when promised and everything was completed to our satisfaction. We could not be happier with our experience. Prices were fair and competitive. Robert is a very nice and trustworthy man. It was a pleasure doing business with him and his team. Would definitely recommend and will use again when needed. No need to look any further, give him a call. read more

Robert and his team did a fantastic job. He responded to my initial request for an estimate quickly, came out the same day for an in-home estimate, and quickly got back to me with an itemized estimate. The team finished the entire interior of my house (multiple colors) within a week and I really can't find a single flaw with their work. The final cost was exactly what they said it would be. It was a pleasure to work with Robert and I can't recommend him highly enough to anybody who needs a painter. read more

First, this is a very honest Yelp review. I used the services of this company and wish to only share my experience. I was in search of a painter to have all of the eaves, fascia scraped, primed and painted. In addition to some stucco patch up work. Plus we needed it done ASAP. I contacted Robert and he advised he could come out the next morning to take a look and provide a quote. He arrived the next day on time, was extremely polite and professional. After obtaining quotes for a couple of days. We went with Robert his price was very reasonable for the work we were going to have him do. He even provided me with a proposal via email once we gave him the green light that we selected him. He started the the following Monday arriving right on time with his fellow painter. With a few hours he had everything scraped and painted. He advised he would be back the next day and asked if it would be okay to come earlier to do the extreme heat to finish up. He again arrived on time with his fellow painter helper and finished everything. The exterior of our home looks so much better. Furthermore, from the beginning my gut towards Robert I felt he was not only honest, but kind. I was right, he was not only honest, kind, professional, but extremely hardworking. His fellow painter was very professional and hardworking as well. Especially in this heat wave it was incredible. We are so pleased with the outcome that we gave full permission to be used for any future references. Plus we plan to use him for our future painting projects upcoming later this year or beginning of 2018. Thank you and we definitely look forward to using your services again! read more
