Thursday evening haven't received anything so I called and followed up. He initially mixed me with another client. I asked him if he has sent it but then he told me he was waiting on Sherwin Williams pricing and that I was rushing him. I then said I'm just following up based on what you told me. If you needed more time you could have just told me. He then got rude and said ok if you don't need it then that's fine for wasting his time. Excuse me what?!!! I requested a quote for a small stucco job, very small I would guess as it was a 4 /5 inch hole in the stucco. The price was quoted @ $250 which seemed very high to me. When I asked what that covered, a generic "Lath, Scratch Brown and texture ready for paint." was provided. Unfortunately that still did not provide enough detail to help me understand the high cost. I replied with a basic response hoping to elicit more detail, basically stating with that price which seemed high to me, I am assuming your opening the hole back to the studs on each side to then lay the paper, lath and not just patching. The response I received back was a snarky "We know how to make the repair according to inspection, if you want us to follow your description the repair will be $500" I then responded that I would pass, tho which I got back "Me too" I get that the repair is small, and at times there is a minimum to get a person out. Better communication and customer service should be used to explain so people understand the situation. Who knows I may be a bigger customer tomorrow with a whole house stucco job. However with the childish and snarky communication from the owner to a potential customer looking for a little information to justify what seemed like an unreasonably high price. I would be very concerned with how this person / company would treat a paying customer if something went wrong. read more

I needed a few patches after some demo work I reached out to IMB on Saturday and was scheduled for my repairs on Sunday. Arturo showed up on time and ready to do the work. He prepped the work areas and got to it. About 90 minutes later he was done (he even painted the areas with my old paint). The work areas were swept and everything looks great. I reached out and requested a quote through Yelp, and we corresponded to start my stucco project on a Wednesday morning (and I had a very time sensitive project). I gave them my phone #, address, etc, as they had requested. Wednesday came, and nobody showed up. I called them Wednesday afternoon (I gave them the entire day to show up), and Isaac apologized and stated that he'd be at my property the following day (Thursday) between 9am and 10am for the job. I also texted him my address and phone # again per his request. Thursday came, and nobody showed up. I called and texted him again, and he said he had to call his secretary. I asked him if he recalled our conversation about 15 hours prior saying that he'd be here, and he stammered before hanging up quickly and saying he couldn't do my job. They have horrible service and communication, so be forewarned. Very shady company. read more
