I got out quickly. At this version of Quickly, everything is takeout. The place is kind of shabby&has a rundown look, despite being fairly new. All the computer screens were down. Unlike some Quickly USA franchises, they don't offer bento and Vietnamese sandwiches. So I settled for lobster&fish balls. Never has been Fish on Fridays been so penitential. I should've crossed the lot for the self-proclaimed "Quality Sushi" nearby (it's in a strip mall with a pizza place, a Mexican market, sushi, deli) Now... Quickly is famous for boba, milk tea, "flirty milks", smoothies, teas, and justifiably so. Go for the drinks, NOT the food. If you have a boba emergency in Sonoma County, this is the place to go. Their Champagne Grape Slush is EXCELLENT... and this won't leave you buzzed, but refreshed, and you can drink it while driving. Quickly's success is based on its extensive beverages, and rightly so. I used to go to Quickly all the time when I was living in Davis. I'm so happy that they finally opened one in my hometown. A cute little place that serves bubble tea and fried snacks. Nice ultra modern decor and friendly service. The menu is really large and has a wide selection of drinks and snacks. I got a mango milk tea with tapioca and litchi jelly. I also got fried fish balls. Slightly embarrassing ordering fried balls, but the shape of food is a non-issue when it comes to eating tasty snacks. The bubble tea was great and the fish balls were pretty good. However, the fish balls were a tiny bit rubbery, but they had excellent taste. I would recommend trying it out, one of the only bubble tea places in the area. I love their slush! Very good and really fun to mix the flavors with what kind of jelly or boba you want on the bottom. They have so many different choices! I don't recommend the food though. If only I could give them a 0 star rating. Girls were rude before I even got to the doorway, yelling at me for not wearing a mask- as if all of California didn't lift the mask mandate weeks ago. Then, we ordered 2 Jasmine Green Tea drinks with boba. She charged us for milk tea drinks, and when we told her we had wanted just plain green tea like we ordered, she was super rude saying "that's not a thing" until another girl came out and told her that it is. She should cut the attitude if she doesn't know her own menu! Then, we asked if there was a price difference (knowing on the menu they are 2 different prices) and she said they were the same price. We asked her to give us a price difference refund since they clearly cost two different prices. Eventually our new drinks came out, and they made them incorrectly. Employees should be required to wear name tags- and because he wasn't, I'll have to refer to him as the employee in the Point Reyes T-shirt. Quickly- Here are some ideas to share with this employee: 1) Don't roll your eyes when asked about ingredients in a dish. Some customers have allergies. Do offer instead to ask another associate for the information or read the list of ingredients on the packaging. You don't have to care, but if you don't- do not come across as such. Arguing points does not make customers feel welcome. 2) Never allow solicitation of customers. It's uncomfortable for guests to be asked for cash by someone they have never met and do not know. Example: giving permission to a non paying individual to go table to table for cash donations is unacceptable. (The Do, if applicable: Quickly gives back to the community because we believe this is a decent and meaningful thing to do. Here's a list of organizations and charities we are fortunate to be currently contributing to: ...) 3) Don't expect your customers to be mind readers. They cannot be expected to explicitly know the difference between mango slush with aloe Vera and a lemon drink with some other add in. Do call out the orders as they are ready to assist the patrons in picking up the correct order. Even if there are only three patrons. Talk to them. 4) Don't walk away from questions or hide in the back to avoid dialog with the people you have just insulted. Do try to do your job in an efficient and thoughtful manner. If there is any misunderstanding- attempt to bridge the gap! This is important! read more

Loved the idea that there are options to get Boba, but............. what in the world is this place? walked in there and it was like walking into a Hello Kitty set, everything is so bright and the menu is crazy extensive. But eh that didn't bother me because I was on a mission to find the best Boba place in Sonoma County and I've heard good things about Quickly. What a joke. This place has really gone down hill. 2/22/2019, the people working there were so nice, but it made me sad to see how terrible their food has gotten. I took the chance of trying something new and I didn't love it, that's my fault and I'm not upset about that. The second boba was subpar but what was upsetting was receiving my order of fried calamari to see that there is zero batter on it and just as much taste as there was batter. when I asked if that was how it usually comes the gentleman responded telling me about how it has been like that all day and the batter just won't stick. He offered to make me a new order, but something told me that those wouldn't come out any different. I usually am not this petty to create a yelp just to put a review, but from someone who has been going to quickly for years around the Bay Area, this place is definitely no longer on the top of my priority list. read more

Hit or miss service, mostly miss. I've had some incredibly bad experiences where for example the counter person argued that a half filled container of fried food was a normal serving when every other employee would fill the container completely. Happen a few times always the same guy & got to the point where I'd walk back out if he was working. The other issue is that they are often out of an item and when that happens who ever's working will blame the guy on the earlier shift. Come back the next day & nope not available but plenty of excI get it, they're staffed by students for the most part, so you're gonna get surly service now and then but unfortunately you're just as likely to encounter rude. & yes like another reviewer posted the music they pump over the speakers can be over the top Whoever owns this franchise should take a good long look at how the stores being run day to day, the place can do much better if you improve the service. read more
