I've been here a handful of times, and nothing too out of the ordinary but this particular time the green tea we got was rather strong for my liking. I got a bitter melon, green tea, tea with lychee, Boba, and the green tea just tasted rather strong. The lady at the cashier was rather nice And I love their assortment of tea as well as different types/styles of drinks from frozen to only smoothie/fruit options as well as milk, tea and the fact that they have egg puffs as well as mochi waffles but the tea this particular time around was a bit too strong for me. I drink, maybe an inch around my green tea drink and then poured a bunch of water into water it down which made the drink taste better. I love the taro smoothie! I always ask for it half sweet with glass jelly and red beans it all goes together so well. I'm not sure who usually makes my drink, but it's always fresh and delicious.Another favorite of mine is the bumble milk tea. A few days ago, my friend ordered it for me but got it slightly wrong I wanted it with glass jelly, but he got tapioca instead. Surprisingly, it was still really good! The tapioca was soft and fresh. I stopped by for a afternoon pick me up. I ordered the popcorn chicken ($6.99) and a large lychee milk tea with less ice and half sweetness ($4.99 + $0.75 for the large size). Regular size = 16oz (whatever is listed on the menu starts at this size) Large is a extra $0.75 = 24 oz Chubby is a extra $0.99 = 27oz Super is a extra $1.75 = 33 oz Walking in, the store is quite large with lots of seating. It was very clean and presentable. There were plenty of seats inside and it was nice and cool. The person taking my order was friendly and did not rush me with my ordering. There was plenty of parking in the plaza too. I've always been a fan of the popcorn chicken from Quickly. Nothing can beat their popcorn chicken. They fill the bag to the top and it was nice and crispy. Bitting into it, you can see it is real chicken!! AND what I like most from the popcorn chicken is that it isn't covered in a thick batter like chicken you find at fast food places. The only difference I noticed from the popcorn chicken at this location versus the other ones I have been to is their chicken pieces are quite large. Some were the size of a chicken nugget and I was used to the popcorn chicken that was half the size. However, the seasoning was the same and they had more on the counter if you wanted more. They didn't have the bamboo skewer sticks to eat it like the other locations but they did have forks for it. The lychee milk tea was okay. It was WAYY to sweet for 50% sweetness. I should have gotten 25% or less. The sweetness of the drink made me not enjoy it as much. It helped having the steaming popcorn chicken to somehow offset the sweet drink, but it tasted like a sweetener and I probably should have just stuck to a plain milk tea instead. read more

I frequent this location often. The drinks are consistently good and the service is great. Every member of their staff is friendly. The kitchen closes at 7:30, sadly. There's only one other boba place in Petaluma, and its a poke place that also serves boba. I have gone here 3x in a week since it is the only boba place here. I stick with coconut milk tea or the regular milk tea less ice, with coffee jelly, or agar boba. There is only one group allowed at a time due to covid, and usually only 1 or 2 people working so it can take awhile to get your drink. The drinks taste pretty much like every other quickly. I tried the watermelon slushie and it tasted really artificial, like they blended a few watermelon chunks with watermelon syrup. It wasn't very good. I suggest you to stick with their milk teas, because the blended fruit drinks are probably all made with syrup. read more

Boba was tender and sweet. 25% sweet is very light but not on flavored milk tea like canteloupe, whoa its pretty sweet just at 25% probably cuz the canteloupe is extra sugar flavored to the milk tea. All good. Staff were friendly and fast. One same group/family inside at time. Need to wait outside. Many drink choices as usual, so know what you want and if you are a boba fan you most likely have a few or just one favorite all the time. Never had a yogurt drink, the strawberry yogurt at 25% was perfect, its not yogurt like a yoplait yogurt, but more like yakult or drinkable yogurt, thin and smooth. read more

I freaking love Quickly. I really appreciate that it's open so late, as there aren't many places in town open until 10:30/11pm that aren't for folks 21 and up. I also love the mochi waffles. They are definitely worth trying if you want a sweet filling snack. The texture is amazing. My only complaint/desire is that Quickly doesn't have wifi. If the owners offered WiFi to customers, I guarantee I personally would stop in more often. There are always high-schoolers and college kids sitting at tables, and they have games like connect 4 to play with your friends, which is awesome. But no wifi. If they did, more people could come in and study while drinking tea, like they do at the Cotati store near SSU. read more

This chained store is known for its bubble tea. It finally comes to Petaluma. As this store is still new, everything is shiny clean; counter, table, floor and everything. Service is prompt, courteous, and friendly (as the big menu is posted on the wall, it is best to go through the menu and make the selections before approaching the counter). For this visit, I tried their Bubble Milk Tea, and the Jasmine Milk Green Tea. The bubbles are really good. Soft and silky, but also chewy. The tea is lighter than I like (personally I like stronger tea flavor). In any case, I am glad that we have this place in Petaluma. Hope that they keep up the cleanliness and the quality of their products. Much success. read more

They offer soy milk as a dairy alternative. And have a pretty good food menu. Delicious! My go-to whenever I visit my mom in Petaluma. I get the pop corn chicken and seasoned fries. The bag is over filled to the top with food and has a lot of flavor. Very fresh tasting and also comes out hot! I also get the bubble milk tea or the jasmine milk tea which are very refreshing. Their boba is just the right amount of chewy and sweet. So this location suggests a phone order to apparently make the process better. They told me "8 minutes" and my order would be ready. When I showed up there was a long line and I thought I wouldn't have to wait in line. I went inside and asked the cashier if my order was ready. She replied that it was ready but that I would have to wait in line. this made no sense and defeated the entire point of calling in the order. This shop should hire an additional cashier or notify customers that they'll have to wait in line when making phone orders. I'll never be coming back as I will not support a business with poor customer service and poor business ethics. read more

This review is strictly for the milk tea I had here as this is the only thing I ordered here. First of all. Finally they have a Quickly's here in Petaluma. The closest one from here was Rohert Park which is still pretty close but this is even closer to my in laws now. I was so excited to try their milk teas just because theres really no good boba around here. Quickly's is like my go to boba spot when all others aren't up to par. I mean.. i am in socal where it is the land of the boba out there I can't expect it to be as good up here. Especailly outside of the south bay, east bay and San Francisco areas. So before heading back to the city, I decided to drop by this place to try out their milk tea. You would think all the chains would use the same ingredients and all taste the same. But no..thats not true at all. The milk tea here was a bit more watered down and more bland then it normally is. I was a bit disappointed about this. Next time I think i'll have to order something else to try since the milk tea isn't up to standard. I do however like this location. Big lot and lots of seating in the inside. It is located in a busier plaza then the one in Rohert Park. This first impressions here wasn't as great as I would hope it to be but I'll give it another chance next time I'm in the area. Just went to quickly with my family and ordered 4 boba teas $30) my 9 year old didn't like his flavor because it tasted like burnt orange tea so I brought it back to exchange for a different flavor and the first girl I told that he didn't like it walked away and completely ignored me the second girl said I can make it sweeter with more orange flavor, I said I think he'd rather get a different flavor if that's ok?! She charged me full price even after I told her how burnt and bad the flavor was. I asked why I was getting charged again and she just literally just stared at me! Having come from a town/city with 50 tapioca/boba places to go to Petaluma where there was 1 place in a restaurant to them closing down so NO boba/tapioca places in town which made me extremely home sick so I am so happy & obsessed with Quickly, they have great service, a vast array of drink selection & types to choose from, my all time favorites is the "Tigers Blood," which consist of Fresh watermelon & strawberries w/EXTRA boba or their "DIRTY THAI," which consist of Thai Ice Tea w/Oreos" SOOOO SOOOOO DELICIOUS & their Oreo Moffle is to die for.
