Although the macarons were delicious, the customer service was far from it. We came maybe 30 minutes before closing, and she was probably irritated that more people came, because it really showed, in her face expression, the tone of her voice, and body language. Who would want that kind of service?? And should we want to return, and be treated like we were an inconvenience. We never felt so unwelcomed. This isn't just my opinion, my whole family felt the same way. It's just so sad because good products was ruined by such terrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend people to come here, specially at the end of the day. You'll just be disappointed by the girl who clearly doesn't want to help you.

Not knowing what to expect and feeling a little unsure, upon my arrival I was immediately greeted with an inviting welcome from the instructor, Abby, and shown to my spot at the table that was already prepared for my arrival with tools, cookies and icing. As the class began, Abby's instructions were so detailed that it not only made the class very easy to follow along but made it a whole lot of fun and not intimidating at all...and the 80's music playing in the background almost made it a dance party! We were able to leave with our creations and she even provided each of us with a professional baking box. Now, I am just looking forward to the next class! There was a group of four near the far end and they offered to move us but then we would have been sitting right next to them. They also have another small private room but that was going to be used for a wedding cake meeting. Gergana is the owner and she greeted us warmly. She said she took over the patisserie in 2019. The other employees were very sweet and helpful. They provided us with a tea menu so we could select a tea from their varied tea menu. They returned with little pots of tea for each of us. There were many people dropping by to pick up a pastry and drink and others stopped by to pick up their cake order. The employees were efficient and quick to help everyone. They refilled our tea pots with hot water and checked on us throughout our time there. The desserts on the top level were our favorites. It came with a candle which was very sweet. The sandwiches on the middle level were chicken, egg salad and cream cheese with cucumber. Our favorite was the chicken salad. Overall, it was a fun experience to savor all of their small samplings and Gergana is there to ensure everything runs smoothly so that your time there is relaxing and extra special. She even gave us a hug as we were leaving. I look forward to visiting this local patisserie again for a cup of a tea and a beautiful pastry.

Cons: The private room became a little stuffy as there was no air flow (other than an open window) nor air conditioning. However, things might have changed from the last time I was there.
