I stopped by the grand opening for this place after seeing they were offering a BOGO deal. I was super excited to try it out! There was a line out the door and we waited about 20 minutes before we were allowed inside to place our orders. While in line, one of the workers came by with a voucher saying we would get a free cup once we ordered. They also had DJs and a raffle for the grand opening. The inside was very clean and has a decent amount of seating. It also connects to a waffle place. I settled for one of their guava drinks and my brother opted for a strawberry drink. Our total came out to about $15 for two drinks. When I asked the cashier about the BOGO deal she said we weren't getting the deal because they gave us a cup. I would've much rather had the BOGO deal and wouldn't have accepted the cup had I known. She also completely misspelled my name as "Dewie". The drinks were okay. The guava one was our favorite. I got it with 75% sweetness and it was still very sweet. They didn't put too much ice in which I appreciated. Mine didnt come with boba. My brother wasn't a big fan of his drink. He said the jelly was warm which warmed the entire drink up. He wasnt given the option to request less sweetness and found the drink way too sweet. I was pretty disappointed with the experience overall. The BOGO advertising was very misleading and the drinks were not worth $7+. I don't know that i'll come back due to this experience but if you're into super sweet drinks you might like it!

Got the Vietnamese frappe with boba and coffee jelly. They told me it is gonna be in the sweeter side so I ask for the less sweet but still a little too sweet but not bad. I think the sweetest comes from The jelly and The boba though rather than the drink it self. The salted foam really good and helps cut down the Sweetness a little bit. Next time I will try with only one topping or no topping. The service is very nice. They were very kind and patience explained the toppings for me and the choices of the sugar levels.

Went to Teaspoon in Petaluma to get boba. I got the Golden Brew and my sister got the Dirty Ube. My sister also got me the glass teaspoon cup! What I enjoy about this Teaspoon is that they have collaborating store Mr. Stroopwafel and we got a treat from there too. I love that we can walk right through the connecting walkway to get to them both. It's a nice drink and snack combo! The place was clean and the staff was kind.

Another great boba spot. I love how they make their teas fresh for the oolong tea and is kinda like an espresso machine, but for tea. One downfall was that the online ordering system was not working and I was a bit in a time crunch. I tried to process through but it wouldn't connect all the way through. Service was amazing and the girls working were very nice and quick to get my order out. Was not very busy when I showed up around 5pm. I wish there was an option for the brown sugar milk tea to be half sweet because it was sooo sweet that my fiance couldn't drink much of it. I will definitely have to try out more flavors because my peach oolong tea was very good! There is lots of seating and it seemed to be very quiet around 5pm. I will have to try their neighbors as well with the stroopwaffles.

This place is a much needed teas spot. Many great options and I was impressed with the different styles. Service was fast and friendly and the place looks nice and clean with plenty of parking nearby. I definitely will be back for more!

My drink was a little overly sweet. My drink didn't have the option to lower the sweetness level. The cashier was very good at explaining other options. The ambience is fun and I enjoyed the music. Went a second time for the Ube Espresso and again just a little too sweet for me.

fantastic tea! I love the black sugar assam, and this place made it great! Plenty of black sugar syrup at the bottom as you can see. Thank you so so much!

Not crazy about a place that doesn't show their prices upfront. Two BASIC drinks FIFTEEN DOLLARS. And not good drinks either.

This place really ruined any chance of any other macaroons standing a chance. They are pricey but it's 100% worth it. Service was quick, it's a tiny place inside but there's outdoor seating. We ordered a dozen for $40 and two coffees..by the time we left, my husband had inhaled about 5 macaroons already. The shell of the macaroon just melts in your mouth. The filling was perfect to each label flavor. We can't wait to visit again.

Although the macarons were delicious, the customer service was far from it. We came maybe 30 minutes before closing, and she was probably irritated that more people came, because it really showed, in her face expression, the tone of her voice, and body language. Who would want that kind of service?? And should we want to return, and be treated like we were an inconvenience. We never felt so unwelcomed. This isn't just my opinion, my whole family felt the same way. It's just so sad because good products was ruined by such terrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend people to come here, specially at the end of the day. You'll just be disappointed by the girl who clearly doesn't want to help you.

The patisserie is cozy with a few tables inside and a few small tables on the patio. As you enter, you immediately see the glass case with beautiful pastries and cakes. So exciting to see all of their gorgeous creations in our little town of Sebastopol. We had reservations for 1:00 and they sat us at one of their small tables by the door. It worked but it wasn't the most comfortable seat in the house as people were walking in and out of the door and the pastry case was right next to us. There was a group of four near the far end and they offered to move us but then we would have been sitting right next to them. They also have another small private room but that was going to be used for a wedding cake meeting. Gergana is the owner and she greeted us warmly. She said she took over the patisserie in 2019. The other employees were very sweet and helpful. They provided us with a tea menu so we could select a tea from their varied tea menu. They returned with little pots of tea for each of us. There were many people dropping by to pick up a pastry and drink and others stopped by to pick up their cake order. The employees were efficient and quick to help everyone. They refilled our tea pots with hot water and checked on us throughout our time there. The desserts on the top level were our favorites. It came with a candle which was very sweet. The sandwiches on the middle level were chicken, egg salad and cream cheese with cucumber. Our favorite was the chicken salad. Overall, it was a fun experience to savor all of their small samplings and Gergana is there to ensure everything runs smoothly so that your time there is relaxing and extra special. She even gave us a hug as we were leaving. I look forward to visiting this local patisserie again for a cup of a tea and a beautiful pastry.

Pros: I've visited several times for the bakery. The scones are my favorite as they are quite large and delicious, and I also tend to buy the Russian tea cakes as well. The macarons are a little harder and chewier than I expected, but they are still amazing. I actually found Patissierie Angelica specifically because I was looking for high tea services and thus have had their West County High Tea service twice. The second time I had the high tea service, I was given a private room! I particularly enjoyed the lemon curd, jam, and clotted cream with the scones. Patisserie Angelica is also located in a quiet and spacious part of Sebastopol; there is a parking lot that usually has space. Cons: The private room became a little stuffy as there was no air flow (other than an open window) nor air conditioning. However, things might have changed from the last time I was there. Overall: The bakery is truly amazing. I absolutely enjoy the desserts sold there and would love to have more of the high tea service in the future. It's perfect for private parties!

You really can't beat the quality of the ingredients here- I have yet to have something from the pastry case, the breads, the warm foods or drinks that I didn't enjoy. Every visit I have had here has been delightful, and I always marvel at the consistent quality of the foods. On my birthday for example this past month, my husband took me here for a breakfast celebration, and then my dad took us there again the same day for lunch. Does that sound like a problem? Not at all! I was delighted. During the Christmas time, they even had a pianist playing live music during the dining time with all their trees and lights and decor- it was truly magical. Usually when I visit, I go straight for whatever they have in their tart offerings. My current favorite is the pistachio tart, but their passionfruit tart is equally incredible. Their set lunch with their soup, sandwich, latte and pastry is such a delicious good deal, you will love it. Prices are absolutely on point for the consistency and quality, as well as the gorgeous presentation. Yes, you're going to be paying more than if you were at, say, Starbucks... but the high quality of these ingredients are worth it every time. I just can't recommend it highly enough. Sarmentine is definitely one of the best gems of South county, hands down...maybe even in the whole county!

I also grabbed the Better Nutter and the TKO (Thomas Keller Oreo), both of which were delicious and worth ordering again. The only item I wasn't too into was the Ohoh, though my niece loved it--so it really just comes down to personal taste. Service was friendly and efficient, even with the steady crowd.
