I've never been to this Jamba Juice before, and it's in a very quiet section of the plaza. I was pleasantly surprised to see two employees, and they were doing a handful of takeout orders or maybe DoorDash? Nevertheless, I was able to order my Caribbean passion since the last time I came to Jamba Juice I used to get a Pitaya Jamba Juice, which they no longer serve. Only the Pattaya bowls. Lol my boyfriend got the protein, peanut butter, smoothie mixture and he really liked it. He said it wasn't too sweet and was happy with the amount of protein that was inside since he wanted to feel healthier about his smoothie/dessert. Hee The inside of the store was clean and very well lighted. There were maybe two tables I can think of as well as an outdoor seating area, but it was too cold. And I just wanted to go home and drink my dessert smoothie. Both employees were very helpful in his decision making and had knowledge of the various drink, mixtures and combinations. Confusingly BAD customer service. Been there 4 times and never greeted. Each time employee at register stands dead-faced blinking till I say Hello. Not a "can I help you" or a "hi" or, I'd even take a grunt at this point. Girl in front of me ordered Açaí bowl, register says there are no more strawberries. As many of us wait for our orders we see the rest of JJ crew continue to take out large containers of strawberries and put them on other Açaí Bowls, in smoothies, etc. Register girl then goes and tries to quietly tell crew to not put strawberries on THIS order. What?! Is there an inside joke we are not getting? Is there a competition amongst employees of who can just be the absolute worst that day? It's become almost comical. It feels like just the small action of opening their front door has not only burdened their day, but now they also hate my face. Never felt worse for just simply existing. DMV feels like chicken soup for the soul compared to this. Juices, bowls, all products are totally yumm. Glad they make it in front of you or I'd be in fear of a revenge boogie and an F-you toenail. I've been getting back into going to Jamba Juice, because they are creating drinks I can't make at home that I really like. On my way to Sea Ranch, CA, I made this Jamba Juice as my pit stop. It's September and the pumpkin drinks are on the menu. The staff were kind enough to fill my reusable mug with the Pumpkin Harvest smoothie. The shop is located in a new development, right next to The Habit Grill. Smelled so good. Keep your local Jamba Juice alive, it looks like there are not a lot out in that area. read more

My husband and I got smoothies on really beautiful clear day in early autumn. We decided to get smoothies, cause why not!?! Unfortunately they were terrible, but looked great. It's been almost a years since my last Jamba Juice order which was equally terrible with large chucks of frozen unblended fruit. I ordered it in San Diego (review link at the bottom) at a mall near my home, and the Mango-A-Go-Go just like the Mango-A-Go-Go I ordered today had large chunks of frozen fruit which were completely unblended. A smoothie is literally called the consistency of its name and should be easy to pull up into the straw because it's made of minuscule icy bits. This experience was disappointing I waited 7 months and tried again in a different city only to receive the same mistake, so that's two for two Jamba and in my smoothie game you and your industrial Blendtec blenders fall short of making the product you advertise, turns out they can't blend mangos, bested by a mango.... I would give 5 but we got one drink that tasted like the drink was rotten. When explaining this we were told that it was probably the flavor of the greek yogurt we were not used to. I eat plain greek everyday amd have been for several years now. So either they just have awful yogurt or the drink is just bad or whatever. It tasted horrible. And it gave me and my son an upset stomach. The gal ended up replacing it. She was nice. But I will not try any of the smoothies again with the greek yogurt! Ewww! read more

Review is for customer service (or lack there of) only. My son and I stood at the register for 7 minutes without a single acknowledgment from staff. Not even a "be right with you" What looked like a lead/supervisor (black shirt) walk by 4x, say nothing and proceed to rinse out the blender jugs. When finished, came to register to take our order. As I was giving order, eye contact went to person behind us, clearly a school friend, so I stopped my order and waited. Very rude. Visit date: 4/26. 3:45pm 4 employees on duty and not one could drum up common courtesy to greet a customer. We were left waiting far too long. read more

All of the staff has been very friendly every time I come in. They are also very knowledgeable about the menu items and happy to answer my many questions. Only reason I am rating a 3 is because I love Jamba Juice oatmeal. When I worked near a location at my last job I would get it there 2-3 times a week along with fresh juice- but this location doesn't have it. They have signs on the menu, but still no oatmeal. They said something about how they don't have the counter space and that its broken- so which? Both maybe? Either way it bums me out. Anyone know a good oatmeal machine repair person? Let's get these guys a 5 rating and fix my oatmeal fix:) Update....they got oatmeal, however it wasn't "ready yet" at 8:40 in the am. Quite a fine establishment. Smoothies are pretty pretty pretty good. The best part of my experience was with the cute juicer behind the register. She provided me with a waffle and a smoothie dance that was dare I say, spectacular. All in all a great experience aside from the photo on the wall that was a picture of me as a child without a shirt on. Somewhat unnerving but I soon forgot once I met the smoothie girl. Jamba Juice is not my favorite place to get a smoothie, but when I do make a pit stop I get either the Peach Perfection or the Mega Mango. Both of these are super refreshing! Prices are okay considering the smoothies aren't always the best - at least for me. The staff is mostly friendly but every now and then you get someone who needs to work on their customer service. Two stars because they are nice- but loss of three stars because they literally get my order wrong EVERY time I go here- and don't bother trying to point out their mistake- it only confuses them and makes it worse. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt- but I usually end up going home and adding the ingredients that I paid extra for. My family and I just recently moved to Petaluma and we have absolutely enjoyed so many aspects of it. Twice now I have brought my little one to Jamba Juice and have been disappointed. We were the only ones in the place when we ordered (a large and a child's size), and both times people who came in three-four-five minutes after we had already ordered got their items before we did (açaí bowl, med-large drinks, etc)... I came in the second time to give them the benefit of the doubt after the first incident... After this, there will not be a third! My first time in this shop was yesterday and I will be back. The store was clean and thankfully I was in early enough I beat the crowd when the real heat kicked in! There were a few customers in front of me which was good because I was in a hurry to get to my next stop. No problem because the girl making drinks was very quick. I was greeted by the cashier and helped with no glitches. She wasn't overly friendly (fine with me because I'm not here to make friends) but I had a question about a pastry in the case on the counter and she gave me some input that helped me decide to try the savory twist. When I completed my order at the register it was about one minute until my smoothie was ready and I was out the door. My smoothie was as delicious as any other I've had at JJ in the past. I will add also that the girl serving up smoothies was VERY pleasant and friendly, she greeted customers, genuinely smiled while she worked and added "have a nice day" as customers exited. read more

Literally the worst place to get a smoothie in Petaluma. Today I waited over 45 Mins for 3 smoothies and 2 bowls as employees ran around liked chickens with their heads cut off because they were short one person!!! Just go to Juice Shack or Fruit n Motion instead. This place is extremely unreliable and inconsistent. Also thanks for the half full kids smoothie, its already tiny and when it's only half full it's about two sips. They had a new cashier in training. My friends and i were in a group of 4 paying together. We ordered 2 bowls and were in the process of ordering 2 more items. They called the manager over because they only had 1 banana left and needed to know what to do about that. We over came that battle and continued to order. I was the 3rd person to order after the banana situation and the cashier asked me if i wanted another bowl, i said no because i hadn't ordered anything yet. She clearly took that as taking off the second bowl. The 4th person ordered, we paid and waited for our items it was supposed to be 3 bowls and a medium drink. 2 bowls came out and the drink and the workers kept staring at us probably wondering why we were still there. We proceeded to tell them that we were missing a bowl. The workers all ganged up on us saying we didn't pay for the 3rd bowl. The manager printed out out receipt and rudely showed it to us. We told them we ordered 4 items and regardless if we were charged or not there should have been a 3rd bowl. We had no problem paying for the 3rd bowl but clearly the workers just wanted to argue about it because as we come to the register to pay they still kept telling us we never ordered it. My issue with is that an error was made in the ordering process and they tried to blame it on us for not saying it. A simple im sorry i made a mistake and didnt charge you for that 3rd bowl but i can ring you up over here would have been nice. read more

I had a little bit of a complicated order. So one of the girls making the drink asked for clarification. She asked me if I wanted extra banana scoop, I said no because didn't really know what that meant and said I wanted to add banana to the order. Ok...confusing...I wanted frozen bananas not a scoop of banana whatever in the heck she put in there. So she said again her question and I just agreed because she was all worked up. She then rolled her eyes and huffed. Mmm ok. Then the phone rings and she yells at another employee well did she get the phone, where are the blenders? Someone is clearly having a bad day. Hey, take a breath or a break and come back. I didn't mean to make your work day harder. I was polite. I excepted her to be the same. Honestly such horrible service and attitudes. I went in the evening of 5/20 at 4:45 where i wasn't greeted until at the register. Behind the counter was a shift lead and a team member. Once i ordered my drink as well as the others i was with, i sat down and waited. Again, no chit chat or conversation what so ever by employees. Once my smoothie was poured i let the shift lead know the floor was wet (as they had the mop behind the counter) and there was no wet floor sign which is a safety hazard. The shift lead snapped back at me very aggressive and rudely that they will put one out later, like it wasn't a necessary thing. She gave me dirty looks as if i was trying to be rude. I left the store to see her put one out and stare at me as i walk away. Not friendly or welcoming. Will bring my service to other smoothie shops in Petaluma.
